You call this customer service? I was actually going to leave a 2 star review but that behavior is absolutely disgusting! Honest review, I have had better sandwiches from the reduced to clear section at home bargains!! And I don't know what stinks more, the food from this place or the attitude from the chavy owner and her staff who are probably all on job seekers getting paid in bacon and sausages! Vile place!

Super little cafe. Had a delicious breakfast. Seating for 16 or so. I was the only customer eating in. Constant stream of takeaway customers. Fried spam with everything!!

Popped in for a bit of breakfast having driven up from Brighton to collect a caravan. Really nice atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic food and really good value for money. Tempting as it would be, a 4and a half hour drive is a bit much, even for such a great brekkie! I'm unlikely to return, but I highly recommend you try it out.

Just had a full breakfast and a sausage bean,s and hash brown,s sandwich delivered . They both were delicious and pipping hot when they arrived, will definitely be ordering again.

I called this café on the 2nd of June 2023. I have never ordered from here before and I will say the sandwiches are extremely nice indeed. The sandwiches are quite pricey and I think this is what lets it down a little bit, however, the quality of the food is very good indeed and it comes nicely wrapped in tinfoil and arrives hot. My one big criticism is that you should get a lot more product for the money. I asked for black pudding with mine and there was not much black pudding in it at all which was a big shame. However, as a treat I would definitely order from here again, but I do think they need to have a lot more produce within the sandwiches if they’re going to keep the charges of £4 plus. I will definitely give this a try. It’s very nice food indeed just be prepared for it to be a little more pricey than most cafés within the area. Also because I live less than 1 mile within the radius of the business, I definitely feel that should not have been a £4 charge When you ring Direct to the café. I didn’t order from JustEat for this very reason that I didn’t want to pay £4 for the delivery. Also the delivery charge was not advised when you called which is a big shame. After calling the café again to query the delivery charge, all I was told is that they can charge what they like for delivery. The then supposed manager put the phone down on the side and continue to slag me off with her colleagues of which I could hear. If you want excellent customer service and friendly staff, and unfortunately this place will not be for you. They’re extremely rude regarding their customers. This is a very big shame indeed, and it does let it down, hence why I have amended this review today.

What a great little place this is. Good quality grub at reasonable prices. Add to this the excellent staff (always a warm welcome) and the impressively clean kitchen, newly refitted, and you have a cracking café. I always say that if people are going out of their way to go to a certain eatery then it must be good. I’m a truck driver and I go out of my way. Don’t love it until you try it.

Order sausage sandwich and lemon cake on Uber eats. Arrived well wrapped in foil so still nice and warm. The lemon cake was Devine so moist and lemony was a nice finish to my lunch. Thankyou

I ordered a takeaway from here last week. The staff on the phone were pleasant and polite and were happy to give extra mushrooms instead of baked beans, which I dislike, on my breakfast flatbread order. The food was absolutely beautiful. One of the best breakfast flatbread I have ever had, actually. I am impressed and will order again.

First time I have been here. I had a bacon sandwich and cup of tea. I didn't realise there was seating inside which was good for me. Fast friendly service and reasonable prices. Lovely sandwich. I will definitely be calling again.

It’s just over the road from work I definitely am spoilt for choice for decent grub . I have eaten in n taken out no complaints from me . Service polite and freindly also the prices are reasonable. Food spot on .All the lads from f n e mess room enjoy your food
