The worst company and shop in the UK staff are rude half of them do don't even know how to do the job and customer service is very poor and unacceptable especially Scott the acting manager at Manfield store I bought some under amor tracksuit bottoms that I brought they have some kind of white substance on them like someone wiped their nose on them because I miss placed the receipt he would not replace them I told him that I had the credit card transaction on my phone he said he couldn't use it to find the order well I know that isn't the truth because I am a manager in a certain store in Mansfield and I know that he could have got the information from the order( credit card reference) so I told him to keep them then. I wasn't sure what disgusting substance was on ok them and all I got in response fine and he walked away I left the shop and just left them I'm absolutely outrage on the service and attitude of the staff

Just served by a dark haired girl who was too ignorant to be working in retail Barely spoke no hello no goodbye no thank you. Surely they are trained to be better than this?

Visited the store to buy running shoes and a running top. Only a couple of brands of shoes available and didn't have my size in stock in any I wanted to try on. Staff were hard to find and once I found someone they kept walking off, I had to repeatedly wander around looking for assistance and the store was empty. Then I got a £100 car park fine! The store is positioned off the main road, it's the only store there and has a small car park at the front of the store. I had no idea it was pay and display, I've never had to pay to park in front of a store before, so a few weeks later received a £100 fine in the post. So no shoes, no customer service and I'm -£100. I will never shop at Sports Direct again.

Parked in their car park which is free for 45 mins. Went over by 15 mins (which costs £1) without thinking about it. Got a £60 parking fee through the post, which you can't pay with out also paying a £2.50 admin fee. A big company doing this to people all for the sake of a pound.! What a scam.

good prices, good selection but some of staff could be a little more polite/friendly 😕

We wanted to get my daughter some trainers everytime we went up to the staff for some assistance they kept walking away from us and was stood there talking for ages Then when it came to paying the cashiers looked right annoyed because they was at work on a Sunday they never smiled or spoke to the customers I won't be returning here

A good environment, friendly staff and nice variety of product at affordable prices. I actually bought some trainers online but they were not my actual size, so I went there got them changed (easily) and got some other stuffs Would be visiting them soon

Good variety of stock. Had to search for help. But girl behind till looked like she really didn't want to be there and was absolutely no help to the customer in front.

The operators of that car park need sacking . Machine wouldn't take my number ,after two attempts ended up with a ticket with half my reg number ,paid £1.00 now they're trying to fine me for not having a valid ticket ....kept it for proof , not my fault ticket machine wouldn't work properly . Not going there again. Bet Sports Direct are losing business because of that car park .

Lovely lad served me, I had to asking they had any yoga mats. He took me to them & then took my payment later at the till. Very helpful and professional

Great choice of kit and the blue light discount of 10% is a massive help
