Hotel should have 3 or less stars. Dirty room, very poor breakfast, unpleasant, unprofessional staff. I felt like intruder, not like a guest in 5 stars hotel. I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel

Very outdated hotel. Consider this hotel a 3 star one. Very very low quality room service. Check the soap in the wc! Old fashioned design,not even replaced the burnt furniture. Calling this hotel a 5 star hotel is definitely like a joke!

We booked the hotel for 3 nights. the breakfast was included. the breakfast was good. mostly everything was included but i hope they add some fruits to the tables, only watermelon was available. the rooms are NOT acoustic!!! when some one talk in the corridor, you can hear it clearly . even if someone watches a TV in their room!!!!! the blankets were fluffy! internet is available. 2 elevator is available. the staffs are polite and friendly ! I think this hotel is a 3 STAR international hotel and 4 Star Iranian hotel.

We spent one night in hotel during Iran tour. Acomodation is good and clean room and bathroom. Maybe some renovation of bathroom. Shop in hotel is very poor. Personal is good. Lifts are only too and small.

I cant say it s cheap. However, it s clean, cozy and quite acceble from the sightseeing points of Shiraz. I walk to Hafezieh easily. I come herr once a year and feel very comfortable. I cant comment on the food as I dont recall eating here. But, I like the breakfast particularly the herbal cold drinks that are very refreshing in the morning.

Nice room but not as good as a 5 star quality. Customer service is not perfect.

Honestly I expected more of a 5 star hotel..also they should do sth about the stupid doors that make funny noises 24/7!!! The staff r friendly though n the food is nice..

The only best point of hotel was the staff ,they were polit,friendly and kind ,other things could be better ,Decoration was old ,as same as bed and blankets,there wasn't tea maker and iron and safty box in the room .I think it was 3star hotel

If you are looking for a 5 star hotel then this is definitely not the right choice. Generally you can deduct one star from rating of most hotel in Iran but here one is not enough 😅 I arrived late at night and receptionist and other staff were very helpful and friendly. Room, bathroom etc. are old but reasonably clean, room furniture and set-up reminded me of hotels from 30 years ago.

Hotel is affordable, and stuff is very kind and useful. Building is older but for one two nights its ok. Website said it has gym,but there was one empty room with high humidity and so much warm temperature for work out and one old roten machine.. Iranians r kind,but they should check the hotels in europe about the services like gym. Food was for breakfast good, but the dinner cooked kebab wasnt much good.
