Located in roodaki street ten minutes from touristic attractions. It has only one elevator so expect lots of waiting.

Very nice and polite staff. Clean room and toilet. Easily check in and check out. Good price. Near the downtown. Variety breakfast. But the room had very high temperature. They couldn't arrange it. Also the elevator was so slow and busy. By the way I recommend this hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in standard double room. The room size was quite good. The breakfast was on Persian style & taste. The shower has very strong water pressure providing great experience. The Wi-Fi signal was fare but the login credentials is complicated (you need to remember your passport no.!). The AC was horrible. The hotel enterance has no ramp for baby stroller and wheelchair. The room menral water is paid not free!

Welcome to your hotel! Said the seasoned taxi driver. Nice courtesy staff who speak English. A good place to stay in Shiraz. Very close walking distance to shops, stores etc.

Could be a good hotel, but should make some effort to improve. The WiFi, for instance, is just not appropriate for this class of hotel. 20-100kBps, sometimes even complete disconnect, just doesn't do nowadays. Service was pleasant and helpful.

The staff is polite and very helpful. The lunch is acceptable and tasty, there are different types of salads and and dishes, but they are mostly unchangeable. Rooms are clean, but sometimes in different areas you can see not very clean parts. Single beds are comfortable but very small.

In an emergency medical situation the staff were calm, accommodating and compassionate. They even provided us with free beverages as an additional kindness. The room’s were clean, breakfast was delicious and concierge were all lovely. Thank you!

This modern and professional hotel in Shiraz is perfectly located, near by the old centre of the city, and offers a nice and alive neighbourhood. The room was spacious and very good. Excellent service, but average breakfast. It's clean and recommendable.

Location is good, otherwise the staff were unhelpful. First they gave us a very old room and the toilet was really dirty, after we told them we are unhappy they changed it to a renovated room; the room was very good however it had no windows and the heating system was on all the time and we couldnt breathe in the room as it was very hot. We couldnt sleep at night and kept complaining but the staff were helpless. I would never go back to this hotel.
