The hotel itself was nice and beautiful but my stay wasn’t as convenient as I expected: 1. The receptionist made me and my partner to book seperate rooms because we had a copy of our marriage certificate instead of the original one. 2. They also charged us for a chocolate and drink from minibar which we never used and they didn’t believe it wasn’t us (the hotel management was too cheap to pay for that due to their own mistake of not checking the minibar properly after the previous customer). 3. My room was also not properly cleaned and I found a cup full of cigarette butts on the floor. 4. Also when I turned the air conditioner to get some cool air, the smell of smoke came inside and I had to open my window instead and deal with noise from outside.

Fantastic hotel, the best I have stayed in while in Iran for 8 months. The rooms were beautiful and not kitschy. Soneone put a lot of thought into the design and comfort. I'm not sure, but the bathroom floor tiles seemed heated!! The curtains blocked the light adequately and our rooms were right next to the hotel signs (I am very picky about this). Breakfast was more than decent. My only recommendations are that more boiled eggs be available and for perhaps some coffee, even instant, at breakfast. As well as water for drinking! So clean, so cute, so comfortable! Both adults and child loved it and we WILL be back. Mamnoonam for everything!!!

This hotel is very professional and even though its rated 3 star the facilities are matching that of a 4 star hotel. The room and bathroom is very spacious and the interiors and furniture is great. Also they assist with the best prices for local tours to persepolis. Its located in the heritage part of shiraz so the area around the hotel is old unlike the new shiraz but nevertheless it's in the key part of shiraz which makes it great to commute and the room rate is very budget friendly adding to the excellent facilities they offer

This posh little beauty offered a wonderful stay for my first trip to Shiraz with my Dad. The room had a separate seating area, and was clean and comfy. The hotel offered a fab, fresh breakfast included in the rate. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the soup was the best either of us have ever had. I will return to this hotel when in Shiraz!

There's a great variety in food here. Asian, Italian and... Lebanese, my favourite cuisine. But tabouleh isn't just chopped parsley. It needs other herbs and ingredients to make it tasteful. And the qibbe were dry and tasteless as well.

We loved this comfortable hotel situated in walking distance to the northern Souk with very new, clean and spacy rooms and a beautiful roof top bar. Breakfast was great too.

Very clean and comfortable with beautiful design and professional staff. Located in a fair walking distance from most of the historical places (Vakil bazar and bath, Narenjestan, Hafezie and a few others). The breakfast was diverse and well served. The food at the restaurant was also perfect. The coffee shop on the roof also offers great refreshments with interesting view of the neighborhood. All in all a 3 star hotel with services beyond their level.

Nice hotel and very nice staff. Located near many sights. However internet is not free. 2GB for 3 dollars and speed is under 1Mb. Rooms are very nice as well

the hotel was beautiful, tidy and comfortable. but the aircondition was settled in low condition, the wifi was bad. Hotel staff should smile with their guests often.

This is 5 star hotel based on hotels in Iran. Rooms are specious. AC is just a life savor. Bathrooms are filled with all necessary items for travel ( comb, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower caps …). Everything was clean. Hotel stuff is very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was full, tasty and abundant. Rooftop welcome center is just breathtaking. Wifi was strong too

This hotel is located in the best location in the Shiraz, because it's near to Karim khan citadel, tomb of Saadi and Hafez and other tourist attractions. Servers' behavior was very friendly and polite and quality of dishes were high as well.

Breakfast was nice plus good location.
