It's
really
a
hit
and
miss.
I
stayed
there
for
five
nights.
The
room
was
comfortable,
furniture
are
worn
out
and
I
didn't
feel
this
was
a
style.
The
hotel
has
many
services
as
a
five
star.
The
gym
wee
closed
because
of
Covid
apparently.
The
receptionists
were
really
different
in
terms
of
their
reactions.
The
gentleman
when
I
arrived
was
really
polite
and
welcoming.
Same
for
the
bellboy.
Both
were
like
that
through
my
stay.
My
experience
later
and
when
I
was
leaving
was
the
total
opposite.
The
girl
in
the
reception
not
only
was
rude
but
in
two
minutes
had
four
lies
about
me
that
made
me
speechless.
The
bellboy,
a
different
one,
was
really
late,
multiple
times.
So
I
carried
all
items
myself.
I
wish
I
was
dealing
with
the
same
crew
as
the
ones
who
received
me.
This
part
was
really
a
turn
off.
Never
had
such
experience
before.
About
the
location
in
the
city,
it
is
a
private
and
beautiful
location
to
stay.
10-15
min
drive
to
downtown.
Make
sure
you
learn
how
to
cross
the
front
street
because
it
is
located
near
a
very
busy
street
and
cars
do
not
stop
or
drive
like
in
the
US.
There
is
no
light
for
passengers
to
cross
the
street.
No
one
is
there
to
help.
The
hotel
breakfast
is
really
good.
Waitresses
were
often
polite
however
they
might
charge
you
for
some
items.
And
it
happened
to
me
while
they
didn't
mention
it
ahead.
Make
sure
you
ask
that.
Note
people
might
not
wait
in
the
line
and
will
pass
you
without
permission.
I
found
out
some
are
not
used
to
the
concept.
Hotel
has
two
lobbies,
one
is
the
entrance
and
one
is
on
6th
floor
that
has
a
coffee
shop
and
beautiful
stores
and
view.
There
is
a
hair
stylist
and
a
barbershops
on
other
floors.
There
is
a
small
playground
which
is
great
of
you
have
a
child.
The
restaurants
upstairs
has
a
great
view
but
only
serves
fast
food
choices
which
I
found
it
strange
for
a
five
star
hotel.
Overall
I
do
not
think
I
come
back
there
other
than
for
their
breakfast.
