best hotel in Iran i have ever gone. room's view are good and have landscape over city. it's restaurant are good and it's quality is good enough to keep you in hotel just for your daily meals. personnel's behavior was very good and they were very personable.

Finally we found a real 5-star hotel in Iran. We booked a room for three nights but then extended our stay to one more week as the service and breakfast were so good. The food was also great. They have the best kabab barg and shishlik. Also the fresh juices they have in cafeteria are fantastic.

Super professional people and helpful staff. The hotel had a prestigious environment. Will definitely visit again! The only drawback was the quality and variety of the foods! The food was not catching up with the hotel.

I came to this hotel 3 years ago and at that time it was a fantastic hotel Now in 2022 the hotel has been a dissapointment to me the furniture in the room is very old, the bathroom also looking old and not that clean anymore. The breakfeast buffet has been reduced with less food then before. The hotel is not worth the money anymore and it looks more like a 4 star hotel. Next time I be going else where

It's really a hit and miss. I stayed there for five nights. The room was comfortable, furniture are worn out and I didn't feel this was a style. The hotel has many services as a five star. The gym wee closed because of Covid apparently. The receptionists were really different in terms of their reactions. The gentleman when I arrived was really polite and welcoming. Same for the bellboy. Both were like that through my stay. My experience later and when I was leaving was the total opposite. The girl in the reception not only was rude but in two minutes had four lies about me that made me speechless. The bellboy, a different one, was really late, multiple times. So I carried all items myself. I wish I was dealing with the same crew as the ones who received me. This part was really a turn off. Never had such experience before. About the location in the city, it is a private and beautiful location to stay. 10-15 min drive to downtown. Make sure you learn how to cross the front street because it is located near a very busy street and cars do not stop or drive like in the US. There is no light for passengers to cross the street. No one is there to help. The hotel breakfast is really good. Waitresses were often polite however they might charge you for some items. And it happened to me while they didn't mention it ahead. Make sure you ask that. Note people might not wait in the line and will pass you without permission. I found out some are not used to the concept. Hotel has two lobbies, one is the entrance and one is on 6th floor that has a coffee shop and beautiful stores and view. There is a hair stylist and a barbershops on other floors. There is a small playground which is great of you have a child. The restaurants upstairs has a great view but only serves fast food choices which I found it strange for a five star hotel. Overall I do not think I come back there other than for their breakfast.

Terrible room, the furniture is very old and falling apart, bad taste in colors, air-conditioning was not working at all all the time during summer it was 36°C. Too expensive for what it offered. The location is nice but you will need taxi fro every destination. I am not happy at all with that experience.

This hotel, which is built on the northeastern mountain range of Shiraz, the birthplace of Iranian culture and art, is one of the luxurious and unique hotels of Fars province, which strives to make a memorable stay for you with the best facilities and services. Koran Gate and Shiraz Gardens, close to the historical places of Persepolis, Hafez, Saadi, easy access to the airport and main highways, this hotel is also in a unique situation in terms of location.

Shiraz Grand Hotel was such an amazing place we stayed for a couple of nights during our visit to Iran. I came from New Zealand to Iran after going to South Korea with my family of four and stayed at many hotels along the way but this hotel was amazing. The hotel and rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean. The facility was great, with a swimming pool and spa. With five different restaurant the food was awesome. I come back for sure.

Due to situation of my work, I have to stay the hotels all around the world. Undoubted, this hotel is one of the worst hotels in the world, because of the lack of management, bad ,rudness and inappropriate behavior of the staff, the low quality of the food and the inappropriateness of the room(,old ,broken furniture and disgusting curtains )......👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
