We had a really great time here. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. It is a traditional cozy hotel with feeling like home. We got a really good soup and herbal tea because my friend felt cold. The breakfast was ok but dinner was very good. We really loved our room with colorful glass windows, pretty tiles and amazing painted ceiling. It’s a little bit expensive but in my opinion with the atmosphere, facilities and very nice staffs its worth the price. I really recommend it.

The rooms are delightful, with original stained glass timber sash windows, handcrafted tiled floors and beautiful furniture. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The breakfast is good but we were surprised when we were asked to pay for the coffee because it's not included in the breakfast buffet. however, in the end they didn't charge us for it. We stayed in a small room but it was very comfortable. It doesn't have a kettle or tea/coffee facilities.

The room was great too, with very friendly staff (Parisa, Amir, Saeedeh, and everyone else). Their breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever experienced in a hotel. By far better than the Turkish breakfasts we tried in 5 star Istanbul hotels. They also helped us get drivers and tour guides (Nadia) to visit Persepolis and Pasargad. With that said, I cant not pick on anything wrong with this hotel. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the rooms, and cleanliness were all beyond my expectations. In fact, I wished the owner had one of these hotels in each city of Iran. I must add that while I was in Shiraz with all of its wonderful attractions, I did not leave the hotel to play tourist or eat elsewhere. The hotel with its wonderful ambiance with so inviting that frankly, there was no where else to go.
