NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMENDED. بعنوان تورگایدی که اکثر هتلهای سنتی و مدرن در کل ایران دیده ام، بهیچوجه این هتل را توصیه نمی کنم. As a tour guide and travel adviser, I've been in many hotels around Iran. This place was terrible even I paid 450 Euros for a 4-bed suite room for 3 nights; This price was the highest price of all hotels in Shiraz at the same time but the service and the staff were terrible. There was no one responsible at the hotel and each moment a new person answers without responsibility. I couldn't meet the manager even I asked for several times. They didn't clean the room the whole day until the guests returned at 8 p.m. There were huge cockroaches in the room several times and lots of other problems I had in this hotel which makes me never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Terrible service even more terrible management. The rooms we were in were definitely not sanitized or not even cleaned properly considering Iran has very high rates of COVID-19. Management was very awful with the way they handled our room service, they gave us a room with no A/C (mind you it’s 36 degrees here in Shiraz) then they came into our room unannounced (2 days before our checkout day) expecting us to leave so they can give the room to other guests. Some people who were working at the hotel were extremely unprofessional with their comments regarding us (3 girls). Overall, I don’t recommend this place to anyone. there are better places to stay at in Shiraz.

Disappointed , that's the main thing that I can say about this so called hotel. First of all, the hotel is located near Vakil Bazaar which is nice, however the neighborhood that the hotel is located in, is extremely unsafe and there are groups of thugs and addicts around the hotel especially at night. Another negative point of this hotel is its unsanitary rooms. The rooms lack basic stuff such as telephone to contact the reception, fresh set of towels, proper lighting, functioning outlets, useable bathroom, a proper air conditioning system and etc. Also the room service is awful; the staff will not pay attention to what you have asked them no matter how many times you remind them. Most importantly there are three young girls who are extremely rude and disrespectful. I tried talking to one of them about the bad condition of the room and how the room reeked of sewage but she just gave me looks, rolled her eyes and told me that I am free to change my hotel. Overall a really bad and frustrating experience, I don't recommend this place at all. If you are planning on visiting Shiraz go to Oscru or Darb-e Shazdeh Boutique Hotel.

This is literally the worst hotel I’ve been to. Arrogant staff, unsanitary ugly rooms, dirty unusable bathrooms are just a few things which made my experience unbearable. The rooms (especially those in downstairs) doesn’t have window and proper lighting and smells like sewage. There were also cockroaches and lizards in the room more than once.I complained to one of the employees and her reaction was I should go to a hotel!!! it totally ruined my expectations of shiraz. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved my experience with Fil, very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Rooms were clean and the staff were ready to help us with anything needed. If you ever pass by there, don’t miss the sunset view from rooftop 😍

This place was like stepping into a dream. The ancient Persian house, complete with indoor courtyard, fountains, and roof terrace with a view of the mountains and old city, was tastefully restored. My room had ancient painted tiles in the bathroom and a beautiful 4 poster bed and antique Iranian objects. I liked the location in the heart of the old city where I was able to roam at my leisure and felt very safe despite being alone. I liked the staff, always smiling and gracious, and the food served on the terrace in a covered patio. I highly recommend it if you want to experience authentic Persian heritage and lovely people.

This kaifa is located inside The Wakeel Bazaar in Shiraz and the atmosphere here is excellent and clean. If you are in Shiraz, you must go here. The attitude of the staff is excellent and friendly.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and loved our experience there. The hotel is a beautiful traditional house but the rooms (which are also beautiful) offer the comfort of a modern hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. Breakfast is simple but delicious. We also had dinner twice there, food was great (with more options than just the traditional kababs) and inexpensive. Dinner can be taken either in the courtyard or on the rooftop which offers a nice view over the city. After 5 trips to Iran and multiple hotels tested, the House of Elephants is definitely one of the best place I’ve stayed at.

The staff are cool, the menu is a bit limited for lunch/dinner but I'd say it's a good place for brunch rather than lunch , it's a small cozy place with a friendly staff

An authentic Shiraz experience in a wonderful, welcoming, and cosy historic house of over 270 years with uniquely positive energy. You feel right at home in both its tastefully decorated rooms from different historic eras as well as in its sanctuary-like garden and 360degree view rooftop, overlooking the mountains and the highlights of the city. This boutique traditional hotel is centrally located in the heart of the old town within walking distance to most tourist attractions. The delicious food is home-made daily and the staff if super friendly. Highly recommended!

Very polite and friendly staff, a pleasant atmosphere, well managed and super clean. We became acquainted with the owner, who speaks fluent English and he made the Shiraz experience extra ordinary. We managed to visit places that we would've never experienced if it wasn't for his guidance. In general it was a fantastic experience. Definitely will consider going back there.

A nice place to eat but with a pré-réservation. There is a short walking distance from Lorfali Khan St. The building is more than 100years aged and beautifully renovated. It was crowded and needs to reserve before.
