Had booked this one as Sun-n-sand was fully booked as a wedding venue. Not upto the mark, hygiene is not maintained. Food is okay types. Service is not so good. All the available facilities such as recreation area, pool were closed. Though it was open at all other similar hotels. Overall, avoid booking.

Giving the hotel a 1-star would be an overstatement. 1. The moment you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by a bunch of impolite staff members at the reception. We mainly interacted with Barsa who was very unhelpful and rude. 2. The hotel does not deserve a 5-star status. It is rather a has-been 5star based on the rooms, with the facilities of a 3 star hotel. For example, they claim that the swimming pool is under renovation, but there is no work going on. The hotel wifi is so bad that you cannot even load simple web pages on it. The game room is actually a green house chamber with no air conditioning. You sit in a glass box directly under the Sun. Plus, the games are chargeable separately. 3. The in-room dining menu is an A-4 sheet of paper. Besides, they take forever to pick up the phone and take your order. The food quality is okay, (except the tea which is awful) but nowhere near any other 5-stars. 4. The breakfast buffet is mediocre and better suited to a 3-star hotel. The wait staff is not polite and requires serious training. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Save your money and book a 3-star for a similar experience (or better).

Stayed in the hotel. It was a second time stay in the hotel. Hotel is neat and clean. The staff are very helpful. Hotel is located close to the Temple, can walk in 10 minutes. The buffet breakfast spread was very good and quality of food was excellent. Only drawback was the bed in the room. The mattress was so soft, could not sleep well in the night.

I would rate this 5/10 Pros: The ambience, rooms ,temples inside the hotel, the lawn attracts you. Cons: However the buffet breakfast was below average..The staff at the restaurant need to be trained more to be courteous and not just paint an artificial smile and greet the guests. The lunch and dinner buffet had very limited options The Alacarte menu ordered takes a very long time to land on your table. Request if these can be taken up seriously by the Hotel Management as interiors are not just that makes the hotel a great place..

We stayed in deluxe rooms, which were quite spacious however, service and maintenance of room is very poor. During 1st day itself, we found a bat 🦇 flying in our room. In another room, washroom door got jammed and we have to forcefully open the door. Service was very slow, multiple calls require to arrange a service staff for anything required in room. Food was good and staff in restaurant was courteous. On demand, hotel staff shifted us to another room but overall, our experience was ruined. All are requested to please check the doors and search for bats before checkin.

Good spacious room. Rooms were clean. Maintenance could be better. AC was not up to the mark. Food was great with good varieties. Round the clock free drop and pick up from the hotel to the Sai temple is available.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (L). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help!

Very relaxing and totally worth it for devotees. They have delicious food on Punjabi and Chinese cuisine. Especially enjoyed garlic rice here. Also rooms are well suited to relax before preparing for the visit to Baba!

Property is very good. The spiritualism is seen. However, the food service was pathetic. We have order club sandwich and it got delivered in more than an hour and after 4-5 follow ups. I would recommend this to all for stay and good breakfast. However, room service, I have no so good experience.

Rightly called the spiritual residency hotel with a vast location of about five floors big bldg. to occupy more than 100 persons easily. Moreover, a ten minutes walk upto Sai Mandir or a little more time but conveyance .........

Such a beautiful place with blissful vibes all around. Rooms were good and staff are very much helpful, hotel cab service to temple pick up and drop up is just a wonderful gesture to guests. Amazing place to stay at Shirdi

Very happy that we had chosen a right place to stay. The resort is calm, cool and spacious. Appreciate the management for maintaining it well and we can see the Lord Sai Ram mandirs everywhere inside the premises. This place is close to many good restaurants as well and one can reach them within 5 to 10 min. They have 24 hrs car service to temple.

Rooms were cosy..don't want to mention about toilets. If you are traveling for 3 4 hours and check in the hotel. Don't go for this hotel as you have to walk almost 600 meters to reach your room. I stayed at room no 527. Food was good. But again rooms are horrible

Very spacious room but the bathroom with separate loo and bath felt claustrophobic . Having a separate shower stall is ok but another door for the toilet was cramped up for space. The atmosphere is good and the in-house temple Puja service was very nice. Breakfast buffet was also good with a wide variety. Most of the staff were friendly and polite especially the pick up- drop drivers unlike one lady receptionist who was curt and impatient.

The best part of the resort were the 3 beautiful Shirdi Baba statues that they have installed in the resort. We had a good darshan of Baba at the main temple and then after having a delicious lunch at the resort, spent time sitting at the feet of Baba at the resort. For those who were not satisfied with the rushed Darshan and the crowd would love to have a quiet peaceful darshan at the temple at the resort where it is you and the divine

Excellent ambience. Feels like being in temple. 5 star feel. Temple, Dwarkamayi, Meditation centre inside the temple. Also swimming pool & game centre. Good vegetarian buffet breakfast. For lunch and dinner resturant is not so good. Just ok but expensive. Better to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in Sarvana Bhavan restaurant nearby.

We are a family of four. Although, we had booked a standard room, it was upgraded to triple deluxe room. The room was quite large and it had all the facilities. As per the name, the Resort is truly spiritual. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The hotel provides pickup and drop facility to the temple free of cost which is really helpful for the guests. Overall, our stay was very comfortable, and we would like to stay in this hotel when we visit Shirdi again.

Food is great. Service by staff is honest and courteous. Great ambience along with spiritual vibes all around the resort, surrounded with pleasant tree plantation and well planned divine amenities. Within the resort, we see Saibaba idols which are holy worshipped by their priest and staff. It's pristine location quietly takes you away from the bustling market and road traffic in the town

Completely value for money. Good food. Big campus. Peaceful vibes. It's better than sun n sand, which is a 5 star hotel. Very happy with my experience. Will definitely come again.

The hotel has 24/7 drop off / pickup service to a store nearer to temple. You can leave shoes and phones at this store, and ask the store guys to call for pickup service to hotel. The hotel had great breakfast buffet and prompt service. Costs 500 pp if not included in room cost. Cons: 1) the shower floor inclination in our room was messed up. Water was draining too slowly. 2)When we checked-in they kept asking for oci card besides passport. We were not aware of it and so didn't carry. May be they need proof of address.

    1. They will provide service only if you show them money 2. Even for our baby breakfast they don't have chesse, we have to order room service. 3. Even for two slice of bread cake they lied they don't have packing material, but when told bill it, they had packing material. 4. For late checkout also they lied about not having any room, but online rooms were available. They could have said about extra charges but no. For a spiritual hotel they sure lie about everything. Sun n Sand much better then this. Wasted more than 20k on such a experience.

This place has the right ambience for spiritual tourism. The vibes really uplift and shift one's mind to focus on the purpose of the visit. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. The best part was none of the staff was keen to be tipped and had focus on their work. Keep it up!!

Exceptional experience at St Lauren. Extremely efficient and pleasant staff, fantastic food. A special mention to Exec chef Sanjay. He went out of his way to ensure all comforts. These kind of hospitality venues are very rare. You have a very blessed venue and team. Keep up the great work. Om Sai Ram 🙏

Beautiful spiritual resort. It is close to Sai baba temple and offers free pjck and drop service to the temple. The resort itself has co structed beautiful replicas of the temple and prayers are offered diligently. They have a nice swimming pool and a games room with free table tennis, carrom, chess. Billiards is charged at Rs100 per hour. Rooms were nice and all necessary toiletries which we expect were offered. Enjoyed our stay with them.

Food Buffet Spread for dinner and breakfast is good and the quality is awesome variety of options were available. Check In was seamless and the service at the front desk and informative.Shuttle service from mandir to back hotel is very good and frequency of vehicle is reasonable. Room was huge with a big bathrooms. Cleanliness of the rooms is an issue No fresh air moves in or out of the room. Floors of the room were sticky. A typical odour was in the room throughout our stay and the AC vents.

Hotel location, ambience is very good. Rooms are very specious, all amenities are available but biggest draw back is cleanliness, house keeping is very very poor. Room lighting is very poor, bathroom is not cleaned properly by housekeeping staff. If house keeping is improved, it's a great hotel to stay in Shridi.

We only stayed here one night before a tour, but booked a junior suite with a river view. Whilst we were slightly disappointed that the neighbours plants had grown up and pretty much spoilt the water view it was a lovely hotel. Andrea was especially good with directions and help and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommended.

Good Stay and very near to temple and water parks. Hotel do have the transportation deck that offers similar prices as outside to travel to other sites. They offer complimentary taxi to temple and storage near the temple. Kids enjoyed the pool and park.

Rooms are good. But main lobby itself was dead. Lobby should be attractive and there should be enough lights and also air conditioning. Also lawn was not plain.

Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot. If hotel could provide covered car park, that will be great.

I stayed here for the first time and i seriously loved it. The rooms are huge and spacious. The rooms can be more cleaner. The property is huge and it feels like a spiritual place. It has complete theme of shirdi temple and a really good place for family. The breakfast we had, had an array of menu and everything was damn tasty. The service was excellent too.

Did not like it to be honest. Booked a family room with Tulsi garden. Room no 110. The Tulsi pot had a dried twig instead of the plant. Hotel needs maintenance. Service is sub par. The only plus point is the people working for the temple drop outside the hotel. They are way more cordial and understanding than the people inside the hotel.

Room was good. But the flip side is they have stopped driver’s room facility that was the clear USP for people who came with drivers. Sad they did not mention and had to make arrangements for the driver. Being human and humble was their earlier philosophy that seemed changed now.

Overly priced and the rooms were okay but not worth the money. They advise fitness center but it’s run down, broken equipment and dusty. The pool is under renovation. Probably a result from the pandemic shutdown but that does not give a chance to charge more for facilities they don’t currently offer.

Excellent hotel with great ambience in the shrine city. Service levels are excellent and the religious vibe across its many temples inside the hotel is unique and must experience. My interactions with Dibyajyoti, as he ensures personal welcome is heart warming. Blessed.

The rooms were luxurious and we got upgraded to the garden suite. However, there was no hot water in the bathrooms and we found plenty of bugs in the room. The restaurant is great and has friendly staff. The location is great as access to the Sai mandir is a short distance with the hotel providing free shuttle services. They should definitely tie up lose ends if they want to continue to claim to offer 5 star services

As the name suggests its really a 5 star hotel. The rooms are well maintained. Very good hospitality. Fabulous food. The food is very palatable even for the kids. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. All the staffs were hospitable and a special mention to Ms. Nandhini in the restaurant who took great care about the kid's food.
