Very bad experience: I booked by Goibibo, after showing the confirmation they denied citing, we have not got confirmation. Since the hotel is a quite inside from main city and isolated , one instead of searching new hotel , will pay them with elevated price. What i felt, they keep low price in website and once you reach there they will deny and give you at high price. A person with a family will settle for their high price and avoid searching new hotel. Also the checking time and out time is different in website than what they tell. Be careful...

This owner is really very good. Money is not important to him. Humanity and customer service are important. Very nice view. The surroundings are very green and quiet. I will visit Shirdi next time. I will definitely come here. It is a very cheap and beautiful hotel. The nature of the owner is very helpful.

Poor service form the Oyo customer care they didn't allow me talk to hotel said that make payment first then only we will provide you the number . I made booking aslo but they denied said that you haven't paid advance so we cannot give you room aso well they demanded more rate from the actual booking amount.. worst experience ever need to improve a lot. Literally i have to find other hotels at night for my family cannot explain in words also that how my problems i face

It was a checkin issue at Hotel Sai Pancham Shirdi. At the time of checking Manager refused and said booking is not confirmed. After calling OYO support RM tried to get the manager online but call was not picked up by manager, It was straight they denied call pickup from OYO support and this incident happened in front of me. It was seen a travel bus of almost 55 seater at the property and two other vehicles was already there and a family was checked in infront of me. This is suspection that my confirmed room was given to someone else due to low trarrif provided by OYO. Because of this reason I had to suffer and another worst experience, many good rated hotels denied me to provide room, because I was single person traveller. The property was at outside. No local travel facility available to return point i.e to bus station or else. It was threatening experience at night 10 PM, I have to walk back from the muddy road and just saved my life from the stay dogs. I was alone walking on the road at the night time. Regarding the resolution, I have asked RM to arrange a travel and then I am ready to shift in another property, which was denied as not possible.

Hotel was very worst, don't dare going into that haunted building. Nothing was good. It was full of negative energy. Rooms, beds, blankets, washrooms and everything else were pathetic. AC was full of dust which caused dust allergy and we were sneezing all the night and couldn't sleep even for an hour and got fever. Washroom was full of hundreds of mosquitoes and there was shower leakage, no handwash, open window in washrooms. Dustbin given was worst. Avoid going to this hotel if you r in shirdi. If you still can't avoid, go with doctor and first-aid kit etc.

Amazing stay! They treat their guests with so much care that you feel like royalty. The entire staff and owner of this hotel offers such kindness and hospitality, that you feel like home. Entirely it was an awesome experience and would love to stay here again.Room and bathroom also very clean

Worst room's, they were not at all maintained. Toilets and everything were very dirty. Bedsheets and pillows had mud stains. Disappointed

Location is very inside from Main road and route to the hotel passes from scary Slum area. Bedsheets were dirty, Hot Water was not available, no TV, No WiFi & rooms are pretty basic. You can't go outside in the night as it's very unsafe.

Rooms are not at all good very interior from main road if we have own vehicle we can go there it's far away from temple washrooms are not clean bedspread are so dirty pillows towel we can't even touch also we have book in oyo they have shown images as if it looks like posch room

Had a happy Stay with my family , fair enough price with a nice green surroundings with fresh air. Hotel staff was polite and responsive. Transportation was available in immediate from hotel. There are 2 routes to touch the main road one was muddy (cannot walk) and the other was good (sai theme park way) which is next to hotel stay. Recommend for family or with friends. Food you can explore or can order from the hotel.

Worst hotel , located very far away from temple and no road connectivity and no TV and no proper bedsheets worst of worst hotel ever seen. They told 1200 per room but it's actually 800 and not having facility to drop near temple also. Whoever will book this hotel they will get stuck if not having own vehicle. I Personally experienced all this , whoever is reading this review kindly look for another hotel.

Sai Pancham It is a descent property about 1.8 KM from Main Sai Baba Temple. Bookings can be made online through OYO Portal as well as directly. They offer Air conditioned and Non Air conditioned rooms, rates varies accordingly. Hotel does not has its own resturant, however if required they arrange it from another nearby vendor. Hotel has a good parking area and peaceful environment. Sai Teerath & Splash Water Park is very close to it.

It was a worst experience. We made our booking via booking. Com and when we reached there hotel owner denied our reservation and asked for more money per night. It is highly unacceptable and in recommended hotel to be booked.

Hotel staff refused to give the rooms despite of getting the confirmation mail from oyo ,at my arrival after driving from Mumbai to shirdi, really felt pathetic, As per the hotel manager, oyo had banned this hotel for weekdays and giving them booking only on weekends when other hotel are full, thus due to their internal disputes I had to suffer

Very good service.... staff are very cooperative.. reasonable price. No cheating... very great place. Just go for it. Owner is very kind. Down to earth. Loved the place.

Pathetic rooms, pathetic service, remote location. They have a free transport to sai mandir but strangely that is just for the first ride. I had booked through a booking website but they made me cancel it when i reached the place. Pure harrasment. The rooms were worst than the staff. No basic services. Pay extra but chose a better hotel to stay.

Rooms are neat and good. They provide complimentary pickup and drop to temple upro 7 pm. Also provided us complementary air cooler. Service was good. This place is on the back side of sai theerth. You get only beverages at hotel. They allow you to get food from outside or can be ordered on zomato.
