The place isn't worth the cost. They switch off the water heater and do not switch it on even after multiple requests. The place is under renovation and it smells of paint and other chemicals. It is absolutely suffocating. The rooms are dusty and the linens were too. Many lamps don't work and the rooms are dark. Pros- travel desk. Came to pick us up at the airport at a nominal cost. Baba's photos in the rooms.

Located just near to tample (perfect location),the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The restaurant Manager Ms. Tripta is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. Beautiful property with no maintenance! Hope a good chain of hotel takes over and does a great job with restoring this property. Staff is very courteous, bunch of women who came to clean had no idea about cleanliness!! Dated bathrooms and dated upholstery in the rooms. Sadly there has not been better alternatives to this place 😔 food is satvik with not much to choose from. The general hygiene & cleanliness is drastically off! We have been coming here every year and have seen better times in the earlier days. The standard has steadily declined.

Property is huge and for nature lover n walks. Ambience is too good and cleanliness is up to mark. They serve delicious food. And if you want to visit temple or any other places they have their car shuttles.

It used to be really Good. But now its horrible. No maintenance at all. We reached at 10pm. Despite informing prior that we’re arriving in 30-40 mins rooms were not ready. No Towels or toiletries was there. Intercom was not working. After asking for towel they threw some hand towel in the bathroom and to repair the intercom it took some 40 mins. It’s better to book another hotel at same price. Only book this place if you want to waste your money.

We checked in for 2 nights stay. Other than normal exception from such place, what stands out is the personal attention that they provide and that they take. They actually are one of the best in terms of providing the service. Stay/ room are excellent, we enjoyed swimming pool was superb romantic and sun filtering through the glasses on the bed gave us super cozy feeling, Bathroom and wardrobes were good and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. The place is really good as it looks in the picture. 👉 Morning buffet is a must try, overall the food was great. 👉 They provide shuttle service from hotel to sai baba mandir, which again is really convenient. 👉 Rooms were clean and neat. ❌ service could have been better. ❌ Staff seems to be a little confused about the things they are providing. Overall the stay was good and peaceful, this place has a huge looking pool but its barely 4feets deep, so good for your kids to enjoy.

We stayed at the property for two nights. It was very close to Sai Baba Temple. The rooms were quite big and spacious. The linen was clean, and the overall room setup was nice. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in the morning, and they have a restaurant. The staff served food with a big smile; it was a great experience and amazing food. They have a pool, an entertainment zone, and a garden to enjoy the evening. Lastly, I am most thankful to Mr. Vinod and Ms. Tripta, who are always ready to extend their hand whenever it is required. Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel, and I certainly recommend it to other travellers.

It was my second visit to renest sradhha in Shirdi. The hotel is upto the mark in everything - hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene, food, amenities and services. The staff is cordial and very helpful. The arti and bhajans in the hotel gives a divine experience and I never felt like I am staying in a hotel. The feel is just like home. Also the hotel have an amazing swimming pool and play area for kids. Had a very pleasant 3 day stay at Renest. The staff was very cooperative. There is a round the clock shuttle service to the mandir. We did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes to avail the shuttle. I had booked the place for the children play area since I was travelling with a child. The outdoor play area is in a dilapidated state and needs renovation. The rooms are clean and the breakfast buffet is very good.

Our check in experience was not great as we had booked a deluxe room which showed a higher price and more square feet on the booking app, least to find out that all rooms there were of the same category apart from suite. So as a customer I felt cheated for paying more and getting a smaller room which I could have anyways booked at a lower cost. On bringing it up with the staff, they did look into the matter and rectified the mistake. The staff is very polite and helpful. The dinner buffet was a good spread but absolutely bland and no taste whatsoever. The breakfast spread was superb and tasty. They really need to improve of faster service from the kitchen. If you order anything from the kitchen be rest assured you won't get it for the next 20 mins. We went on a weekend and the pool was dirty. The bedsheets were clean and the towels didn't have the hotel bleach smell at all. They had pickup and drop service till the temple aswell. The hotel has some great plus points and some really low points. If they work on their lows they would be one of the best hotels in Shirdi.

Location is awesome. Spacious room neatly maintained. Complimentary temple drop and pickup available. Services nlt so. Great but okay. Nice big swimming pool available. We loved breakfast and dinner. I would recommend them to provide more information about tourism around the places which is missing. Otherwise good place for families.

Sorry for the late review.... it is worth mentioning ' the affection, care you have provided is of high quality, the patience you have with your guests is incredible specially inside the Tribe, the baby food menu is excellent, lots of thanks to the two kind ladies ( morning and night shift working in Tribe). Whenever we requested food for my niece you never refused. Thank you for providing ice cubes when my nephew got injured. You made our stay at the hotel as comfortable as home. Wonderful place to stay. It has a pool, play area(garden, carrom, table tennis, chess), small library, a small shop, great rooms and delicious food.

Hotel is good. average at present can say. we are Regular visitor since 5 years. Its heritage type hotel, good ambience, pool and good rooms. food is very good BUT Condition is Not same as it was few years ago. Recommended but may try some other as well in the same price. People visited in past should try New Hotel because they'll be disappointed for sure.

Used to be very good when I stayed there 6-7 years ago. The recent trip in Dec 2019 was rather disappointing. The place is now in dire need of repair and maintenance. Condition of the rooms is not great. Feels very old and dated. Staff is still decent though.

The experience of rooms was good. The service is not commendable though. Inspite of having breakfast timings, they did not have anything ready at that time. We asked for simple toast and tea. The tea was cold and the toasts were burnt and had almost no butter on them.

Property is relatively old and not maintained at all. Bathroom taps and showers are so tight that you have to force it with power to make those work. Fan in our room kept making noise whole night. Mosquitoes etc... In shirdi electricity kept on going whole night and hotel used to take good 5 to 10 mins to turn on the generators. In other hotels, guest doesn't even come to know that light has gone. Buffet is very small and restricted and only offers 2 or 3 dishes on platter, that too local cuisine. We asked management twice to resolve these issues. But they would not care. List of issues is endless....

A very good place to stay at when u are on your spiritual sojourn at Shirdi The staff is very good, and their services have genuine feel to them. One tends to feel anxious if one is in a commercial place like Shirdi but Renest Shraddha in with its impeccable service let's you have peace of mind.

I just checked into the hotel and went to the room’s restroom to have a look and I spotted a rat right in the middle of the restroom. If this is the welcome this hotel gives me at the start of a religious family trip. More than happy to look at other hotel nearby. Cleanliness - 0 I got assigned a new room immediately and that too has a strong smell of smoked cigarettes. This is nit the kind of service I am paying for. Management needs to improve asap The food is amazing though, breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was very polite in the restaurant. The light in the rooms and the restaurant are wuite dimmed. The pickup and drop service is good but needs improvement. They should partner up with a shop and enable guests to keep their shoes and belongings there. Its available for other hotels of the same standard but not Shraddha IN so that was a bit tedious

Extremely disappointed! To begin with the room, it is quite cramped up for a family of 3. The lights kept on going throughout the day, the bucket in the bathroom was broken and it couldn't hold water. They provide free cab service from hotel to the temple and pick you up from a common point however, the driver wouldn't budge nor guide you if you do not understand the way. I was under the impression that my breakfast was inclusive of the package I took however, it wasn't and that was absolutely okay but, 3 people came to tell us about it and one of the staff followed me while I was holding the food plate to check and confirm. On the other side, wedding booking was confirmed for this place so, it got all chaotic as the elevator was occupied all the time and it was very noisy. Suggest, you look for alternative places as this place isn't customer friendly nor does give a good stay experience especially if it's booked for a wedding. I would highly recommend to skip this place and look for alternative for a better experience at the same price point.

We love the food taste and whenever we go to Shirdi we ensure to go to Shraddha Inn. The service and taste is unforgettable. Rooms are decent and value for money. Overall a good place to stay for a day or two.

Beautiful, cosy, quiet place to stay over. Stayed in their pelican suite. The paintings are very beautiful. If you are here for Sai Darshan or just wanting to stay back and unwind, then it's a very comfortable place to stay. The Service and in house catering should be improved. Would recommend for the stay.

Went to celebrate the new year eve. They promised a gala dinner experience, but it fell short. The venue lacked sophistication, the crowd was disorganized, and the food variety didn't match the price. Overall, a disappointing experience at Renest Resort.

I have stayed at this hotel twice before this, earlier the hotel management had a tie up with Sarovar Portico group and it truly was one of the finest hotels in Shirdi. Stayed here after 2 years , it’s really sad to see the horrid state of this property. The rooms are not maintained and especially the bathrooms(they are so dirty). Also when we checked into the room , the window was broken and sealed with cello tape. Now the hotel is not very close to the temple and is surrounded by a lot of trees, so it seemed a bit unsafe to sleep in the room with broken window . So they did give us a new room. The hotel does have a shuttle car to go to the temple , that is the only reason I have given it two stars. Didn’t see any security personnel at the main door and the reception is deserted most of the times.The in-house restaurant has shut down. We were three people staying in a room and the bedding given for the extra person was horrible, I’m talking about the blankets specifically because they were very rough and the kind of blankets you get in trains. We could see bare minimum staff and not many people were even staying in the hotel I guess. Overall it’s better to avoid this property because of lack of security and below average rooms for the price charged per room . There are much better hotels all around Shirdi, it’s better to avoid this one until it’s management changes. The hotel is built very nicely, it’s just that it’s not maintained at all and they are short staffed for running this pretty big hotel.

It should not be more than 1200 bucks for such kind of property.....Cocroches in room and bathroom

Their real estate is very good, but lacks maintenance. The crowd there was good. Many guests from Gujarati community. Its one of the oldest hotels in Shirdi, so require Renovation. They need to make their services more professional. Food was pure veg. Buffet was tasteless, washrooms fittings are old and dirty. Ac stopped working. Room service was very slow. At the time of checkout receptionist was not even interested in taking our feedback.

Location - 1 km away from the holy shrine. The hotel looks no less than a palace. It's so beautiful with lush green plantation and water pool. The rooms are clean. Food is average. Service is quick and polite. However the taps need fixing.

Area beside pull is not well maintained. Room service is little slow. Food is ok . Not to order pasta. It was pathetic. After asking for 3/4 times they are not ready to give one towel. Having seeing the glorious days of this property, it has now degraded to the worst. I felt sad. Except for the rates, everything else has fallen. Shall never return unless renovated fully.

The property is absolutely beautiful on the outside. The rooms need a little bit of an upgrade here-there but they are absolutely comfortable and clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and courteous. The property also offers a pool, garden and children's play area that are well maintained. There is a free drop and pick up service from the resort to Sai mandir as well. Overall a good stay for couples and families especially.
