I recently went on vacation to shirdi with my family and booked this hotel from OYO around 2 weeks before. When I was about to reach the hotel, manager called me and asked to cancel my booking by calling OYO customer care due to some stupid reason given by manager i.e. electricity issue in the hotel. Please note that due to high demand the hotels were getting booked twice the amount which I got to knew later. For earning just 1000-1500 more, they ruined my vacation. I had to struggle and get a new hotel by roaming in shirdi for about 3 hours and got new hotel at twice the price. I will never book this hotel nor through OYO now

Horrible experience. No staff. Restrooms were DIRTY on arrival with huge chunks of hair strewn all over. NO ROOM SERVICE. So rooms were not cleaned even once. The so called complimentary breakfast was served in broken cups and extra small bowls. This place doesn't even deserve one star! PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE !

Nice hotel, located very close to the railway station (though not on the main road, but inside a narrow lane) and around 1.7 km from the shirdi temple. This is a new property so rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. The bathrooms are also quite good. There's a restaurant but they don't provide room service. The food was nice, though. Drawbacks - TV wasn't working and there are frequent power cuts and the generator takes a couple of minutes to take over, which can be irritating at times, especially at night. Overall, a nice place to stay if you're in Shirdi.

Worst experience. We had booked two rooms in this hotel. We reached hotel at 3 pm, after 2-3 hours late of check-in time. Even after late check-in rooms were not ready. After waiting of 30 minutes, we got the rooms but with no towels and soap. Phone were not working. We told them many times for towels but they didn't provide. They didn't have any housekeeping team. Local aunties clean the property with very unhygienic way. Rooms were smelly. Fully property including lift was very dirty. Breakfast buffet is disaster with third class crockery. We booked two rooms for three days. First day, they provided two water bottles for both rooms. At the end of the second day, when we asked for water bottle then they replied we provide 1 bottle for first day only. After that you have to purchase it. It was really shocking. Every hotel provide water bottle everyday. Bedsheets were not clean. Nobody came to clean the room during our three days stay. No security. Room card can be used to open any room. A couple unlocked the room of my parents mistakenly in mid-night with their card. When we check next day, then we found out that we can unlock any room with any card provided by the hotel. Location is too far from temple. Even google map shows wrong direction of this hotel. Very disappointed.

is just about ok for transit or usage for freshening up, etc and for people travelling by train, since it is close to the station (less than 1 km). Would not recommend for overnight stay.

The rooms are neat and clean. However the ideal rate would be around 800/- to 1000/- during off season and 1000/- to 1400/- during season for classic rooms. One can add about 300/- for delux rooms. The entire staff, particularly the Manager, Sh Anil Gupta were very cooperative. The restaurant has just started about a week back. The food is reasonably priced and hygienic & tasty. Only suggestion is that at a pilgrimage place they should open the restaurant at 6:00 am since many devotees prefer to have darshan/ plan sight seeing during early hours.

The hotel location is good although one has to hire a auto to reach Sai mandir. Auto service is readily available outside the hotel or on call. The rooms are very spacious and we'll maintained. However, the following need to be taken care of : 1 . The bath area has only a overhead shower. A conventional tap is missing. This is essential. The management should install taps so that guests can have a choice of overhead shower or using water from a bucket. 2. The second important issue is that the short area has only a partial glass. This is insufficient as the water spills in to the adjacent area making it very risky to step out through a puddle of water. One simple solution which is executable and cost effective is to put a plastic curtain up to the bottom (floor). This will prevent the spillage of bathing water to outside the shower area. I wish the facility all the very best in the future.

Locations is little far away from temple , but rooms are really good and spacious, honestly service is too bad and very very slow and the rooms service is almost unavailable all the time. One has to call the reception 30!times to get one cup of tea.
