Booked them via hotel Sun and Sand Shirdi firstly there charges are 50% higher than normal airport drop off an pickup with service very mediocre (1) Driver stayed in parking and you are expected to call them / hunt them by their car plate number however the cheaper fare drives are willing to take you the time you stepped out of airport & if you are international travellers good luck with you IDD calling (2) Ask travel desk& driver to stop on the way to pack food & travel desk & driver suggested due to strict traffic rules car need to be paid for parking and upon agreement driver asked for more money than parking which I paid and yet he didn’t park the car and was standing on road where we have to make multiple calls & walk around with kids to find the driver ( clear case of dishonesty specially @ such a holy place ) . Now will I use their service again answers is clear no .

We were told that the bus that will pick us up is a 45 seater non ac but what came was a 42 seater and that too the last row did not have a back rest. The driver also was cranky and not cooperative.

We used Sai Ganesh Tours n Travels during our Shirdi Pilgrimage and their service was outstanding to say the least. We came across them at the travel desk at Sun n Sand. We hired them on two separate occasions , one was for a day trip to Triambakeshwar and around and another was for the airport drop. Their driver was very helpful and chauffeured us around everywhere. He dropped us off at all places and promptly picked us up right at the doorstop each time. He even suggested the best places for food, shopping etc and his suggestions were outstanding. As for the owner , Abijith , he is an outstanding chap who is extremely friendly and affable. He offers personalised services and is extremely approachable for any help you may need during your stay in Shirdi. He helped us on some personal stuff as well , by buying some things we needed due to time constraints and delivering it to us directly at the temple ! Would highly recommend these guys for any taxi/travel services you may need during your visit to Shirdi.

Ours Trip was So good in Shirdi we arrived from vandebharat train at Sainagar,shirdi our trip was strated from that day , and we visited all near by siteseen by this agency car service provider in Shirdi ,drivers are good and knowledge able and has adequate about places. Nashik and Trimbekshwar darshan was good in early morning and same they drop us shirdi airport.
