I have previously posted a very good review and have always enjoyed our visits. Yesterday my wife and myself arrived after midday, 24/9/2022. Ordered 2 dine in meals, all good. Also ordered a pot of English breakfast tea for 2. There was probably only 12 diners in attendance including us. I was told we don't do pots on Event weekends. We were charged $7 for each cup comprising a large black tea and a tea with milk. Therefore a total of $14 for two paper cups with hot water, 2 tea bags, and milk. This is ' Highway Robbery' and customers/tourist should not be ripped off like this. It may be quite a while before we visit again.

Liked the whole idea of a restored tram as the servery for casual meals, snacks & beverage. On this occasion. I asked for a tall black expresso coffee and a side serve of cream. Not on the menu, but pleasingly able to oblige. Some places don't even try. Gentleman serving very pleasant.

Good alternative to the York "cafe strip". Not a huge menu, but food is good with decent service.

So different. Unusual serving from an old carriage. Outdoor seating near river. Very pretty. Friendly service. Full breakfast was great and coffee good.

Near river,visited on a winter night.All seating outside but fire pit on and covered areas to sit under. Good selection of burgers + other meals,all reasonably priced.Open to 8pm which is a great effort,hardly any places on main drag open at that time.Welcoming service.BYO , proper 🍷 glasses!

Fantastic cooking by two fab women. We had a BLT, fresh lettuce and tomato and lots of delicious bacon. And huge. Great coffee too .
