Mixity was my first experience of Persian food in Melbourne. Probably the best Persian food stop in the middle of the Lygon St Food Street. We went for my pre birthday celebration and the food quite satisfied our tastebuds. We ordered : 1. Seesha 2. Chicken wings 3. 2 platters 4. Falafel 5. 2 beer bottles Food was undoubtedly amazing. Even after one month, I could feel the taste while coming across my gallery. Service was little late but it was okay. We went on weekdays and seemed lesser staff members. Staff members were quite friendly. Regarding ambiance, they had a beautiful seating arrangement outside the restaurant. Fully surrounded by heater. It was cosy. It was comfort. If you wanna go for a date, or for a specific occasion it's a very good option. Highly recommended to taste their platters.

Great location right in the middle of Lygon St food street. They alao have awesome sitting area outside which is equipped with heating. The menu is available through a QR code and you don’t have to order anything in person. Their food is very delicious, especially the freshly baked pizzas and the saffron tea. We enjoyed their BBQ platters too. Highly recommend.

The food is one the best Persian foods in Melbourne. Specially Persian pizza & lamb kebab, the staffs are friendly, I love the managers Hamed and sahar, they are really “مردم دار” The pizza maker (Ashkan) is really professional and make the Persian pizza so memorable. Thanks for the great food and nice service. Good luck 🍀👍

I have been to mixity multiple times last couple of years mainly ordering kofta kebab or bakhtiari kebab. It has been consistent quality and one of rare persian cuisine restaurants on Lygon street. Green salad was fresh with nice dressing. Grilled Kofta and kebab tastes really good. Rice was enough to make you full I recommend those 2 dishes if you are after persian cuisine. Price little bit on higher end but I believe quality of the food justifies the price.

I am giving this rate because of their excellent customer care. One of my close friend is their regular customer and invited us to this restaurant. It was some errors on delivery the order and they kindly provided us meal on the house. Thank you 😊

I had dinner in MAXITY with a big group of my friends, the service was great and everyone loved the food. I ordered Barg Kebab which is not easy to make and it was perfect. Very impressive and I loved it. One of my friends is vegan and he could order mirzaghasemi without eggs and Homas.

Clean and cosy persian restaurant. Mixed Kebab. 9/10 Meat was tender and juicy Rice was flavorful, although a little more saffron rice would have been nice. One of the best of its kind so far in Melbourne inner city area.

Go there only for the Iranian pizza. The pizza was amazing, remembering the tasty pizza in Iran. But I can't recommend them for other Iranian food. We had Koobide and Barg with rice and also Mirza Ghasemi there, and they weren't good. I definitely go back there, but only to have pizza.

Food was a little bit more spicy than last time. The menu and ordering was using QR code and mobile payment which I didn't like and took us quite more than a couple of minutes to set up. People come to restaurants not just for food but they like to see you and talk to your service staff. Please don't automate everything. The atmosphere was further away from a family environment since my last visit. I cannot blame them for inflation however prices are also higher compared to what it was but you get quite a large large meal which is good.
