I recently had an appointment with Dr. Shaheen Chaudhary and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I found Dr. Chaudhary's demeanor to be extremely unprofessional, which was both surprising and disappointing. Firstly, I felt that Dr. Chaudhary was rather dismissive of my concerns. I had several questions about my condition and treatment options, but her responses were brief and lacked the thoroughness I was expecting. This left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a patient. Moreover, Dr. Chaudhary's approach can be described as abrupt and, in my view, bordered on rudeness. There was a distinct lack of empathy and bedside manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and anxious during the consultation. I also observed a lack of professionalism in how she spoke and her attitude was apalling. Terrible service, terrible doctor and terrible person. More empathy and politeness would be nice, the free walk in centre provides so much better service than at this clinic and especially from this pathetic doctor. Do better and don't treat your patients this way, should be stripped of all your qualifications. Pathetic excuse for a doctor. To conclude, while I respect Dr. Chaudhary's qualifications and expertise in her field, the way she conducts her practice, from a patient's perspective, leaves much to be desired. I believe that a more empathetic and patient-focused approach would greatly improve the experience for her patients. Do better and I shouldn't have had to pay for this appointment, I received nothing. She was intimidating, aggressive and rude, didn't even reply with a goodbye when I waved bye. She shouldn't be working in this occupation at all, makes this clinic so much worse and the reputation falls.

I am very pleased with the service I have received from all the staff at the centre since I joined. The centre is always clean and tidy. You are always greeted with a smile from reception staff. The nurse's and doctors I have dealt with have all been very professional.

I have had a terrible experience at this practice. I've turned up to follow up appointments where I've had to re-explain my symptoms and what I'm there for because apparently the doctor didn't take any notes. I've tried to get a medical form filled in (short form less than 5 pages, simple questions) and been informed that they charge $500 an hour to fill in these forms and they can't give me an estimate or anything (I went to another practice and they just filled it in). This form was so I could have some support at my university. I've had another appointment where they said just pay and we'll give you the rebate straight after. I pay and then, "oh sorry, not sure if you get a rebate, bye". I've then tried to leave and have my own medical file to which I was charged $40 with no way around it. I couldn't attend another practice until it was released so I was held hostage to paying them even more money. Other practices can charge half that to nothing for this. This is a stingy stingy place. Go somewhere else.

I have had good experience with this practice. Reception staff are lovely & Dr. Mohammed is a saint! I can't believe what other whingers have said. I've been with her for about 2 years & she is absolutely fantastic!! Update Nov '22 - sadly Dr Sabrina is leaving the practice :-( I'll miss her. However she has handed me over to Dr Iris Ko who I met today & is also a wonderful Dr & I look forward to being in her care now.

Dr Shaheen Chaudhary is the worst doctor I've ever faced in my entire life. Disgraceful and left the clinic worse off than before I had entered. Please pass this feedback onto her, so rude and aggressive. No people skills, and extremely impolite and rude. Dr Shaheen Chaudhary was extremely rude and arrogant. No greeting, no goodbye, the service was absolutely apalling. I have no idea where in the world she got her qualifications from, she is absolutely clueless and did not act upon my concerns and symptoms at all. I left with no answer, diagnosis, not even a prescription or a recommendation for panadol. Absolutely pathetic, she shouldn't be a doctor at all, apalling and worst service I've ever received. Pathetic and a waste of money, Shaheen was terrible, don't waste your time with her, pathetic person with "dr" in front of her name. Didn't even take notes or even seemed interested in my symptoms, didn't even give me a proper medical certificate, pathetic. No wonder so many people give bad reviews on her, I would never have booked an appointment with her if I had read what others said about her. Never come here. Never book an appointment with this woman.

They messed up and overcharged me when they shouldn't have, however, the manager did call and offer to make things right so that's why I give 3 stars. I have seen 4 different doctors here and I can't say that I was particularly excited about any of them but the price is right for a basic consult under 10 mins ($20). The exercise physiologist is very good so that's where the 4th star comes from.

I am very happy with the care I have received from this practice. The nurse, the doctors and the exercise physiotherapist have been superb: knowledgeable, caring and professional. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

The doctor who is new there doesn't look and ask the health history for patient and family of patient. Is this good doctor before doing the next step of diagnosis? The few good doctors left and unfortunately, the young one is no experience enough.

Went to another doctor out on briefly street with a swollen red eye from a bacterial infection who told me my eye wasn’t infected and gave me a cup to pee in sending me on my way. Went to these guys a few days later and they confirmed I did indeed have an infection and prescribed me the proper medication which cleared it up in 6 sux days! Can’t say thank you enough to these guys for showing me proper care and attention

21.07.2023, Our client was a first time patient and we had never met this doctor before, she was very rude. We had a new client, booked an appointment with/for the client and all we received was an unprofessional ill behaved doctor (Dr Shaheen Chaudhary.) As support workers, we have a duty of care to the client and to be spoken to with such disrespect (like we were trash) was disgusting. These are few points we disagreed on: 1-Doctor: Why was the appointment booked so late. Response: This client functions differently to the average person. The Doctor replied: I have another patient and I want to go home, next time book a 30mins appointment and bring the client in early. Response: We arrived 15mins early and this is why we are here. Appointment scheduled: 5:10pm to 5:40pm (30mins), sent via text message and confirmed by calling receptionist after booking, still have phone log. Doctor argued: No, no my computer says 5:10pm to 5:25 (15mins) I even showed the doctor and all she could say was " oh no that's wrong my computer has 15mins and your 15mins is up, I have another patient and I want to go home, I'm the only one here. We maintained our composure, as we have a duty of care to our client, who was sitting there. In the 7-10 years in the disability industry, I have never received such disrespect, if you call this respectful, I would suggest you check the Australian Laws on Human Rights and Human Dignity as you surely need to be reminded that this is Australia. Poor medical service and I would not recommend this doctor. As for the doctor, I think you need to think about where your bread is buttered, because no one deserves to be treated in such a manner and I hope the medical board encourages you to adjust your attitude. As without your customers you would not have your financial stability.

Went to the clinic today, Dr Chaudhary, both ladies on reception and the nurse were all amazing. They were all so accommodating and friendly and bent over backwards to help me out, I could not be more appreciative. Also need to mention how wonderful Dr Alshawi is as she is the reason I came to this clinic in the first place. Thank you so much

Absolutely wonderful service. Reception staff are welcoming and professional. As a patient of Dr. Sabrina’s for the last two years, I have found her patient care and rapport to be exceptional. She is, without a doubt, one of the best practitioners in the country. The service is truly at a loss with her shortly leaving, but wherever she goes will have gained a great colleague for their team. I can also attest that as a student health care professional, I have been inspired by Dr. Sabrina.

Alison the practice manager was not helpful, made a mistake in charging the patient which had costed them a huge amount and money, and she washed her hands off. The receptionist was rude and impolite. A bad practice. Not recommended!

The fact that Dr. Chaudhary is still allowed to work there is absolutely shocking. She is unprofessional and needs to be removed from this practice and the whole profession immediately. I came in with an undiagnosed issue I was suffering from for 3 weeks saying that I suspected I had a kidney infection, but she completely disregarded my concerns and told me that it is probably anxiety and that since my period started I am a little “unstable” and should come back next week when I’m off my period and feeling better. I ended up waiting 7 hours at the ED instead just to find out that it was actually a kidney infection, which could’ve become quite a dangerous situation for me if I had listened to this so called “doctor”. Dr. Chaudhary’s lack of regard for my and her other patients’ wellbeing is dangerous and she could easily kill with her ignorance.

As new patients my husband and I are really impressed with the thoroughnes of Dr Jabeen. She is willing to listen to two very old people with consideration and courtesy, as well as providing care. Front of house staff could not be more careful and caring. The clinical nuse who took blood samples was again courteous and took great care. We are so relieved and thankful to have these professionals ministering to us.

Staff are generally good. On my last visit however, whilst booking on the phone, the receptionist failed to tell me my appointment is an afters hours one. Meaning it would cost more. Not happy. Would of pick a different time if I had known early morning is after hours. Would appreciate if this could be rectified.

Dr. Shaheen Chaudhary: left me feeling mistreated and disrespected, very unwelcoming attitude when you discovered that I hadn't filled out a form. Instead of addressing the matter politely, you spoke with a lack of respect, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. As a patient seeking medical help, I expected to be treated with dignity and understanding. It was disheartening to observe a shift in your behavior once I expressed my dissatisfaction. I hope you take this as a constructive feedback and use it as an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. My sincere wish that you improve your communication and interpersonal skills, so others do not have to endure the distress I faced. Our experiences with healthcare providers shape our perception of the medical community and such interactions can have lasting effects on a patients well-being. Medical practitioners have the power to make a positive impact on people's lives, and I genuinely hope you embrace this responsibility with empathy and professionalism.

First doctor looked like he was more focused on going home, but that happens, no judgement, been there. However everyone else has been very professional and polite, i've been treated with nothing but respect, and my issues have been addressed every time i've gone in for help. Thank you.

The reception staff are always so kind and lovely when I visit and my doctor, Dr Yasameen Alshawi is incredible. I’m a long time patient from other practices and she shows the upmost care to her patients and provides top of the range healthcare. Great job Cooleman Court I appreciate the hard work you all put in!

Very worse treatment, medical advice and doctors are new and unexperienced. Customer service is very slow, waiting half an hour for registration only. I went for hair checkup counselling but doctors have less idea than me. Very costly, charging with time but no good medical service. Appointment charge is $65 at the beginning but i only spent 5-7 mins inside but they charge $85 for extra time. Never happened to me before in Australia. Good bye...
