3/5 verity care s. 10 months ago on Google
21.07.2023,
Our
client
was
a
first
time
patient
and
we
had
never
met
this
doctor
before,
she
was
very
rude.
We
had
a
new
client,
booked
an
appointment
with/for
the
client
and
all
we
received
was
an
unprofessional
ill
behaved
doctor
(Dr
Shaheen
Chaudhary.)
As
support
workers,
we
have
a
duty
of
care
to
the
client
and
to
be
spoken
to
with
such
disrespect
(like
we
were
trash)
was
disgusting.
These
are
few
points
we
disagreed
on:
1-Doctor:
Why
was
the
appointment
booked
so
late.
Response:
This
client
functions
differently
to
the
average
person.
The
Doctor
replied:
I
have
another
patient
and
I
want
to
go
home,
next
time
book
a
30mins
appointment
and
bring
the
client
in
early.
Response:
We
arrived
15mins
early
and
this
is
why
we
are
here.
Appointment
scheduled:
5:10pm
to
5:40pm
(30mins),
sent
via
text
message
and
confirmed
by
calling
receptionist
after
booking,
still
have
phone
log.
Doctor
argued:
No,
no
my
computer
says
5:10pm
to
5:25
(15mins)
I
even
showed
the
doctor
and
all
she
could
say
was
"
oh
no
that's
wrong
my
computer
has
15mins
and
your
15mins
is
up,
I
have
another
patient
and
I
want
to
go
home,
I'm
the
only
one
here.
We
maintained
our
composure,
as
we
have
a
duty
of
care
to
our
client,
who
was
sitting
there.
In
the
7-10
years
in
the
disability
industry,
I
have
never
received
such
disrespect,
if
you
call
this
respectful,
I
would
suggest
you
check
the
Australian
Laws
on
Human
Rights
and
Human
Dignity
as
you
surely
need
to
be
reminded
that
this
is
Australia.
Poor
medical
service
and
I
would
not
recommend
this
doctor.
As
for
the
doctor,
I
think
you
need
to
think
about
where
your
bread
is
buttered,
because
no
one
deserves
to
be
treated
in
such
a
manner
and
I
hope
the
medical
board
encourages
you
to
adjust
your
attitude.
As
without
your
customers
you
would
not
have
your
financial
stability.
