Booked an appointment for the first time at this centre. Filled out all forms as requested. Confirmed we had arrived for the appointment with reception staff. Waited for over 45 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time, so approached the desk to ask when we would be seen. ‘Oh - we have forgotten you’. Centre might have nice waiting music but no service ethic. Won’t be going back.

I have taken my daughter here a few times now, the GP we see is very friendly, patient and caring and ofcourse does a great job. Definitely great with children. The reception staff are also very friendly and caring. The waiting area is clean and neat with nice calm music, a doll house and some books for children.

I have decided to change my review based on several negative experiences now had as a long term patient. The Reception staff, Kate, Kate, Erin and Melissa are fantastic. Sam, however leaves a lot to be desired. Dr Asif is rude and blames you for his problems. Dr Antonia is kind and lovely. Paul North is experiencing compassion fatigue and psychologist burn out. Dr Julie is detached and rude who has no interest in being there. They have become a useless health provider. I have now gone to other professionals who actually care about me. Dr Sung is absolutely amazing! Kind, attentive and actually listens, the staff are equally wonderful.

Very disappointed with the service. We usually go to a very good doctor at this medical centre and who prescribed some medication ( we love this doctor and I’m sure he’s one of the best doctors in town) When went to buy the medication it wasn’t available around Canberra and had to request an alternative medication. Unfortunately doctor was not available and I have requested an e-prescription to buy an alternative. They were not supportive and suggested to come back physically to see another doctor. They were not even happy to bulk bill for the appointment, even though we prepaid previously to get the unavailable medication.

I took my toddler to see Dr Asif and had a pleasant experience. Doctor was very patient, asked lot of questions, explained things and we didn't feel rushed at all. Even though it is not a bulk bill service for children anymore ( wish it still was!) But I felt the fees we paid was fair for Doctor's time and attention.

Healthplus is an exceptional medical practice. Dr Melanie and her team are very very professional. In fact, Dr Melanie is the BEST doctor I have ever come across. She is genuine, helpful and really cares for each of her patients. Also, Melissa the receptionist is always so friendly, very helpful and accommodating. So happy to have found this place!

Such an amazing practice with doctors that really care. You will never feel like a number in this place, you feel cared for, listened to and provided with exceptional service and advice. The clinic is always clean and organise. The front of house team always greet you with a warm welcome. I love this place.

Could not be happier with my results after my thread lift with Dr Wen.. Iv had a similar procedure before and was no where near as happy as I am with how contoured my face is now looking! Dr wen was considerate and very gentle throughout the entire procedure. It went smoothly and I felt well cared for both during and afterward. Very happy…. Highly recommend this practise and Dr Wen

I had a very pleasant experience with this medical centre. Doctor Julie is a true professional and always available. It's hard to make her smile but that's OK🙂.

Went in with extreme pain from obviously shingles, after some pain relief to help sleep and trying to function , got sent home with steroids, health care, more like wallet care. She really didn’t seem to care
