BEWARE! This place CAN'T even do a simple wedding set solder. Stacy GRINDED into my wedding band cleaning up excessive solder causing damage. (2) Reputable jewellers have acknowledged the damage but for some reason these horrid people can't see it ore pretend they can't. They even LAUGHED at me. Do you really want them working on your precious sentimental jewellery? I have opened a DISPUTE with Jewellers Association of Australia (JAA). Take a look at what they did to my wedding set. I have all receipts and evidence this jeweller had caused this damage. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR JEWELLERY!

My 36 year old Engagement ring was in pretty bad shape...it needed claws and the band was wearing and thinning...and my eternity ring was the same...both looking old and tired. I was looking into buying new rings as I really wanted a bigger diamond...but they are so sentimental and special to me I couldn't. Stacey said she could make my rings look new...and have a bigger diamond. Stacey brought in some diamonds for me to look at...and I chose one. Very anxious while my rings were being worked on...but then I got the call to pick them up. I was feeling emotional when I got there...but as soon as I saw them I cried tears of joy...and knew I made the right choice. I've been here twice and for both occasions, the service was exceptional. Both Ben and Stacey are incredibly approachable, friendly and you can tell they know what they are doing. I also recently met Toby who gave me a really competitive quote for a broken chain repair and who also provided exceptional service. I really appreciated the honesty and openness in regard to what they were going to do with the chain I provided them, how long it would approximately take them and how much it would cost. They also always give me a bit of insight the various types of gold and the differences between them as well as various strengths of chain designs etc. Would always recommend this place to anyone who is in need of jewellery repair - great prices great repair timeframes, fantastic customer service and locally owned!

I could not recommend these guys enough. On every occasion I or my husband have interacted with Stacey and the team they have gone above and beyond. My beautiful engagement ring was made months ahead of schedule. When I got my wedding band Stacey resized and welded my rings together within a matter of hours (this was meant to take weeks), purely so I did not have to return to work after my wedding without my rings. I’m extremely grateful for their unbelievable service and top quality work.

I’m thrilled with the beautiful work completed on a diamond dress ring of mine. I had it resized and upon consultation some stones were loose. To say I was overwhelmed at how lovely my ring looks now. It’s sparkling and fits well. I’m embarrassed I hadn’t looked after it. I will be in annually now to have it checked and cleaned.
