Rabbit Hole is such an awesome place to go or to have or host kids parties. Good and vibrant party rooms. The play area is massive and heaps of fun for kids of all ages. Climbing is good Love they provide a crocs to go toilet Need just an update in some parts of the bridge as broken part, clean floor We will go back

Very seldom to give five star rating but i think this great place deserves a good review. First in the list is cleanliness due to their no footwear socks only inside policy. The ambience is also very relaxing, not crowded. Another thing that I won't miss to mention here is their staffs - you won't see any of them sitting idly, I noticed that most of them combing through the areas looking for any unsafe areas , combing through the small balls for any spike hazards, while others are picking up balls outside the pit, for any trip hazard. During 30 minutes break you would see the staffs deep cleaning the seats and tables - in short this place has a good health & safety practices. There are loan slippers to be used in the toilet area. Heaps of party rooms, play area selections. The type of plays are not so good and apt for children >8 though

Incredible toddler play centre and children over 13 are free entry. There are 6 private party rooms, a massive ball pit in the centre, a rock wall climb. Multiple bridges and slides. There is a single downfall - menu is small and expensive. Portion sizes are also not ideal for a family of more than 4.

It is an awesome play centre but not the safest for younger kids. Their entry gates can easily swing open from the inside but their exit gate is child locked - I’m guessing only because they have a little shop on the other side so it’s protection for their products and not the kids. One of their staff members opened the exit gate for my friends daughter (who is only two and a half) to enter their little shop on the way out without her mother present. Her daughter then grabbed a lollipop and ran out which they then told my friend that she had to pay for and could not return (even though it was unopened). If that was me there is no way, why are their staff opening the child locked gate for a two year old to go out there without their parent? They also have large stairs at the back (right next to a part of the playground) which are accessible to kids but are meant for only staff. They only have signs once up the stairs, no kid at a play centre is going to able to read. Why is it not blocked off? When I asked a staff member why it wasn’t, she then said “we didn’t think kids would go up there.” I’m sorry but they’re children, of course they are if it isn’t blocked off. They also have the option to lock the doors on their party rooms and choose not to and then get angry at the children when they go in there. To top it all off, their three and under section has an easily accessible and exposed pipe, cord and PowerPoint. That’s dangerous, especially in a three and under dedicated section. If going here, I would follow your child VERY closely.

Will never go here again. Have visited in the past was nice, weekdays is the time to go. Saturday we attended and it was disgusting. My sister and I stood at the clear slide and try to help while witnessing many kids cry and get hurt while they flew out the slide and piled up. Not enough parents watching their kids. Disgustingly packed it was unsafe. Kids climbing on top of each other pushing in. Was over stimulating and no staff anywhere to be seen. Honestly stop being greedy and cap the amount of kids allowed at one time. And then big teenage kids mixing in with toddlers like what? Do better!

Can't give a more genuine review after having visited this place for 7 Birthday parties in last one year including my kid's. Place: Decent size place with ample Birthday 🎂🎈 Party Rooms and lot of options for kids to run around. Very well lit, looks beautiful and well maintained. Dedicated party host for each room. Be clear with the host to put name tag on Veg and Non Veg food, they goofed up during our party 😢 Nice cafeteria for ☕ coffee and breakfast 🥞 options Corner dedicated play area for infants and toddlers 🐥🍼 Plus: Rock Climbing wall 🧱 is a plus, though they do very limited sessions Convenient parking Decent food options Allocated table after 🎉 party 🎶 music Gist shop nearby for last moment gift 🧧🎁 purchases 😂 Kids and Adults friendly, shoe free zone. 10min drive to Highpoint if you wanna relax after 🎉 Party. Cons: Smelly Washrooms. Men's washroom only accommodated 2. Parking can be a challenge some times. Tip: Not recommended for ages 7+ Ideal spending 2-3hrs Starters are yummy

I visited Rabbit hole today with high expectations, only to face a disheartening situation. Despite Google Maps indicating the center was open, upon arrival, we were informed it was exclusively open for a school event. This information wasn't mentioned anywhere online, which led to a complete waste of our time and an upsetting experience, especially for my little one who was eagerly looking forward to the visit. The staff denied us access, and we had to leave with my child in tears. It was heartbreaking to see my child so disappointed. I urge the management to update their operating hours and special event notices accurately on all platforms to prevent such incidents in the future. It's crucial for families to have reliable information to plan their visits accordingly.

We held my son's birthday party at Rabbit Hole and we could not fault anything. The communication during the organising stage was easy and stress free. On the day, all the staff were lovely especially our host Catherine. The venue and food/drinks were great. We had a wonderful time celebrating my son's birthday at Rabbit Hole.

I can't thank Rabbit Hole enough for squeezing us in last minute to host my daughter's birthday. Alex, your customer service over the phone allowed me to feel at ease, you made the whole booking process so easy to deal with. Highly recommend this centre for all your birthday party events. The kids loved it!

I had my 5 year old’s birthday party yesterday and it was one of the most stress-free events I’ve ever organised. AJ our host took good care of our guests. Kudos to the management for taking such good care of their employees because they were all very lovely ❤️ Our cupcake decorating session was a lot of fun for the kids and the session runner was a very sweet girl who was very accomodating and kind 😊 My guests loved their experience and my daughter said it was the best birthday ever! So thank you to Alex and the team for giving her the perfect day. Highly recommended!

Very happy with our experience having our son’s 6th birthday here. Very easy and we especially liked having a tab open for coffee and to pay entry for siblings. Sure it was expensive as all birthdays at play centres are but we found the cost to be worthwhile, especially happy with the fruit platter, pictured here after a few had already started eating. The dragon fruit was particularly good. Kids had a great time and no stress for us. Host was great. We stayed 3 hours and that was definitely enough.

Probably one of the best and biggest play centres around and there weren't many people there when we went on a weekday, which was even better. The range of play areas and equipment is good, the food was yummy, coffee was ok. There were some balls in the pit with brown stuff stuck to them.. I don't want to think about what that may have been. They have music playing and colourful lights, the atmosphere is nice. Play sessions are from opening time until 1 and then again at 1-5.

We had the most amazing experience for my twins Bday party on the weekend. Right from the first Enquiry to the end the customer experience & service has been above and beyond! I had people travel all over Melbourne to attend, some travelling over an hour & they all had an amazing experience. The food quality & variety of healthy options is amazing. The centre is super cool and clean. Thank you Rabbit Hole

It was quite quiet for first half hour on a Sunday morning (nice) and could enjoy the calmness. There were different areas to play in and it seemed clean. But after10:30 seemed too many people for the space and it got worse . The no shoe rule is great yet saw quite a few adults and also Children who were not wearing. Staff didn’t do anything- there were a group of them Just chatting next to ballpit/seating area. There wasn’t really sufficient seating for parents either. I’m not sure if outside food was allowed but I saw plenty of it! Also there was a party there where they had hired Spider-Man to attend. Spider-Man had a mic and was taking over the ball pit doing all the things that the rules said not to plus they had a professional photographer who was taking photos of their kids but also capturing other non party kids (without permission)it didn’t seem right that one party was able to spoil the experience and monopolise areas of the playcentre. Again it didn’t seem a problem for staff that Spider-Man was not following The rules.m so maybe this is usual practice. Also having to leave via gift shop- after you pay $18.50 a child is also questionable. My child did have a good time but as a parent I won’t be taking him back.

Place was just “ok” , can be better! We arrived and one of staff at reception (one girl, not sure about her name) just said; “shoes over there”, not even looking at us. The inside is not too bad but there’s a lack of staff members. Floors were visible dirty. Had a look at the food from other tables and didn’t look that bad. Change room floors were sticky like something liquid dropped and someone tried to clean it but they didn’t do a good job at All! Disappointed.

This Playcentre is located on the corner of Ballarat rd in Braybrook shopping centre. I went there for the first time and to be honest I’m quiet impressed with the Playcentre. We went on a weekday, so it wasn’t that busy. The Playcentre is beautifully built. Loads of play areas for kids and loads of activities to be done. Not only kids, adults can enjoy too. Food and service are really good too. They have many vegan options, which other Playcentre do not offer. Prices are reasonable too. Overall, we loved the Playcentre and my kids had so much fun. Will definitely come back again.

This is amazing, huge play space, like 4 different gym zones for toddlers, 1 infants zone, climbing wall and plenty of space. It’s definitely getting into wonderland. Bonus points for cleanliness, as it one of the most clean indoor playgrounds we have visited. Looks nice to have a birthday party here. Tricky part: if you get late then it’s hard to get a table.

Very fun for the kids, my kids absolutely loved it. Staff were all friendly, ball pit was awesome although it could do with a clean. I think all padded blocks could do with a clean, and tables n seating needed a wipe. But we all enjoyed it food wasn't too bad and alittle pricey... I will come back but maybe with my own spray and wipe.

Great play centre, make sure you are early so that you can get a seat, otherwise walking around endlessly. Kids have awesome time here, have wall climbing for extra, $5 for 15mins or so. Only think I don't like is shoe removal to enter then if you don't take with you into centre going to the toilet is big gross to be honest. Apart from that great place for kids heaps to do, recommend.
