My kids have been attending the clinic for years now, and I decide to start attending a couple years ago. It’s the best decision I made. My kid and myself have had positive dental experience. The the staff are lovely and so welcoming. My recent experience especially with Dimitri (dental hygienist) was so amazing I was an absolute anxious wreck however his kind, and calming nature reassured me, and helped me immensely with my anxiety and phobia. I’ve been going to Healthy Smiles for a couple of years now. My young son and I normally see Chantelle and we are always in good hands. She is friendly, professional and highly skilled. She has completely turned around the condition of my gums through her treatments and extensive education how best to manage at home. My son also feels at ease during his treatments with really enjoys his visits with her! I also recently saw Dimitri and was impressed with his professional, gentle and thorough approach. He goes out of his way to explain everything and is very reassuring. We always have great, smooth experience here. All of the staff and are friendly, respectful, caring. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Just completed my Invisalign treatment with Jeremy. Had a wonderful experience from first to last visit. Loved the convenience of home monitoring and easy to message any questions or concerns (which were responded to immediately). My teeth are straight again and I want to thank Jeremy and all the team for looking after me! Highly recommend

Today I had a second wisdom tooth extracted by Healthy Smiles and it went perfectly. During my first extraction I was too busy concentrating on my toes tingling and didn't even know they had pulled the tooth. My partner had to turn the car around because it was over and done so quickly. I was terrified of today's appointment because this wisdom tooth was more submerged and being pregnant, much of the pain relief options are off the table. I could not believe how supportive and friendly the dentist and nurse were. The genuine warmth and caring was beyond what I could have hoped for and again no pain! 10/10 customer service.

The dental team and office staff at Healthy Smiles were all absolutely wonderful. They lead me through my dental procedures with professionalism and compassion. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others needing significant or minor dental work. I personally had procedures done under general anaesthesia and in the chair- all were a great success due to the greatly skilled dentists on staff. I always felt that my needs were catered to and that all advice provided to me was in my best interests, medically. Thanks to Drs Debbie and Claudia and the whole team for all your work- I am very grateful.

As a person with deep seated fear of dentists taking the first step to attend an appointment at Healthy Smiles with Dr. Ved, was a life changing one. The care and kindness as well as expertise displayed by all the professionals I interacted with slowly and surely dismantled my fears and I managed to have my teeth fixed. I chose sleep dentistry as I had a lot of work that was done. I can now chew without pain and smile without being self conscious. Normally I have Victoria who looks after me and is amazing but today I had Dimitri. I'm a nervous patient at the best of times and having someone knew didn't help but I have to say Dimitri and the team were wonderful. They eased my anxiety to get through my clean. Every step was communicated at the highest level and I'm glad I've found these guys to look after my teeth and gums. The consistency of the level of service should be applauded

I've been seeing the team at Healthy Smiles for about 5 years, and have been treated by Dr Chantelle, Dr Debbie and Dr Victoria, and they are all fantastic dentists! Like most people, I had a bit of a fear of the dentist, but the people here are incredibly caring and make the experience not scary at all, you can even listen to music while your teeth are being worked on! I've had many fillings and deep cleans done to aid in my periodontitis and i couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Can not recommend enough. I needed a full root canal and crown, at first I was extremely nervous as it was going to be roughly 5 procedures. I saw Dr Prerna who from the beginning was knowledgeable, informative and supportive. She did an amazing job every step of the way and even came in on her day off to fit me in for my convenience! I have just finished the whole process and couldn’t be more happy with the results. The crown looks perfect, it’s been almost 8 years since I broke my front tooth and now thanks to this amazing team and lovely people they’re back to looking as good as ever.

I have been bringing my three children to Healthy Smiles for years and have been very happy with everyone we have seen. I recently had a check up myself and saw Dimitri and Belinda and they were so lovely and patient with me and explained every step along the way. Definitely would recommend this practice to anyone.
