Corn was served cold from the fridge and butter was given of Amul 5 rs butter which was like ice on the corn And see the pictures how they display and how we get Quantity is suitable for a toddler of 1 years of age only. It's just a marketing tactic to show they are offering cheap prices to the consumers. If not the quantity At least give a decent steamed or warm serving. We later had soft serve ice cream which so happened that the refil was over and had to wait for around 12 mins. After asking for a refund they quickly went and prepared the soft serve ice cream. The customer before me ordered 2 while she got 1 in her hand she had to wait for the other and by the time it arrived I could see the first one melting in her hand and no empathy from the staff.

Food was good. Service could be better. Atmosphere was fine.

Great place to eat out, very tasty food.

Nice place in the Mall de Goa to enjoy MacD burger, french fries and softy ice cream. Plenty of place to sit.

Counter staffs are very rude & behaved very badly with customers. I have advice for this people, when customer approach you that time you should brief the customer about your combo and offers. Bcoz customers are not a burger King staff they are not aware about the offers and combo pack details. Better keep this in mind in future.

Burgers & fries are classic of McDonald's ❤️. The crew trainer was very helpful to serve . There should be more outlets in Goa .

The staff Divya,Dipti and the manager Shreesha were the most incompetent people, not helpful at all. They had old prices which changed as soon as I ordered from the combo menu, then to find out the combo doesn't exist anymore and they wanted to overcharge

We came to visit Goa.when we came to mcd The staff behaviour towards us was very bad ,his name is Amol ,he refused to give us the payment receipt ,and also when we asked the bill he is questioning us why do you want the bill when you having the token number and very rude and harsh behaviour.

So I order from McD app one the employees Tejas in counter was so rude he I told him to scan he is like it's not working I told I just placed an order in next counter it worked n then he was it's not working n the both guy talking in Marathi saying (kantal yetai mala order ghyaich nahi aahe ) means I m getting bored so he don't want to take order is this a way employee of such a good brand behave seriously too much upset with the service.

Today was a totally disrespectful and dissatisfactory experience at mcd. I have posted a picture of the supposed medium fries that I received with my meal. This employee named Shreesha served me my order. I saw her filling up my fries and she shook the panel so that half of the fries dropped down before she “filled up” my fries box. Before she closed my parcel I asked her twice to refill the fries because I told her I saw you ma’am. I saw you drop down some of the fries before you put it in the box and she coldly replied I filled up properly ma’am. I have paid a full price for the meal and the least your employees could do is maintain decorum around the phenomenon called “customer satisfaction”?? You are literally scamming people off their food. People put their hard earned money so that they can enjoy some western culture here in India and people like shreesha madam, they won’t even heed to the customers requests? It’s not that hard to actually FILL UP a medium sized fries box. So madam Shreesha I hope you remember my face so next time if I ask you to fill up my fries box please don’t condescend me or anyone else like you did today.

It was a nice McDonald's shop. But the service and atmosphere was not very good but and the price was also very very higher than other McDonald's so if you have money no problem with atmosphere and little bit waiting must visit here and have fun.
