They have limited options. I visited this store 3 months back. The socks that they gave to try the shoes with had a huge hole in it. More hole and less sock! I questioned the manager. His answer was that if they replace torn socks, all their profits will go in that! But he claimed that they wash the socks everyday. Today, 3 months later, the same sock is in use!! Since I did not find anything that I liked, I went to the local market shop and surprise, surprise they had good, clean socks without holes in them! Frankly, I was disgusted at this Bata shop! I had stopped buying from Bata's cause their shoes used to come apart in a year's time and the quality was no better than market shoes. I thought I would try it out again to see if quality had improved but evidently by the attitude of the manager, it has not!

Located on navelim-Margao road, car parking upfront, All types of footwear available for all age range, specific discount on different items, salesmen are helpful

Very bad behaviour too much of attitude talking rudely don't care customer at all I don't know why bata has given agency to such person selling different products under the dealership of Bata.

The owner is such a weirdo .. can't imagine how someone with such an attitude can open a retail business .. They don't even have complete range and he behaves as if he's the owner of Luis Vuitton... has no manners , got into a big argument with him and bought from some other Bata outlet.

It was a clean place but the workers were coughing 😷 n they didnt even worn the mask 😷

Small shop, looks congested but offers a wide range of quality footwear at prices better than the official showroom in the city.

Visit bata shop from st.inez. Salgaokar bata Thr ull get. Within 1k formal shoes and other varieties shoes Don't visit the. 18th June road one. Their range start from 1800k for formal shoes Doesn't worth it

Very disappointed with this store they are not justifying there terms and conditions about exchange product on the counter

Good outlet open in Navelim but service was a bit slow. Staff was seen spending time on mobile phones even though there were customers around.

Show room is easy to locate and has ample parking space. Staff is very helpful and they have a great collection.

There are variety of shoes,sandals.the crew is helpful but sometimes they do some small mistakes my suggestion is do confirm your size before you carry to home.i buy 2 pair of flip flops both the sizes are different when I reached home.
