    Absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Studio Twenty 3 to everyone. The team are so friendly, supportive and understanding. The workouts are enjoyable and the members are brilliant. If you’re having second thoughts, just do it! You won’t regret it.

    I did my Level 3 PT course last summer with Studio Twenty 3. I did my diploma in Sports Science 15 years ago and I wanted to refresh my knowledge with the Studio Twenty 3 PT course, which was great. I also learned more about about strength training. Andrew provided the course content really good. I liked that we had to research many topics ourself as I think that way you consolidate the knowledge even more. Thank you to the whole Studio Twenty 3 Team!

    I love the classes at studio 23. At the start of the year I had lots my fitness mojo and there always seemed to be a reason why I couldn’t fit a class or run in. Joining studio 23 has been brilliant. The classes are pre booked, parking’s easy and there’s no reason not to go. The classes themselves are run by a team of excellent instructors, all so knowledgeable and generally excellent people as well. Having never done any strength training, I was nervous but the culture of the classes is so supportive, I immediately felt comfortable. Six months in and I can see and feel huge benefit, as much for my mental health as physical. I am so pleased to have found studio 23!!!

    I recently completed the CIMSPA certified Level 3 personal training course, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations... The course curriculum was well-structured and covered a wide range of topics, including anatomy and physiology, nutrition, client assessment, program design, and business skills. The instructors at Studio Twenty 3 were knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, making the learning experience engaging and enjoyable. One aspect that stood out to me was the emphasis on practical application. We had numerous opportunities to practice our skills in a gym setting, working with real clients under the supervision of experienced trainers. This hands-on approach allowed us to gain confidence and apply the knowledge we acquired in a real-world setting. The course also provided valuable resources and materials to support our learning. We had access to textbooks, online resources, and practical manuals that further reinforced our learning. The trainers also regularly shared relevant research articles and studies, ensuring that we were exposed to the latest developments in the field. Overall, the thorough knowledge of human anatomy and muscles, hands-on learning opportunities, diverse teaching methods, and comprehensive resources made this course stand out. It provided us with a solid foundation in exercise science and equipped us with the necessary skills to become effective and knowledgeable personal trainers. I am grateful for the comprehensive education I received during the 'practical' 10 weeks, the teams expertise in human anatomy allowed them to provide valuable insights into injury prevention and rehabilitation. They taught us how to identify common muscle imbalances and weaknesses, and provided practical strategies to address these issues through targeted exercises and stretches. The knowledge and skills I gained have given me the confidence to work with clients of varying fitness levels and goals. I am confident that the skills and insights gained will significantly contribute to my future career as a personal trainer. In the short time since completing the course (Spring '23), I have actually built and now run a side business from home personal training clients, helping them reach their fitness goals in a professional and safe 1-to-1 gym environment.     I joined Studio 23 in January, earlier this year. I cannot recommend the team more highly. Joining was really easy and Gareth was really great at explaining the different options; parking is close; easy to book and swap sessions yourself and you can communicate with a coach 1:1 to get guidance. I joined to get support with an injury that I have had for a while and wanted to strengthen it to go back to playing netball. Not only am I now going back to netball but also staying as a member here because the sessions have been great. Ellie and Hannah's sessions have been very enjoyable and a huge thank you to Matt who has been great in supporting and pushing me in the sessions. A fabulous team and business all round!

    Having started training with Studio twenty 3 to try and regain my fitness, I have been genuinely amazed at the progress I’ve made. The personal approach but inclusive feeling of small group training has pushed and motivated me since day one. Then I suffered a football injury, couldn’t train but had check-ins and support from the trainers and group. Honestly the best coaching, education and support I could have asked for and I didn’t even ask…….. To top of off, we started family training with my 12 year old and she’s already hooked. ST3 are, without doubt, the coaches for everybody

    I had an amazing experience with my personal trainer Ellie. She was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. She tailored workouts to my specific goals and pushed me to achieve results I never thought possible. I couldn't be happier with the progress I've made under her guidance. I highly recommend all the Studio 23 Gang to anyone looking to improve their fitness and well-being.

    I am really enjoying my sessions at Studio 23. The instructors are welcoming and supportive and it feels like a good vibe with a good tribe, even on the days you dont feel like it- you always feel better afterwards. Everyone cheers each other along. The classes are small and personal .Having direct access to a Personal trainer has really helped me build my own confidence and form whilst using the equipment in a safe and progressive way.     If there’s one thing you should do for yourself, it’s becoming a member of Studio 23. It’s the most professional, encouraging, friendly team I’ve ever encountered on. I trust them totally, knowing they are constantly checking for correct/safe body positions whilst training as well as giving enough encouragement to push me to achieve my best potential. I feel so much more energised, toned and have even lost some weight since starting in January. The weekly check in’s from your PT are great for keeping you motivated.

    I started my sessions at Studio Twenty 3 at the beginning of the year. I'd gained weight and felt very unfit and fatigued. I was really unsure how I would get on in the gym and felt really nervous to begin with. However I have had such a positive experience. My trainers are Matt on Monday and Charlie on Fridays. They are both Fantastic and make the sessions a fun and supportive environment. I really enjoy coming here !

    I joined Studio 23 in January 2023 and haven’t looked back since! The whole team are simply amazing. My Personal Trainer Matt is really supportive and is always there to help with any questions I have and to give me any extra encouragement I might need. I have seen huge improvements in my physical and mental health which is down to the support I have received from Studio 23 and the team there. I would definitely recommend Studio 23!!

    I was in need of a fitness boost so I signed up for 6 weeks of small group personal training. It was everything I wanted and more. I needed the discipline of turning up to regular training sessions, and I actually began enjoying going to the gym twice a week. This has made me feel fitter, healthier and stronger thanks to good workouts and a good group of friendly people wanting to train with me. Excellent work from great coaches Hannah, Jamie and Gareth, for pushing me to do more. Thanks to you all for creating a great vibe and a great place to train!

    I started here just before Christmas, returning to exercise after a knee injury. I have been delighted with the support and professionalism provided by the trainers, particularly Matt who encourages me each week and always makes me smile. My fitness has improved considerably, as has my physical shape. I would highly recommend Studio Twenty3 to anyone, no matter your fitness level.     Had a brilliant experience at Studio Twenty 3. Signed up for the 6 week challenge and have been so impressed with the workouts and how amazing the staff have been. The right balance of attention & pushing whilst working around existing injuries. Haven't worked out so well (or hard) for a long time. Just the kick start I needed.     I recently joined StudioTwenty3 after seeing their 6 week challenge advertisement, I had no experience of using the gym and had a couple of old injuries from playing years of badminton. My personal trainer Ellie has been very professional, giving me exercises tailored to my needs and level, with lots of helpful advise and building up my confidence. I am nearing completion of my challenge and can already see my body shape is improving. When Ellie was on annual leave, I had replacement trainers Hannah, Charlie & Jamie and want to say what a fabulous team the studio have, they have all been amazing to train with and I look forward to continuing my sessions after the challenge has finished.

    Been with Studio 23 for 6 months and only sadly leaving due to moving away. I was doing 2 sessions a week and definitely feel much stronger and will hopefully carry it on where I am moving to as I have been taught how to carry out exercises safely and correctly. The PT's are all a right laugh as well as being professional well which helps put you as ease if you were nervous like I was!

    Matt was my PT at studio twenty 3 and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is an excellent PT that took me from absolute zero fitness levels to hitting the gym 3 times a week on top of my once a week PT session. He helped me get started, tailoring my fitness plans as I progressed. Responding to my needs, comments, preferences or if I had any injuries that week. He also helped me with understanding what my calorie intake should be and why as well as setting my protein, carb and fat macros. The service he provides extends outside of the sessions you pay for, having the ability to message him when I needed to was invaluable, he would always get back to me giving me the advice I needed. Matt has helped me achieve my fitness goals and overall I’ve lost 15kg, I couldn’t have done it without him. Set yourself goals and he’ll help you smash them.

    Have only been going to StudioTwenty3 for 2 months but I already feel like a different person I have more energy, sleep better and have MUCH less cravings. I have even toned a bit! All the trainers are fun, enthusiastic and very very motivating. They adjust to our niggles and pace, but they make us sweat for sure! Signing out was the best decision ever!

    Spent a fabulous week here. Great accommodation with all the extras to make it feel like home. The pink shop walking distance for top up groceries great ice cream cooked snacks ect. Bay View walking distance for pub and meal. Garage close by. Launch boat from boat ramp or more experienced straight off beach at end. Fished off beach too.

    I have been training at Studio 23 for over 6 years. I usually train with Hannah and Ben , both who are complete legends. They have always worked round my various small but irritating injuries , sometimes having to adapt whole sessions to accommodate me, which I really appreciate, as it’s kept me being able to keep coming to the gym. You get a real personal service with Studio 23 and I train with lovely people in my small group training sessions. 👍👌

    Studio Twenty 3 is a fantastic studio. Everyone is friendly, understanding, motivational and responsive. Gareth runs a great business and is always happy and available to answer questions or assist. The trainers work to fit each session to your needs, and regardless of who you have, they're all equally qualified and excellent. My wife and I work mostly with Jamie and Andrew and we've never had better trainers. I'd highly recommend this studio to anyone.

    I was recommended by a good friend to join ST3 because I needed help both physically and mentally. ST3 seemed to have experience with similar people of my age (60). I was impressed by the thoroughness of my initial phone consultation. At my first session, they really probed to understand my fitness goals and understand my past injuries. I go twice a week for an hour class with 4-6 people, who also help boost and drive me to work hard. Over the last 6 months, the results have been amazing! I have dropped 2 dress sizes and I couldn’t be happier. ST3 is a safe, friendly and supportive environment which focuses on keeping workouts fresh and challenging. If you are looking for a gym that you feel comfortable in and want motivated and helpful trainers who are just as keen as you are to reach your goals, then you’ve found the right place. Wendy
