Great visit today, the girl who helped us at first was brilliant. She was very attentive and helpful with sizing and quantity we would need. However the lady who served us at the till was incredibly rude, she spoke to other members of staff awfully and she then spoke to myself and my husband awfully. Such a shame as she made us leave not wanting to return after only asking for advice on buying school shoes from them which we won’t be doing now.

Brilliant service today. We had booked an appointment for my son starting school in September, and they had everything ready for him to try on. Everything we needed was in stock and we got everything we needed in this visit so a massive bonus. Thank you!

I have visited this shop twice now and both times what could have been stressful experiences were transformed by excellent and attentive customer service. The first time my daughter and I were served by a young gentleman called Oliver. He was patient, kind and helpful even though we had a lot to buy and weren’t sure of sizes. He was a delight and is a credit to the store. Second visit had the pleasure of being served by the shop manager! Again we received outstanding service. He was friendly and had full understanding of my needs. He went out of his way to accommodate me, and I really appreciated that. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone in need of good quality school uniform in the Reigate area. Thank you again.

Had a wonderful experience on our first ever uniform fitting appointment. When we arrived we were met by Ollie (who was superb) and found that they had already put aside a size appropriate sample of all the different bits of uniform my son would require. We had a great experience.

Wow! What a difference here since the changeover from SWOTS. Made an appointment for my son starting secondary school. Such an amazing service from the staff and I couldn’t be more grateful to Scott and Liam for making the experience for myself and my son so stress free and not at all what I expected. We booked a slot which was a great way to buy. The uniform was already selected in the approximate sizes and ready for trying on when we arrived. The only missing item was delivered later in the day so we don’t have to go back for anything!

all the people were very attentive and helpful; we had child who was a little slow to warm up to new surroundings and i feel they did well to give us some space and alone time, were always friendly and helpful, and made an effort to help her feel at home. As the lone parent on shopping duty, i very much appreciated their patience and consideration.
