I
started
this
process
in
2021.
It's
been
very
stressful.
I'll
start
by
saying,
the
dental
staff
has
always
been
friendly.
I
mean
I've
had
the
few
monotone
people
and
the
plenty
that
just
don't
listen.
But
minus
the
exception
from
the
gentleman
from
my
last
visit,
noone
has
been
rude.
I
mean
they
really
don't
listen,
but
are
never
rude
about
it.
🤷I
guess
that's
something.
The
desk
staff?
That's
another
story.
If
you
need
to
reschedule
or
cancel
an
appointment
your
screwed.
They
never
return
messages
or
answer
the
phone.
I
had
to
reschedule
from
a
snow
Storm
and
it
took
2
years
to
get
ahold
of
someone.
Now
my
dentures
are
literally
falling
apart.
And
once
I
got
in
for
an
appointment
they
didn't
help
me
with
my
dentures.
They
made
me
go
through
a
whole
exam
and
X-rays,
after
I
kept
saying
no
(
but
if
I
didn't
do
it
I
wouldn't
get
help
).
I
feel
stuck
because
I
paid
for
everything
all
ready
and
I
went
back
because
I
paid
for
all
this
work.
Work
that
was
never
finished
all
because
no
one
returned
my
calls.
The
secret
to
getting
a
call
back?
Call
over
and
over,one
after
the
other
for
just
over
an
hour.
You'll
annoy
them
into
answering.
I
really
suggest
staying
small
and
local
and
not
going
to
a
big
chain.
Big
chains
are
not
the
best.
Now
I'll
finally
get
my
upper
denture
fixed,
in
even
more
appointments.
My
lower
bridge
they
won't
help
me
with
(which
is
also
broken)
unless
I
pay
to
get
even
more
work
done.
$5000
out
of
pocket,
I
just
can't
get
more
work
done.
A
special
shout-out
to
my
consultant
at
the
end
of
my
last
appointment.
She
actually
listened
to
me
and
said
she'd
try
to
straighten
out
all
these
issues.
Somehow
they
didn't
even
have
my
insurance
on
file-
which
hasn't
changed.
I'm
pretty
concerned
they
never
even
checked
my
insurance
and
just
said
everything
was
going
to
cost
out
of
pocket.
