EDIT:
Since
posting
the
review,
the
office
has
reached
out
to
my
father,
stating
they
would
credit
his
account
for
the
appliance
repair.
I
am
changing
my
review
from
1
star
to
3,
as
I'm
glad
they
addressed
the
issue
&
made
good
on
it.
I
hope
this
was
the
honest
mistake
they
say
it
was,
but
still
hold
my
reservations,
as
without
me
advocating
&
posting
publicly,
I'm
unsure
this
would
have
been
resolved.
Thank
you,
Carole,
for
reaching
out
to
dad.
I
was
a
patient
of
the
office
since
the
age
of
3
or
4
&
I
actually
thank
my
hygienist,
Shannon,
for
inspiring
me
to
become
a
dental
hygienist,
myself.
It's
only
been
in
the
last
few
months,
that
I've
become
very
disappointed
in
the
office.
My
father,
a
very
non-confrontational
man,
had
a
partial
denture
made
by
the
office
and
it
broke
within
a
week
of
using
it,
as
it's
supposed
to
be
used.
In
the
office
that
I
work
in,
and
every
other
office
that
I've
been
a
part
of,
we
would
have
repaired
the
partial
for
free,
especially
since
labs
guarantee
their
work.
As
I
said,
my
dad
had
his
partial
for
one
week
and
stillwater
dental
charged
him
$450
to
have
it
fixed.
I
strongly
believe
that
they
saw
someone
that
they
could
take
advantage
of
and
they
did.
I
have
attempted
to
call
the
office
to
speak
to
someone
in
charge,
and
no
one
will
return
my
call.
I'm
greatly
disappointed
in
the
office
and
will
no
longer
recommend
them.
Signed,
an
unimpressed
daughter,
that
happens
to
be
a
dental
hygienist
and
knows
what
the
office
has
done
is
UNETHICAL.
