Difficult
to
get
in.
They
constantly
cancel
appointments
or
seem
to
have
problems
making
time
for
the
care
needed.
They
seem
to
want
to
stretch
needed
care
out
into
multiple
visits
(dragging
out
months
for
something
else
that
should
be
one
and
done)
I
say
it
his
from
experiencing
my
husband,
my
own,
and
my
mother's
care.
They
also
did
a
traumatic
procedure
to
my
almost
80
yr
old
mother
and
sent
her
home
with
her
face
black
and
blue
and
gave
her
NOTHING
for
pain
afterwards!!!!
Not
much
around
here
for
dental
care,
do
unfortunately
patients
don't
have
any
options
to
speak
of.
They
tell
me
that
they
need
to
do
one
thing
and
when
I
come
in
to
have
it
done
a
few
weeks
later
they
change
everything
that
they
said
they
had
to
do
to
twice
as
much...I
pay
for
the
work
and
it
falls
OUT
four
weeks
later!!!
They
charged
me
upfront
over
$700
for
a
night
guard
that
should
be
a
fast
turnaround....I
kept
checking
back
to
pick
it
up
and
I
kept
getting
excuses
and
told
to
check
back
...then
after
four
months
of
trying
to
get
what
I
paid
for
they
tell
me
"oops
🤐
we
didn't
hit
the
send
button
when
we
supposedly
ordered
it
,but
we
ordered
a
it
now
"
😳
😡🤬
then
when
it
finally
comes
in
they
hand
it
to
me
in
a
plastic
baggie
and
I
had
to
ask
for
someone
to
take
the
time
to
see
if
it
even
fit
or
to
tell
me
how
to
care
for
it!
I
give
this
place
a
failing
grade!
My
husband
had
two
crowns
done
there
that
also
he
had
pop
off
and
had
to
go
back
to
get
fixed!
Like
they're
using
the
patience
for
training!
NOT
IMPRESSED
😡
and
I
told
them
so....they
made
no
compensation
for
any
of
this!!
Also
my
mom's
dentures
that
they
say
on
their
phone
recording
should
be
quality
and
quick
(NOT!!!)
It's
been
7
months
and
they
STILL
don't
have
her
in
her
right
dentures
so
she
can
eat!
We're
looking
for
a
new
Dental
care
clinic!
