Kind, caring, informative, and truly put the "Gentle" in Gentle Family Dentistry. Was scheduled for a deep clean (if you don't know what that entails, Google it, it's rough) and took a total of 3 appointment. Willing to work with me since I don't have insurance. The staff is amazing Also, sick Outback Wilderness. You know who you are.

For the moment you pull in the parking lot, you already feel welcomed. Once inside, it’s like visiting an old friend. The staff was very welcoming, Abby she was extremely patient while taking my X/trays , Melissa cannot done a better job cleaning my teeth and the Doctor is extremely nice and professional. I have no words how good and fortunate that I have found such a wonderful Dentist.

I have always been apprehensive about going to the dentist, and I was when I first came here too, but that quickly went away with the kindness of the staff! My hygienist talked me through everything she was doing, so I wasn’t surprised, and she apologized preemptively if she thought it would hurt or be sensitive! They worked with me with a payment plan for my bill, and I think that’s really good of them. 10/10 would recommend

I was scheduled for 2 crowns side by side but was so scared of the novocaine. As Dr Isaac proceed to inject me Justice knew I was nervous and grabbed my hand and held while I squeezed a few times during the injection. To me my experience was MUCH better then I anticipated oh can’t forget the story to distract me by Dr Isaac. Justice and Dr Isaac make a great team I watched and listened, during some parts of the procedure they didn’t have to communicate with words it went very smoothly. Thanks for a great experience at the Dentist.

All at the Madison Gentle Family Dentistry are very friendly and pleasant to work with. I had a new procedure done and was very nervous, they were very reassuring and sympathetic to me and made me feel very comfortable. Over all a good experience and I will be recommending to everyone that is in need of a Dentist.

This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been too! Seriously the best experience I’ve had. I won’t go anywhere else after this. All of the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and make sure you feel comfortable. Going to the dentist usually makes me nervous, but I wasn’t at all here. Definitely recommend this place to everyone, especially if you’ve had bad experiences at the dentist before.

I’ve been a patient here for 30 years. The staff are caring and listen to their patients. Their professional attention is so appreciated. I also like the way their billing system works. It’s very convenient. The process to remind you about an upcoming appointment is also a patient perk. Good people.
