Comfortable visit for a routine check-up. Dentist took time to explain and demonstrate - which was very helpful. Would be nice for receptionist area however, to be a bit more private rather than just a small table.

We would not know where to go if we did not have Noel Davies..... He is just the perfect dentist in our opinion. Always kind, gentle and caring. Always a fantastic result. Very friendly and efficient staff. Very good dentistry. However, I did struggle to understand the dentist when he was talking as he has a very strong accent. Maybe talking a bit slower would help. Also I would like to add that since the renovation the receptionist seems to be vunerable sitting at an open desk. I watched a young child take the mouse from the desk. I've also noticed that patients would stand behind the desk to look at the monitor. She asked them to step back a bit but they didn't move. Surely this is compromising patients confidentiality and is breach of Law. This should really be addressed.

Hello one and all. To say I was nervous is the understatement. The last time I went to the dentist was when the hulahoop was all the rage I must say the receptionist and the two assistants were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces, and the dental surgeon, Dr Pritesh Bhatt made me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease. Can’t wait for my next appointment as that time the Christmas tree will be in the reception. I heard rumours about this tree I can’t wait to see it?😂

I had 4 dental implants plus bone grafting, which was challenging. However, Pritesh provided a great service and was always there for me when I needed help and advice, even providing me with his mobile number for out of hours. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his staff and I would thoroughly recommend Dental Concepts as a caring and reputable practice.

Abbin John and the dental nurse were amazing today. Kind gentle and made my nerves disappear.. Very pleasant appointment. Thank you, Claire

Came in today and saw Abbin John for the first time. He was so thorough, and also very gentle! I’ve never had a dentist take so much time and care before! The dental nurse (Amy) was also lovely and makes you feel very at ease! They were both so patient and good with Billie (2) who was so excited to be at the dentist which she isn’t usually! The receptionist is always lovely too. Overall a lovely experience and would definitely recommend. 😊
