Great school wear shop, better than the company I used before for Countesthorpe Academy. I ordered 2 jumpers and took one week to arrive.

In Oaby school clothes good parking young friendly staff and reasonable prices. A bad point is that they are far away in the center of the city would be better access and easy to reach.

Emergency visit to buy a blazer after my daughter lost hers. Really easy and stress free! Parking on site, ran in, served by a lady called Frankie who knew straight away what size we would need. We were in and out in 5 mins!

Visited in May to get uniform sorted early for the next academic year. We were served by a really helpful lady who knew exactly what we’d need for our school and brought out numerous sizes to try. She also ordered us the items that weren’t in stock so we were able to get everything we needed in one visit. Ample free on-site parking makes it easy to visit. A welcoming and helpful store, thank you!

First time visiting the Schoolwear Solutions shop, I was really impressed with the service today. Such a friendly bunch of staff who were extremely helpful and patient. They have a fantastic schooling system which is well stocked, so nothing is forgotten in relation to what needs purchasing, especially as we attended for a whole new secondary uniform. Highly recommend booking an appointment as can get busy. Who knew a uniform could be sorted in less than 15 mins and with trying on clothes too! Thank you for a simple swift and not stressful shopping experience! Look forward to returning next year!

They still think covid it still here get a grip and pull the chains off and welcome more people into the store and stop asking if your child needs anything more . If we need it we will purchase it

In principle, it’s quite good, but if an English guy serves you, you immediately feel a racist attitude towards migrant customers. Not a smile, not a normal greeting... As if “whatever you need... take it and get out of here...”

Don't understand why they keep the shoppers outside in the sun and not inside the shop??!! My daughter's jumpers came while being abroad. We were not notified by any other means than Sms which we didn't receive as we were abroad. Checked over the phone I was told that the numbers are ready to collect. The guy in the shop said that they have been collected before ??!! I told him to check again, he then asked for help and got them for me ??!! Not the best customer service, sadly.

Car park available which is always a plus! Really helpful staff. Can order online or in store if required. But be prepared for long delivery times which seems to be the normal amongst other uniform suppliers with delays in the chain.

Schoolwear Solutions Store closed on Thursday and Sunday. I suggest a "Closed Thursday" sign placed inside large front window as many drive in when closed and are forced to back out or turnabout after walking up to the unused entrance door where schedule is posted. Store should be open and car park gate already opened by 9am for hurrying parents.

I had to make an appointment but when we arrived the member of staff was very polite and helpful, sorted the uniform out well within 15 minutes which is good as my daughter hates shopping....lol.

Really expensive but only place I can get my child's uniform. Ordered online payment was taken but item wasn't in stock. You have to wait to be let in if you just want to go in and buy something.

Absolutely shocking service from this place. Simply don't care and will feed you a pack of lies to shut you up. Items ordered weeks ago, promised they'd been despatched on Saturday, wife asked for tracking number which was ignored. Tracking shows Monday despatch, what a surprise. Only 1 t-shirt of 2 and no jumpers. No communication in regards of stock. Their leaflet quotes 'Trust, Honesty, Ownership, Respect. This simply is what they lack in every department
