    This is a covid thing. This company took our money and now tell us we will only get 80% of what we paid and that we will have to wait 60days for our refund.     What an absolute joke and scam. Like many people I have had to cancel my trip abroad this year from UK to America. I had to cancel 3 flights, 2 accommodations and a variety of attractions. Every company except FloridaTix offered a full refund. FloridaTix however are trying to keep 20%, dispite the park being closed on my date of travel. This is outrageous and criminal. Avoid this company, they are selfish and greedy.

    This company has taken our money, including the extra for cancelling (for whatever reason) And now not only has refused to refund us, but completely ignoring us. Scam of a company

    Bought 4x tickets to the 3 Park universal tickets through this company . Had issues in orlando where we did not use them . I spoke to studios who advised to contact floridatix . And from there this is where problem after problem persisted . Asking for money back for your tickets is impossible they take no responsibility and basically say no . This is where now I realise you are not covered even under there insurance bit if something actually goes wrong after they issue . You are never getting money back for you not using there tickets . They just say to need to email this or email that write a complaint in it takes 28 days . I requested to see there refund policy's or if they had such a policy of all there tickets is non refundable etc . And now they have gone full silence . If you are planning to buy tickets for parks just be mindful if a problem happens . You are not getting your money back here . Will never use this company again

    Waiting over a month for a refund. Sent a universal ticket back tracked and signed for at attraction world spoke to them on the phone in beginning 3 emails sent with responses it's being processed still waiting. Quick to take your money refunding not so quick . Their competitors 48 hours to refund .

    Have always used floridatix in the past but due to Covid had to cancel this year. Was told back in August it would take 60 days to get refund. Guess what it ain't happened it is now November and they still have not given refund. I have asked several times but no joy they eventually said as it was over a year since I booked they need to get my bank details again. Made some lame excuse that they contacted me in October which is an absolute lie. I have asked how long for refund and still got no reply. Looks like I will have to take this further. Now I would say don't touch this firm with a barge pole which is something I never thought I would say. Virgin tickets were cheaper this year so booked with them. Floridatix now lost a loyal customer

    purchased all the florida park tickets with the intention of going, covid stopped that but luckily I paid for the protection as well. Still charged £25 for an admin fee to get my money back which is a joke. Just a way of making money rather than doing the right thing as a business. Because of this reason and treating other customers badly as well I won't be purchasing anymore tickets from floridatix.

    wouldn't use these again . changed terms and conditions to suit themselves. I took insurance so did get a full refund but having to wait months is not good enough and before you reply saying "staff shortages and covid made refund process longer" you was quick to take money and change dates for people very quickly.The amount of time you took took to email back saying "contact us nearer the time" you could of done a refund .Covid has hit everyone and I get that, some people's situations means they have no money in the pot and entitled to a refund in the time frame in your term and conditions when booked . All the money you've charged people would be better spent giving your staff some training in customer services because some are rude and have no people skills!

    I had tickets booked for November 2020 and told had pay by April due to COVID-19 as Disney wanted all payments to extend my passes until august 2021 which I only go Florida November Lucky I paid there insurance rip off And after 2 months got money back I never use this company again rather buy at the gate for my park tickets and when I rang customer service not helpful at all.

    Note to self if buying tickets to go to Disneyland in the future don't use floridatix . We booked our tickets in 2019 (before covid was even a thing) for our honeymoon and are now being refused a full refund, they told us that we 'should have purchased the protection'...sorry we couldn't predict covid! When I questioned why they were offering full refunds to people who purchased tickets on October 2020 during covid I was told that they had to offer this to get new bookings. Also the customer service is terrible, having worked in customer service for many years I would never speak to a customer the way I was spoken to. If I could rare 0 stars I would. Very disappointed.

    This company cannot charge a cancellation fee if your trip was cancelled due to covid. Technically this is a breach of contract as they have not supplied the service promised under the contract. Don’t accept a date change, demand your money back in full. IF YOU HAVE PAID ANY PART OF THIS ON CREDIT CARD! Call your card company, section 75 team will refund this to you!!!

    I purchased tickets from them for my first trip to Disneyworld in September 2022. Payment went through but I didn't receive any tickets. When checked with them, they said they did not receive any payment from my bank, Citibank. Thus, in good faith I repurchase the tickets in Octover.. Once again, the same thing happened. At last, I emailed them to inform that I have paid twice for the tickets each costing me about 2K and have not received any tickets from them. Since Nov 2022, they have been not responding to my emails and reguse to help me! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTABLE!

    Got a good deal on Mickeys Not So Scary Halloween Party and Halloween Horror Night tickets. Tickets were sent the next day by email however I missed them as they went to my junk, when I emailed about this I had a reply extremely quickly and they resent my tickets. I have linked both tickets to my Disney Experience and Universal App no problem. I am very pleased with the service and would use them again!

    Bought kennedy space centre tickets, best price I could find anywhere and also managed to get tickets that included lunch vouchers. Thought it might be something that ended up being a few dollars off if we bought a specific thing but actually got $15 each to spend at any of the food venues there, excellent! Voucher easy to use no hassle with it, and also used the pay deposit option which worked well

    Be mindful that their "payment protection" can only be used once. It does not state this anywhere. If you book tickets for multiple parks you're only covered for 1 adjustment. There is no option to buy cover for separate parks and neither can you buy more cover once its been used. We now have tickets with no protection despite having bought it initially after making an adjustment to our other park tickets. And so far no one has provided me with any legitimate response and shown me where it states this in their very basic terms and conditions.

    I am extremely disappointed with Florida Tix. We had booked to go to clear water via the clear water bus trip in Orlando which was our honeymoon treat back in May. The bus never turnt up at the location specified and we waited over an hour, to later be told we wouldn't receive a refund. After alot of emails and explainations we were told a refund would be issued. Over a month on we've still had no refund and no correspondence from them. I've sent numerous emails and when I phone they always say they will be sorting it. Not happy at all with their customer service.

    I would like to thank Carly at Florida Tix for helping to sort out my error when ordering my tickets on line . The team sorted my error and replaced the tickets with the deal that l was trying to book . Thanks again and l would recommend them . I will order my future tickets with them .
