The coffee and customer service has been excellent here in the past. Maybe it was a bad day. The barista had a friend in and it felt as though I was intruding. Personal opinions about work and political statements were made which should probably be left for private conversations; I found out enough in 3 minutes to steal her identity. The coffee was sadly not up to the usual standard for £3-50 so we finished up and got out as soon as possible. Too many other options in KH to be back in a hurry.

A lovely little coffee shop with loads of vegan desserts and snacks. There's another space upstairs with art, and a treatment room for acupuncture and sports massage. I'll definitely be back, the owner is absolutely lovely.

It was my fav place to have a coffee in KH. There used to be a bunch of lovely girls working there. For a month or so customer service is not as good as it was. I am not a regular customer anymore, although I have to say the quality of the coffee is great!

Absolutely the best coffee in South Birmingham, bar none. Cosy and friendly with excellent cakes and pastries too, and their Indian Street food boxes are great value.

This is my go to cafe. Nice interior, always friendly staff and amazing food. The new pizza's are amazing! Sold in slices but one is enough for a lunch - they're huge. The cakes are delicious but bear in mind they're quite filling. Gluten free and vegan options are usually available. There isn't lots of seating space inside, however, Ra Hub in stirchley is also available, I've never been myself though.

Great little place to kick back and relax. Very friendly staff, nice rustic feel to the place. Good vibes, would recommend it to everyone in the area. Be careful with parking, it's only 30mins street parking however there's Homebase around the corner where you can park for 2 hours.

Wood tone decor and furnishings were delightful for me. The coffee was nice, maybe next time I'll grab a pretzel too!

A great personal feel, with welcoming staff. Lovely home made Indian street food with speciality teas and coffees, with lovely cakes and smoothies or milkshakes. There is even an art display upstairs with the extra seating.

Great coffee and cakes. First rate service. Far better than the usual main brands...

Coffee and cakes were good but the place is disgustingly dirty, almost as if it’s never been cleaned. It has a heavy damp smell, the floors are super dirty and generally the place is very unkept. Not returning, sorry.

Great coffee and the best gluten free brownies with a warm welcome. V happy to see the excellent street food boxes are back.

OMG - The Kasak Chai is the best thing I have ever tasted! Smooth, sweet, milky, and spicy - as warming and as comforting as hot chocolate but without the cloying sweetness. A lovely way to start my morning. The staff are friendly and wonderful too :)

In terms of the taste, this is probably the best cup of coffee in kings Heath. Staff are always friendly and quick and reading some of the other reviews, I find it hard to believe anyone has had a negative experience there. I’ve never sat in or tried any of their food and hopefully that will change in the future, but for now this would definitely be my go-to coffee spot in the area

Great coffee and the cinnamon bun was one of the best experiences of my life, when they offered to warm it up I knew I was in for a treat but nothing could have prepared me for the extreme delight of that bun. Great place.

Nice little coffee shop, welcoming and friendly staff. Thought I’d try an iced latte, not a fan and wished there was a larger iced variety. Decently priced and will be back to try other items.

I’m almost apologetic to put a one star review, however, they served me the worst cortado Ive had to date. It was the size of a flat white and it was milky, lukewarm and lacking any foam on top leading to almost no coffee taste at all. The lady seemed stressed so I didn’t comment at the time. It is a shame as the last time I went the espresso was good.

Some of the best coffee in the area. Lovely team behind the counter. They have opened extra seating upstairs, which has books and board games. Great place to relax and read.

Amazing coffee and tea. The Matcha Ice Tea is to die for. If you're in kings heath I highly recommend this place. Everything on the menu tastes like it's worth double the price you pay. The customer service is amazing, and so friendly
