Tasty food, average service. there are lots of additional costs for things that should really be included in the price of the food. Such as additional cost if u get guacamole, jalapeños and cheese sauce as well as extra money of you choose the beef filling. It's a shame it extra charge for them to give you frozen guacamole. But other than that the food is good and filling.

I ordered salad bowl. Everything was fresh and meat was soft and cooked. Beans and guacamole was nice. They serve people very fast and their space was clean.

Ordered some food and was served by a lovely man who had a white hat on and curly hair not sure what his name was but he was very polite. Definitely coming again

Build your own burrito was pretty good. Nice fat burrito, with nice stuff inside, well made by great staff at a reasonable price. I felt as if the fillings could have been tastier. Also, being in the food hall in West Quay, it's a bit loud and busy and not the nicest atmosphere to eat in, of you can even find a table to sit at.

When I came to Tortilla, I was blown away by the freshness and quality of the food. That paired with Kieran’s fantastic customer service skills made for a fantastic experience overall. 10/10 will definitely return.

Can't go wrong with Tortilla! Their burritos are always AMAZING every time. I love their staff too, Leah (who served me) was so friendly and down to earth and I was really impressed with her burrito wrapping skills! She also left a super cute message on my churros bag, which were delicious btw!😀

First time eating here. Oh my god was absolutely amazing, every bite was delicious. Staff were really friendly. Loved it and can’t wait to go back and try different flavours 🤤

Atmosphere not great but that's cause it is in the food court lol which isn't their fault obvs. Food as always, really good. Probably my favourite TEX-MEX. They offer NHS and student discount too :)

Overpriced. £11 for a salad bowl, almost same price as my partner's meal which had rice and chicken! Try La Beronia in Portswood if you want good mexican

Bit disappointed after reading the reviews online before we went. Had the Tacos, and found them to be a bit soggy and definitely not worth the money they cost. Probably won't bother to go again next time we're in Southampton. Although the food wasn't great, the staff were polite and the service was fast.

Leah was our server and she was amazing. Brought the two good to go bags, she talked us through everything and was very patient with us making up our minds. Went the extra mile with both our bowls! Will definitely come back.

Good food, almost everything bar the wraps is gluten free! The beef and the vegan option are both amazing, and the house made guac is so good! Queue moves pretty quickly, and Leah was very kind and helped me choose what to order 😋

Honestly the friendliest service in the West Quay mall and consistently delicious! Always excited to disembark to enjoy some mexican cuisine in south hamton. Keep up the great service!

Absolutely amazing food and service. We had leah serving us and she was very kind and friendly especially seems as she works in a hard industry not just with hard to deal customers but also because in this day and age she also has to deal with delivery orders too but very friendly and bubbly person would definitely recommend the food I feel she deserves a pay raise

I was greeted by a very handsome young man at the till. He introduced himself as "Im Matt, Nice to meet you". He helped me order, as I was unfamiliar with the menu. He certainly seemed a man that could handle his meat, so I let him take control. His customer service was fantastic from start to finish. He filled my burrito to the brim, it was delicious, I finished so quickly. Thank you Matt!

First time I've been here and I loved it. The Burritos were really well made and didn't fall apart. There's not a lot of choice for a #vegan #lunch at the food court in the West Quay shopping centre but Tortilla was a welcome site for a hungry #vegan with a #jackfruit #burrito option.

Visited here before going to the cinema and the large burrito kept me full for the whole film. If you get the nachos make sure to get the cheese sauce too! The burrito was well wrapped and presented nicely, the staff members were very polite and happy to cater to what I asked for!!

My server Kieran was such a lovely soul! I was worried about certain parts of the food so he even gave me a little pot free of charge to ensure I liked it! Kept making me laugh and over all a great person. The food was also amazing here. Definitely recommend !

After a tiring shopping trip around west quay, I knew I needed to try out the Southampton branch of Tortilla as it has always been my favourite and this branch and its employees did not disappoint! Ordered my go-to burrito bowl and quesadilla and it was delicious. The server, Kieran, was really helpful and was a lovely person. Altogether I really enjoyed my experience at this branch.
