Visited Tui shop in Staines yesterday. We were helped by Alan who is very knowledgeable regarding booking a cruises not just their own brand they will be able to book a variety of cruises. We booked a cruise for the Caribbean. I can recommend visiting the Tui shop in Staines. It was less stressful than bring to book a holiday either on line or by the telephone Alan was so helpful.

Today we visited TUI Staines and walked out with a holiday booked in the shortest amount of time and fully confident that the advice we were given was truthful and honest! Alan is an asset to the company! He was super pleasant and so calm and personable. Never once pushing us to book anything with a sales approach. This really is was a breath of fresh air. Am a returning customer having booked both previous holidays and our honeymoon through the staff at Staines namely the female manager and Andrew. Today we booked a holiday with Aymen and I was left really impressed with his professional efforts. Aymens attentiveness was second to none, he was polite and conversation flowed easily, the considerations he advised us to think about as well as the general advice he offered was much appreciated. He found somewhere that was suitable for our needs, within our budget, on parr with what we wanted as a young family looking for somewhere our daughter could enjoy too. There was no hard sale, he kept a shortlist for us and allowed us to revisit each option many times over. He was only happy once we were. Will definitely be back to book 2024 with him.

Visited the Staines store and was greeted & seated by a lovely member of staff called “Ayman” - could honestly say I will be back to this store to book our next holiday specifically with him. I spoke to Diane Smith today from the Staines branch. I am a wheelchair user and couldn't get through to Tui special assistance to get contact details for Qatar airways assistance, for a third party package holiday booked with Tui. This lady was so kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond. Good service and beyond what she had to do. She even talked me through what I had to do.

I have booked 3 holidays for this year with Alan at the Staines Branch.. I have booked previous holidays with him as well and always go on recommendation with Alan or we come up with the same holidays. Alan is very knowledgeable and is fantastic at his job and we have never had a bad holiday.. We have previously booked Mexico,Maldives,Florida,Turkey,Cyprus and NewYork & Mexico for this year.. If ever I have a problem or need anything Alan is always their to help. I would recommend and have recommended Alan to my friends as his Customer Service skills are superb. The reviews of TUI online are all true - check out on Facebook and Insta for the many candid comments of people chasing money or disappointment.... I paid £5k here to go to Mauritius after paying £100 admin fee to make a booking change - two flights were sold that they didnt have taking hours of time (and after taking our £5k and sending a confirmation email). They then switched the full £5k to a Thai holiday without our approval knowing we explicitly didnt want to go to Thailand having paid them an admin fee to cancel the booking. What is fraud? Under UK law, fraud is defined as: making a dishonest representation for your own advantage or to cause another a loss.

A huge thank you to Lisa at Staines branch for her great advice and knowledge in finding us a holiday that ticked all the boxes we had hoped for. We changed our minds several times and had pretty much been around the world looking before we decided. Thank you for your patience.
