I believe that is now time for the NHS England to act and see if there is anything that can be done to elevate the quality of service of this so called medical practice as it's currently inexistent. Just like all the other people in here I am expecting a lot of pain and frustration, but I still believe that there is hope and something can be done. I invite all the people in here to write a formal complaint to the NHS England, if you are not satisfied with the response, the complainant can be escalated to the health services ombudsman. I believe that this could be a good starting point as you can see these people don't really care of bad Google reviews as this won't harm them at all. Also, try to send email rather than waiting for hours on the phone, you can then use these emails to prove their negligence

If I could -0 I would give that to.. absolutely ridiculous and pathetic surgery. Never have any appointments, keep you waiting and then say no appointments left. The doctors are okay. The receptionist is arrogant and not welcoming at all... she made me feel uncomfortable and upset. It use to be so good back in the days with dr kordan and Gabriel. Hate this surgery now Even if your dying they won’t see you. Pathetic

Sadly it is not possible to leave zero stars out of 5 which would be most accurate. This is the worst GP surgery in Birmingham. The receptionists are by far the worst I have ever come across - rude, apathetic and completely inhuman in their attitude and responses, why choose to work with a constant influx of mentally and physically unhealthy people if you have the emotional capacity of an angry toddler? I think it’s time to shut this place down.

It happened twice called them in morning , at around 8-30 , after waiting 45-50 minutes receptionist said , we haven't got any appointments for today. They paly 10 different recordings on their answering machine why cant you guys put a simple message that we are fully booked for today please call tomorrow. what's the point of wasting an hour of so many people when you can use technology to save time.

Would give it 0 star's. Been there 4 years and have managed to get 2 appointment's with a doctor. Receptionists Michelle is extremely rude and very intrusive, refusing to give me an appointment until I disclose personal medical issue(they are not nurses). Another time , Michelle, was outside the doctors on her phone when I got to the doctors, instead of on the phone, so I could not get through all morning, she even had the cheek to tell me, she's supposed to be answering reception calls but is busy, she covered her face and continued to stand in the car park. All the receptionist were in the car park, talking about a gate that was open(at 10am this is why the phones are ringing are out), when queried, the short white receptionist with a belly, red face and bob hair and Michelle started to verbakky assault my partner, apparently he should not be asking why Michelle had illegally parked her 4x4 on a drop down curb, blocking the doctors entrance from the main road, the road is used by the 11 bus and in frequent use, you are not permitted to stop on the road,she blocked the entrance, creating a dangerous hazard,(she swore and walked into reception where I was standing) and continued to talk about myself and partner very loud and rudely as she and the weightier lady came back in, as we should not question them so Michelle said she "Hopes to god" that I don't get given an appointment by the other lady, as she wouldn't give me one if she was talking to me,(withholding appoinents baawd on preference),they continued to shout about me and my partner openly, I challenge it asking if they were trying to trigger me by lying and giving attitude, and berating me, Michelle did not like this ,slammed open and closed the reception glass doors, shouting more, became loud and aggressive towards my partner, started talking in threats and the short round lady did the same, they were both told to stop and calm down by their colleagues, but Michelle continued with the attitude, threats and aggressive behaviour towards me, I did not feel safe in the doctors with these women. They were justifying their behaviours based on their bad morning. I was left a anxious mess, I was triggered in so many ways that I sat shaking in a corner waiting for the nurse. My partner asked for the receptionist name and she refused, telling him, he doesn't attent the surgery so need to leave voluntarily or she would remove him herself, she slammed glass doors and dragged papers so hard she ripped forms in half on the glass windows. She continued to get up and walk around reception most the time I was waiting, looking at me and talking to the receptionist about me. When asked her name, she tried to call my partner aggressive, started winding her neck around and clenching fist, another receptionist shouted her name out whilst telling her to calm down repeatedly, but fueled up by the shorter unhealthily colleague's ipinions, she continued until I was seen. She's a disgrace to the medical receptionists, she is entitled, rude and I don't trust her to have access to my medical records, she finds mental health funny and triggered me multiple times, she openly lied and mocked me and my partner on camera, in plain view of those there, then stopped when she was told that I had started to film her shouting at me from across the waiting room. She has the same attitude on the phones, I'm glad I can now put a face and name to the voice.

A complete lack of care for their patients would be an understatement. Unprofessional, no empathy or understanding and have poor excuses for when things go wrong. I have been trying to get an appointment for over 6 months and even being number 3 in the queue I was told there were no appointments. How is that even possible? And get a prescription? Your lucky if someone answers the phone and then they dont contact you if there is an issue. I am done! Our health is important!

I believe this is one of the worst medical practices in the west midlands. The staff are absolutely disgusting. The practice lead dr acts like a child, no empathy and no concern. Trying to get my child seen and being point blank refused. This is a child that hasn't been well for over 6 weeks. I am at this point looking for people that have had issues of medical negligence with this practice. I am willing to pay solicitor fees and everything as long as we get a few people on board and have a bigger and better case against these sorry excuses of people

The worst doctors surgery I have ever dealt with! Very rarely are the phone lines open on time, try calling later in the day and even if you are number 1 in the queue you are waiting for ages and no one picks up. I keep having to book UTS for my daughter as I can never get through to her doctors. Really terrible service just needs to be shut down!

AVOID. Impossible to get an appointment. Ring at 8am and 45 in the Que!! They cut you off as soon as you’re number 1 in the Que! Ring again, only to be told no appointments left and ring next day! Receptionists are rude. They ask what’s wrong and then decide THEMSELVES it’s not important or urgent and to call next day as “only emergency appts today”. This surgery will kill someone. When you do manage to get a call back it’s rushed and “only one problem per phone call! Absolute joke. Can’t even be seen face to face! Use another surgery. This place is an absolute joke and NEEDS to be shut down immediately before someone is killed from this place. NEGLECT AND RUDE.

Can never get an appointment. On the phone for 45 minutes this morning just to get through to be told all appointments gone for the day. Cannot make an appointment for a future date. They can’t even issue a repeat prescription correctly. If you need a doctor, go somewhere else. I have been with them 6 years now, and this morning was the final straw. Looking for a new doctor as I write.

Absolutely Appaling service. Impossible to see a gp. Impossible to get a fit note. Never get to see the same doctor twice! Why they are still allowed to practise, beats me!

I don't understand how this practise is still allowed to operate. Never had a good experience. Staff are completely incompetent. Partner is pregnant, her pregnancy wasn't registers for months, she wasn't assigned a midwife for months, she didn't have her first scan for months. They've been useless at helping her throughout the pregnancy with sickness and can never be relied upon. All the qualities a gp should not have. Currently in the process of complaining to the commissioner.

Shocking. Impossible to get an appointment, not even in person, over an hour late to call when you do manage to book one, only to speak to a doctor that clearly hasn't looked at your records and doesn't understand what you're saying/asking even though it's very simple.

I have been with this practice for 34 years. Sadly after the departure of doctors Kordan, Patel and Gabriel this practice has become comically poor. The reception staff act like MRCGPs and the doctors who seem to all be locums denying basic medical care. I wait for ridiculous amounts of time to get through and when I do appointments have gone. The locums cannot help with the excuse that they are not my named doctor. I have now been forced to change my practice and during the change over spend £1000s on private Bupa GPs and private scans. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I would give this place a 0. They don’t pickup the phone or call back for days. All the doctors are usually. Why is the NIH not doing something about this place?? This place should be closed for good.

Avoid this surgery! It's very hard to phone at 8 and get an appointment. I phoned at a different time and was given a doctors phone appointment for 10 days later- and the doctor didn't call! also, they will try telling you that your medicines "aren't on the system". The receptionist questions you on the phone to try and catch you out and so not give you appointment/medicines. The waiting room is always packed, no seats and people complaining.

Receptionist so rude ! Every time I call. They never have appointments regardless of time you calling. They should close instead of abusing their patients.

shame you have to put 1 stare it deserves much less, the GP'S here are awful don't listen to the patient and deny patients the health care they need! rarely ever get an appointment and if you do the Dr is rude and rushes you. do not waste your time physical health or mental health on this surgery, it needs the mps attention and closing before they kill someone!

Worst place to visit, staff very unprofessional, even they are rude over the phone and you never get appointment. Staff always busy chatting and they will do anything to make you feel horrible. Such a shame what they do to people on daily bases.

Since the days of Dr's kordan and Gabrielle, the surgery has gone down hill. Items missing from repeat prescriptions, I broke down in the surgery a few weeks ago! I was at the end of my tether, frustration and feeling ill took it's toll. I had to go from one chemist to another tracking my prescription some months ago, again I broke down. I've been with this surgery 25 years, but am looking at changing now, this surgery has the worst feedback for surgeries in the area! Since the lovely receptionists from back in the day went, we have those who don't seem to like their job! This surgery has enhanced my mental health, and my physical problems are not being dealt with properly.

My lady friend had an acute pain in her right side for 2 days, and when she eventually spoke To their admin.she was told by a receptionist to go to A&E. They are a disgrace to their profession.

This is practice is horrible. They hire incompetent people, clinicians who can not do prescriptions and you have to phone the practice hundred times to get an urgent prescription done. There promises are lies, do not trust them over the phone.

Shambles, pathetic, useless. They should acknowledge that they are a useless outfit, pack their bags and leave. Sell the land to a drive through kebab shop which will be far more efficient and user friendly. No appointments, if you ever get through. They fail to answer the emergency hotline. They don't know how to operate their own systems. Incompetency runs through this scurgery. They seriously need to be reviewed. It seems like they cut back in sessions so they don't have to pay for gp's which makes it more profitable for the partners. A nice money earner.

Currently looking for a new doctors practise as I cannot believe the standard of care at Dudley Park , terrible staff & admin . Patients are being dismissed left right and centre , with absolutely no regard .

Completely useless. Been trying to get help with my sons anxiety and behavioural problems for 2 years and completely nothing got done . Had a doctor actually laughing at one of the appointments when he heard my sons worries and been advised to give my son calpol . It is a joke a disgrace. Tried to get help numerous times and either there was no appointments available or miraculously got one and it wasn't taken any forward. Also have a carpal tunnel myself and waited for over a year to get that sorted.

Pretty much every time I've been in this surgery I have to watch someone being treat like dirt, today it was the turn of a man with prostate surgery who left in tears, reception staff don't even try to hide the look of disgust on their faces when dealing with people that obviously need help, one day they will do it to the wrong person.
