I
have
just
walked
out
of
this
place.
The
customer
service
is
unbelievably
bad
-
I
strongly
advise
do
not
go
here!
I
have
just
moved
back
from
london
and
needed
a
new
Botox
lady
and
this
place
looked
like
they
knew
what
they
were
doing…
I
arrived
about
5
minutes
before
my
appointment
it
was
15
minutes
before
I
even
got
acknowledged
-
even
though
both
ladies
came
out
multiple
times,
I
was
completely
ignored
and
I
didn’t
even
get
a
hello
which
is
just
appalling,
why
wouldn’t
you
be
curious
as
to
why
a
woman
was
just
standing
in
your
shop?
I
understand
you
are
a
busy
shop,
but
a
simple
hello
to
awaiting
customers
is
the
absolute
bare
minimum
you
can
do,
especially
if
you
have
never
met
them
before.
I
don’t
mind
about
a
wait
as
it
is
common,
but
to
be
completely
ignored
made
me
feel
extremely
uncomfortable.
I’ve
honestly
never
experienced
something
like
this
before
when
going
into
a
shop!
Then
another
lady
was
taken
in
before
me
which
is
no
problem
apart
from
Chloe
went
to
take
her
in
and
I
was
ignored
again,
she
didn’t
even
look
at
me
and
I
was
just
left
there
without
a
hello
or
anything,
it
was
so
strange!
She
never
introduced
herself
at
any
point!
I’m
starting
to
get
annoyed
by
this
point.
It’s
just
so
bizarre!
Eventually
10
minutes
into
my
appointment
Chloe
comes
out
and
had
no
idea
what
I
had
booked
into,
she
had
no
idea
she
was
even
running
behind,
or
what
time
my
appointment
was,
no
idea
I
was
a
new
client
and
did
not
seem
to
care,
which
was
worrying.
I
asked
her
‘Do
you
not
even
know
what
I’m
having
done?’
She
said
no
-
Even
though
I
explained
that
I
had
phoned
several
timand
had
had
a
full
consultation
on
the
phone
about
what
I
wanted
and
then
I
was
sent
the
link
to
book
online
-
I
booked
in
the
3
areas
as
instructed
by
the
person
on
the
phone,
I
phoned
back
after
booking
my
appointment
to
clarify,
and
she
said
not
to
worry
it
wouldn’t
be
a
problem
at
all
and
she
would
let
Chloe
know
-
yet
the
owner
Rachel
still
blames
me
for
the
booking
error,
even
after
several
phone
calls
to
her
team
after
my
booking?
There
is
no
accountability
at
all
-
says
it
all
really!
Yet
they
were
completely
unaware
when
I
got
there,
and
all
they
keep
doing
was
blaming
me
for
booking
the
appointment???
When
I
was
just
following
THEIR
instructions,
even
when
I
told
Chloe
that
I
phoned
up
to
clarify
and
double
check,
and
she
just
said
‘oh
you
probably
spoke
to
Rosy’
with
no
justification.
Wow!
Especially
when
I
had
booked
and
phoned
to
clarify,
Yet
they
continued
to
blame
the
customer
for
THEIR
lack
of
communication,
it’s
Just
disgraceful.
Chloe
said
she
would
‘squeeze
it
all
in
anyway’
even
though
her
next
appointment
had
already
arrived.
It
all
felt
extremely
unorganised
and
unprofessional.
Her
next
client
didn’t
seem
best
pleased,
but
as
I
said
it’s
not
about
the
wait,
it
is
about
the
service
-
at
least
she
got
acknowledged
unlike
me.
Then
I
was
asked
to
fill
out
the
form,
which
if
they
had
acknowledged
my
arrival,
I
could
of
completed
whilst
the
other
lady
was
being
finished.
I
told
them
about
my
parking
concerns
as
i
had
been
in
there
for
30
minutes
already.
Chloe
said
not
to
worry
I’ll
get
you
done
before
then,
it
won’t
take
long
and
then
started
rushing
about.
I
was
a
5
minute
walk
from
my
car
and
went
out
to
put
extra
money
on
it,
but
to
be
honest
after
THAT
experience,
I
just
got
into
my
car
and
drove
off.
I’m
not
being
rushed
when
I’m
paying
that
amount,
that’s
when
mistakes
get
made.
Botox
is
expensive
but
worth
every
penny,
however
there
was
no
way
I
wanted
to
give
it
to
her
after
her
carelessness.
I
have
been
having
Botox
for
almost
8
years
and
never
have
I
been
treated
like
this
before!
DO
NOT
GO
HERE!
Absolute
shambles!
I
am
absolutely
furious
with
the
way
I
was
treated
as
a
new
customer!
I
would
not
go
here
if
you
were
expecting
any
kind
of
service
-
they
will
only
blame
the
customer!
I
would
suggest
taking
some
accountability
for
your
actions
Rachel,
instead
of
blaming
your
customers
for
your
inability
to
communicate
properly
as
a
team!
Please
happily
keep
my
deposit
-
put
it
towards
a
customer
service
course!
