Upon looking for somewhere to go that was professional and highly trained to have my first Botox, I was recommended by a friend to contact Caroline. I couldn't have been more pleased. Caroline is extremely knowledgeable and patient. No question is too much trouble for her to answer and there definitely isn't any pressure. My results have taken very well and given me back my confidence besides generally making me feel happier. Marvelous all round.

I could not be happier with my Botox treatment. I began going to Caroline 4 years ago and have always been extremely impressed. I then moved to Wales for a while and tried 3 alternative clinics there, none of which came close to the treatment Caroline provides. I was glad to move back two years later and come straight back to my appointments. Caroline is always extremely honest and transparent with all treatment, and will advise against a treatment she does not feel is suitable. The sign of a trustworthy truly profession aesthetician I always look natural and have all areas of concern dealt with perfectly. The clinic is not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully decorated creating a calm inviting environment. Caroline is a qualified nurse which is essential to me wjen choosing an aesthetician. I’ve had several treatments with Caroline over the last three years. She is professional, reassuring and really knowledgeable about the treatments, as well as being a trained nurse. I’m so pleased with my results, subtle but really effective, and am planning to have thread veins on my cheeks removed in the next couple of weeks. I have been visiting Caroline for a number of years for my treatments. I wouldn't trust anyone else. She's always professional, the room is always spotlessly clean and she goes above and beyond to make sure all surfaces and the treatment area are very well disinfected between each client. I never feel rushed, she takes her time, with photos before and after, is thorough with the paper work, medical history's and consents etc. We always have a good natter and a catch up. Everytime I visit, she explains after care, even though I've had it explained many times previously, but it just goes to show her passion and professionalism. She always follows up a couple of weeks after treatment with a message and rectifies any issues immediately. I've always been able to make an appointment around other commitments, and been accommodated around my schedule. I'm happy to say Caroline has become a firm friend. The new premises are a bonus, as the location is great, parking is easy and the building is modern and high end, all ground floor. Even the reception team make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

I have had anti wrinkle treatment at several places and it’s only when I’ve come to Caroline that you realise how bad the other places were. Caroline is always really up together with her forms and policies making sure products are correctly administered, rather than just the ‘jab and go, no questions asked’ approach that so many clinics seem to offer. Caroline has a background in nursing so it’s clear from her experience that she is very competent at what she does. I’ve returned numerous times and always been really pleased with my anti wrinkle results. I also has the facial skin peel which left my face glowing. Caroline has great knowledge around different skin products but always gives an honest opinion on what she thinks may work and what may not be as effective, rather than just cold up-selling. Really professional and experienced service, and always pleased with the results. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing clinic! Caroline took so much time, care and effort in making sure my treatment was tailored to my needs and wants. She made sure I was fully informed and understood any aftercare procedures. Absolutely delighted with my treatment of Botox with Caroline. I could not be happier. I have received Botox treatment previously but felt the effects wore off too quickly & I still had wrinkles in the particular areas. I had to reschedule my top up appointment with Caroline, for a later date as the Botox hadn't worn off. So pleased I have found her.
