I joined Crossfit Solent nearly a year ago now, after spending several years not really getting anywhere in a conventional gym. Best decision I ever made. Never felt fitter and it’s really motivating too. Really friendly atmosphere, great coaching and great team support to help you achieve your goals. Wish I hadn’t wasted so much time before and started sooner!

My thoughts are £80 a month ish for limited access to a mediocre gym that’s often got little space because of group workouts which are often poorly planned and run. Staff were weird from day one especially the manager who randomly came over and started prying then a week into membership told me I was doing too many classes while I wasn’t even in the gym. Other times staff interfere with your workout completely without being asked, it wouldn’t be so bad if you got the impression they actually had value to add. Poorest gym experience I’ve ever had and at more than double to triple the price of other gyms it’s a total rip off. Also had the cheek to close complete one day entirely without offering any money back. My advice as an athlete is look elsewhere, there is better value for money and way better experience out there.

Great atmosphere with great people and excellent coaches. Visited for fist time approx 18 months ago now and although not in much anymore it was a great place to try crossfit for the first time and become addicted. Very well done and a family feel to all members.

I'm in the best shape of my life. I never played sport or went to the gym so I'm still not an impressive specimen, but there is no toxicity and all the impressive specimens I've met are really kind and encouraging.

Friendly staff, great community, pre planned group workouts ideal for beginners with engaged coaches ready to support with clear and concise instruction. The facilities are in great condition, no broken equipment, multiples of the equipment so no need to wait for others.

Literally the best place for your fitness goals. Amazing coaches happy to explain everything and help you improve yourself. Awesome community that makes you feel like you’re home. If you live in Southampton and thinking of starting your fitness journey I would strongly recommend CrossFit Solent.

THE best decision joining this box! Everyone's super friendly and welcoming, coachings great and i LOVE the variety of workouts. Ive learnt loads since joining and my skillset has improved massively, i went from 0 strict pull ups to 10 + and can now kip and thats just one example. Both coaches and members are always supportive with a strong community vibe. Definitely my happy place, even when 100 + wall balls may be involved xD

Amazing box, with an incredible and very close community. The coaches are top notch, extremely professional, always there to provide the right tools for you to overcome yourself and achieve your fitness goals. Very supportive and motivational environment whether if you are a beginner or someone more proficient in crossfit.

What will you like about this place? Everything. Top of that list is the people. No pretentious, judgmental or offending characters, just supportive, motivational and helpful new friends. Sounds cliché but it's true. Why Crossfit Solent not Gym? Because you really compete with yourself each day and it's the most motivating thing you can do. Everyone is encouraging. Everyone has a different target. It is addictive. It's like a second family that you can drop into whenever you like, as much or as little. Always a welcome from everyone, not just the coaches. 10/10!

Great box with a very nice crew, it can be a bit intimidating going to a new gym but those guys will make you feel comfortable. No matter what level you’re at just go it’s worth it! Most definitely 5 stars.

I can't rate Crossfit Solent high enough. Fantastic place with an amazing atmosphere. Challenging but fun workouts that keeps everyone coming back for more with a mix of weight lifting, gymnastics and 'metcon' / cardio. It's not just a gym but a community with great, supportive coaches and lots of friendly people.

Joined Solent crossfit end of January this year. This was my first crossfit experience and after 1 session was hooked. Best way to workout , learn and further yourselves. Amazing community and coaches , would highly recommend it !!!

Amazing experience at Crossfit Solent. Lovely gym and staff. Bit expensive on the wallet but worth every penny as you have expert coaches who make sure that the workouts are fun and aggressive. In a nutshell, you wont have to plan your own workout like traditional gyms. You come for an hour and will be made sure you go home toasted

Love it here. Great community feel. Great coaching. Highly recommend.
