From start to finish I was well looked after by everyone I spoke to at Ruma. Unfortunately, I needed some colour correcting. Ellie took a test strand and I received a call only a couple hours later saying they advise I do not colour my hair as it was in such bad condition. I was so grateful for the honesty and the fact they actually cared about the health of my hair. Instead I booked in for a cut, blowdry and conditioning treatment. I came out of the appointment feeling so great and happy that I had found such a hidden gem of a salon! Can't wait to return and I'm excited to one day get my hair coloured here. Attention to detail was amazing in the whole salon (including a massage chair whilst you get your hair washed!)

I had a pregnancy massage with the lovely Robyn and I cannot recommend this enough. Robyn was brilliant, I felt that she listened to me with any pregnancy issues I had experienced or any specific areas I would like her to focus on and this really showed in the massage she performed. Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had. Robyn is friendly and professional and I immediately feel relaxed when I have a treatment with her. I’m also having laser hair removal with Robyn and would highly recommend to anyone.

Visited today for a consultation to use Cryo pen after a recommendation of how lovely Kelly is. I felt very welcomed as soon as I arrived by another member of staff. Then Kelly came over and took me into the room discussed everything in detail, made sure I understood everything and then went ahead with the procedure. The whole time Kelly made me feel comfortable and was very friendly. Would highly recommend and will be coming back for a massage in the new year. Thank you

The spa was very welcoming and calming as you enter, nice relaxing music and warm lighting. Robyn was my therapist for massage and dermalux facial and she was lovely too. Gave a great consultation and offered advice for my dry skin. I was so relaxed during my massage that I nodded off and snored myself awake again :-) would definitely come again.

I have been going to Dr Emily Stanworth at Ruma for my Botox for years now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. I am more than happy to travel from London just to see Emily. Emily is thorough, honest and ethical when it comes to her services. She is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to practicing facial aesthetics. The salon is also beautiful and a lovely calming environment. I couldn’t recommend Ruma salons more highly.

I'll be honest I'm normally intimidated by beauty salons but the ladies at Ruma are lovely. I haven't caught the receptionists name but I often see her and Robyn and they really put me at ease even when I'm going in to have everyone look at the bits of me I like the least! I'm having laser treatment and I'm already seeing an improvement, wish I'd got it done sooner! If you're reluctant to give it a go think of never worrying about unwanted hair again as a form of self care!

Had my first laser hair removal session and it went really smoothly. I really liked how the therapist was lovely and explained what she was doing at every step which made me feel really comfortable. The actual laser was pretty much painless which was great.

I came on Saturday for a laser hair removal appointment with Robyn and it was my first time meeting her. She was so patient and talked me through every move she was making. Luckily for me, she then had space for a 30 minute express facial. I cannot describe how welcome this was after nerves of laser.
