Great experience, thank you. I needed my wisdom tooth removed and there were some complications with it and it took me so long to find a dentist who would do it. From the first phone call I had with the girl at reception (Danielle) I could tell that they were the dentist I would go with as she was so helpful in helping with my issue, explaining it to me and making sure I got an appointment quickly. The dentist (Jason) was so comforting and ensured me he would be able to take my tooth out with care and gave me lots of reassurance and I didn’t even even feel nervous. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do and was worth every penny. He explained the whole procedure to me, showed me my X-ray results and took time to explain all aftercare to me too. Overall, I don’t think getting your tooth taken out is meant to be a enjoyable experience but honestly you guys made it so easy for me and gave me the right guidance etc so I can’t thank you guys enough. Highly recommend them, very professional and get the job done in a perfect way. Thank you again guys :)

After visiting my dentist in the morning with horrendous tooth pain and then to be told it has to come out and the earliest date was 19th January, I rang 24/7 dentist. Lovely receptionist booked me in the same evening. Dentist and nurse were absolutely great and reassuring. Had an x ray, tooth was removed and aftercare advice given. If a dentist visit can be amazing, this one was. Thank you so much. I am now pain free.

Absolutely amazing. After having no luck with NHS and my decayed tooth at the start of a bad infection. I phoned 24/7 dentist and booked an appointment. They managed to get me in 2 hours from that phone call. I was greeted by really friendly nurse and dentist who were really professional. It was quickly noted that the tooth required extraction and was a start of an infection. They managed to extract the tooth then and there and supply me with a prescription for the infection. I was at home within an hour after my appointment! What more can I say. Again super friendly and even had a laugh with them. Thank you so much! Ryan.

I had cause to seek the services of 'the247dentist' in Gloucester on the evening of Thursday 1 Dec '22. A recently (4-months) crowned tooth had developed pulpitis and, after 3 or 4 days the pain was excruciating, and my normal dental practice wasn't able to offer a same-day appointment. I'd like to thank Jake and Sam for providing this service and the pain relief that resulted from the treatment. Further root canal and crown treatment required and booked with my dental practice.

Thoroughly recommend to anyone who is in excruciating pain and cannot get an appointment with their regular dentist or during unsociable hours. I wouldn't waste my time with the 111 NHS emergency service. The dentist was kind, patient and explained everything thoroughly. It isn't cheap, but then you wouldn't expect a private emergency dentist to be at NHS prices.

The staff were so lovely and caring! They identified my tooth problem right away and helped to resolve the emergency quickly. Thank you Briony and Amy for your amazing service.

So I don’t normally leave a lot of reviews, apart from when I am very happy with a service. I started having migraines which led to a pain in my tooth like nothing I have had before, and of course my dentist was closed on this particular day that I needed to be seen and just relieved of pain. I plucked up the courage to see an emergency dentist (I am so so scared of seeing dentists other than my regular dentist). I completely go back to a baby, crying, bad anxiety and having the shakes. As soon as I walked through the door I was warmly welcomed and was seen by an amazingly comforting dentist (Thomas) who was able to sort the problem for me, took me out of pain and actually made me so at eased that I was able to laugh through the procedure!!! I seriously cannot recommend enough! Lovely place!

I had an appointment at the dentist in Poole and am very happy with the service I received. Uzam & Deborah were very friendly and professional. They explained what they were doing and when I had a problem they dealt with it very calmly. If I ever need an urgent appointment again I will have no problem contacting them again. I had been in a lot of pain with a broken tooth , I have not got a dentist and could get no help , last resort I contacted the 247 dentist, I got a next evening appointment in Plymouth, the dentist and dental nurse were amazing , I’m extremely nervous of visiting the dentist but both were so kind and understanding, everything was explained clearly and the procedure was totally pain free . Wife had terrible tooth ache on a Friday, regular dentist closed at 2pm and wouldn't see us until Monday. The pain was unbearable. I can't recommend 247 dentist enough, called them late afternoon and was booked in to a local dentist for 7:15pm obviously more expensive than regular dentist fees but I would say very fairly priced for the excellent service we received.

My daughter was excruciating pain all Friday night and Saturday. Our dentist was closed so called 247 Wolverhampton and got an appointment within 3 hours. The service was brilliant. She is was very nervous and they made her feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience - as the dentist goes!! From having my own dentist not be able to fit me in until January - I had a filling fall out and needed it sorted asap - to calling and having the appointment booked that evening, the service from start to finish was incredible. excellent service from booking to after treatment. Emergency Sunday appointment at the Sheffield practice available within 2 hours of calling. Megan the dentist and Charlotte the nurse are very friendly lovely people who put you at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Amazing service from start to finish. I managed to break a tooth today and was told I would need to wait a week for my regular dental practice to get me and others that I called told me 3 weeks! I managed to find The 24/7 Dentist and they were very helpful and got me in the same day. Great services whilst I was in there and put me at ease straight away, explained everything in detail to me and made me very comfortable - considering I am normally a total wimp at the dentist I really felt at ease and I would definitely recommend!

After visiting an nhs dentist and nothing being done I phoned 247 and was able to be seen within a few hours. Everything from start to finish was EXCELLENT. Dentist DOMITRIOS was superb, super friendly and explained everything before during and after. (Wish he was my permanent dentist) Dental nurse SARAH was very professional friendly and reassuring. I left with 2 root canals and a smile on my face. I would recommend this dentist to everyone even if your Nervous. Thankyou to all at 24/7

Great service, so convenient my usual dentist can’t give me a Saturday appointment for usually around 6 weeks, rang the 247 dentist and they had me in the next day wisdom tooth removed and antibiotics given on the day. You get what you pay for at a time that suits you. Dr Farah was really good and efficient at what was a very tricky extraction thanks again.

And within minutes they had booked me in to see a local dentist in Poole, just a few hours later that same day, ON A SUNDAY!! Uzma and Deborah were super friendly and comforting. They explained everything carefully and thoroughly and remove the wisdom tooth in under a minute. Everything went smoothly and I was so happy to not have any pain anymore. I came as an emergency and I was very impressed with the overall experience and care I received from everyone at the 247 dentist. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Karim and Amy for their wonderful care during my procedure, they were both superb. As a nervous patient, I had put off visiting the dentist with a broken back tooth for a year. Eventually the pain set in and I had to get it sorted. I booked an appointment easily and at a time to suit me. The Dentist and nurse were amazing! Friendly and professional. I have a history of difficult extractions, but the dentist took it out in minutes and completley pain free. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you 👍 😊

Karim & Amy were amazing they put my 4 year old daughter and myself at ease when we went in to see them as she had a broken tooth and being an emergency at 9.15pm it cost £245 which is better than our dentist quoted us. Lovely people clean dentist and thankfully my daughter is not scared of going to the dentist! Thank you she is not in any pain anymore!

Why do more dentists not advise us to go here out of hours! I’ve had what started as some sore gums for a few days but developed into lockjaw and an infection and I tried my best to get over it and let it run it’s course. By Saturday, the pain was unbearable even on paracetamol and ibuprofen and no one was open. People have emergency lines that don’t work, some dentists couldn’t see me until Monday and couldn’t offer a prescription without a visit. 111 said I’d get a call back within 24-48 hours and then I stumbled across The 247 Dentist. From the reception team to the dentist that I spoke with, they were all lovely, cheerful, understanding and had no trouble getting me a virtual appointment only a few hours after my first call and a prescription sorted 10 minutes later. If ever I need emergency dentistry, this will absolutely be my place of choice. Being someone whom fears dentistry, the happy and easy nature of dealing with The 247 Dentist installs so much confidence even for me! Absolutely fantastic! Thank you guys and girls!
