I have been going to Stepwise in Woolston for nearly a year now and am very happy with the service I receive from Darren. Today I saw Sarah for a more in depth consultation because I have been experiencing a lot of pain. She was very thorough and provided me with peace of mind concerning what is going on with my foot and provided a course of action going forward. I am immensely grateful as the pain has been dreadful. I am very happy taking my business to Stepwise. James on reception is lovely, very efficient and thorough. It is so good to attend somewhere these days that you feel the staff care and are all working towards the same end, helping the customer.

I have been taking my father in law, who is 95, to Stepwise for some time now. Every visit goes well and considering he has dementia and difficulty walking I couldn't ask for better care

I've been going to Stepwise to see Gemma for my feet and toes and nails, especially toe nail fungus. Which I got after going to have my toe nails done at a nail bar. It's aweful not being able to wear open toe shoes in the summer. I HAD to get it sorted out! Since seeing Gemma the situation has HUGELY improved - Thank you Gemma. I feel that Gemma has a huge wealth of knowledge and is very attentive to my needs. Gemma goes above and beyond to make sure that I get the best of care. I recommend her to everyone - she has seen my husband (for routine foot care) and son (that plays football everyday - for ingrown toe nails, due to the sport) too. I feel very lucky that I found Gemma and I highly recommend her to anybody who needs any kind of foot care. Thank you Gemma you are amazing! You are a total asset to Stepwise.

Although I'm 75 I have never been to a chiropodist before so was a bit nervous! Gemma put me completely at ease and explained everything very clearly. Totally painless. Happy customer!

Had a very good first appointment with Sarah to discuss my foot mechanics, flat feet and ways to improve general discomfort associated with this. This included a full foot and leg assessment, exercises and Stepwise ordering me some orthotics to raise my arches. Very friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed session - highly recommend.

This clinic is fantastic, I saw gemma and she was absolutely amazing talked me through why I was getting the problem I was and found a solution, she put me at ease straight away gave me tips to go away with the clinic is clean and carol on reception was really welcoming, I can’t recommend stepwise enough

Took my 11 year old today for a terrible ingrowing toenail. Absolutely fantastic treatment and service by Sarah and the team. Not only did she do an amazing caring job of treating her toe but she made her feel very relaxed and at ease that all her anxieties went away. Highly recommend to anyone

Oh my goodness, what a pleasure it was for my first visit to Stepwise. I saw Sarah who is extremely friendly and put me at ease straight away. Sarah gave me reassurance about a mark on my foot and made it disappear very quickly and efficiently. Sarah also gave good advice. I am already booked in for my next appointment, and I am already looking forward to it. I wouldn't trust my feet with anyone else now. Really give them a go, you won't be disappointed. Wish I'd found them sooner. They are now part of my self care routine.

I first visited Karen in March 2020 (just before lockdown) for a toenail removal, after toenail trauma. I revisited again today following some recurring issues with the toenail that had regrown. Karen was brilliant, she treated it within 15 minutes and my pain was immediately relieved. Karen has extensive knowledge within her field and was able to offer additional advice to ensure I do not have further complications. I was also very grateful that the clinic were able to offer me an appointment, when it is obvious that they are experiencing high volumes of enquiries. Thank you again.

What a brilliant practice this is! Sarah the owner, is fantastic and certainly has a wealth of knowledge. Was in despair with my teenage's foot pain, our GP suggested painkillers but as a mum, I knew I had to something. I am so grateful for Stepwise for fitting us in for an appointment to see Sarah. She diagnosed several problems and on the first visit alone, has already halved my daughter's pain level without the use of drugs! We are SO grateful. I cannot recommend Stepwise highly enough. From my initial telephone contact with James to my 1st appointment with Gemma everyone was so professional, friendly and welcoming. The clinic itself is clean, bright and easily accessible. After my treatment with Gemma I felt like I was walking on air. I would highly recommend Stepwise and the team.

This was my first time at the clinic and with no real experience of what to expect Nick put me at my ease. He was very professional and proficient. He did a thorough review and gave me lots of advice. After the treatment he used cream to massage my feet. Absolute heaven. The whole experience from booking the appointment to the end of treatment was easy and friendly.

Stepwise fitted me in on a Saturday afternoon after they had a cancellation and were amazing. I was in a lot of pain and Gemma took time to work out the problem and treat it as gently as possible. I would highly recommend!

I’ve now visited Sarah at Stepwise on a few occasions. Every time Sarah and they team have fitted me in quickly and taken their time making their approach personable. The client care is great and Sarah is so knowledgeable about what she does. Reasonably priced and great service, would recommend.

I have been attending the Stepwise clinic for several years for routine foot care. I mainly see Sarah but also a couple of the other podiatrists in her absence. They are all absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend the clinic to anyone. They offer a totally professional and friendly service. My husband recently attended to have a wart removed. He is delighted with the results!

Went to Stepwise to sort out a potential ingrown nail before holiday. Lovely experience, super friendly and provided a great service (toe was no issue on holiday!).
