Early appointment to buy Plymstock uniform. The lady who served us could not have been more helpful and friendly. Despite not being able to try anything on she got all the sizes correct from just looking at my son. Brilliant service.

The school uniform shop attended an inset day at my daughters new school, must say extremely impressed with the customer service I received from Caitlin. Nothing was too much for her and she went out of her way to be accommodating and informative. Thank you for making a daunting experience easy, such a lovely young lady.

Very rude,unfriendly and unprofessional staff.I waiting over 2 months for PE kit.No body call me that they have problems with delivery. When I called them the manager tried to convince me that I haven't any order and it is only in my head.Afre 10 min. conversation she finally find my order.I pay for it in advance and I haven't any option to cancel or take my order.

Diabolical Customer Service. Appalling service this morning when visiting the shop, wishing to purchase a school skirt for my 13 yr old daughter. Told by 'manager' after a waist measurement , taken twice that my daughters waist measurement was accurate given her 15 years of experience. The skirt was visually the size of a tent , (given that usually my daughter fits age clothes size 11-12 yrs) I repeatedly asked if we could have a smaller size to be told no , the sizing was true and that my daughters waist was clearly that big , that size ; I was truly speechless ! It was obvious that my daughter was visibly upset by the comment and so making an excuse we exited the shop. My daughter fighting back the tears in the street, said she felt body shamed and humiliated by this experience.

Rude and unhelpful staff. They are just not interested. They know you are stuck and you need to buy the uniform from them. There is no empathy. Will avoid this shop as much as I can.

I called in today to pick up a tie and ask about trousers for my grandson. The young man was most helpful and the first pair my grandson tried on fitted perfectly. I was pleased to hear that they are going to be the only supplier for map academy from November. Prices and service was excellent would highly recommend.

Took my daughter this morning to buy her secondary school uniform. Despite all the covid restrictions the staff put us completely at ease. We had a private appointment. The lady was extremely knowledgeable about sizing and was able to advise us on the best options as my daughter is quite petit. This gave me great confidence in purchasing without being able to try anything on. Fantastic service. Thank you!

It’s sells everything you need for school and is honest about how it fits your child…. Does empty your bank account with the prices but good quality that lasts all year

This shop has been amazingly helpful for our first high school uniform shopping experience. Zoe and the other staff know their products, their sizes, the fit of each garment and what you will need for each school. They are kind and talkative to the children. The organisation and cleanliness (during 2020) is perfect and they direct you to where you need to be, so it is not at all confusing. We were able to make exchanges and ask advice. Nothing was too much trouble! I am so grateful to them for taking all the stress out of school uniform shopping! Thank you so much.

Awful customer service from the manager. When questioned about a specific uniform she was very pedantic. Snide and rude. I’ve had more than one experience like this in this shop. When we politely said we are leaving we were told ‘good we don’t need customers like you’.
