    E consultation is a joke. Despite the email confirmation advising "Thank you for completing an online consultation. One of your doctors will now review your answers" this is never reviewed by a doctor and the reply is always "call and book an appoinment". I highlighted this to the practice manager who does not seem to think that wasting people time with a service that does not do what it says on the website is a issue. So instead of a qualified doctor (as it states on website) reviewing your case it is reviewed by an admin assistant who just fobs you off.

    Just awful, (will be writing formal complaint), luckily enough not my normal surgery, however, I was referred for a physio appointment. The chap I was seen by was totally unprofessional, & attitude even worse, spoke down to my like a child, & more interested in typing on his computer, (didn't even bother examining properly what I went in for!). Luckily I have now been seen by a much more professional at my normal surgery, & immediately referred me for an x-ray & sent link for proper physio sessions. Hopefully will never have to go back here๐Ÿคž

    They lost my repeat prescription form for the 2nd time this year. I turned up on time for my appointment. Surgery had no record of the appointment. Notices everywhere saying do this do that. When any organization or person begins micromanaging in this way then there are serious issues not being addressed. All in all i find the whole place hostile and anti personal which it never was before. Please ladies in reception find something to do besides chatting amongst yourselves. You always appear to be disinterested as you pause from your idle chatter to deal with an inquiry. And please do not point at a notice and say there's a notice over there. This is not inclusive health care is it? It becomes discriminatory when you act in that way.

    Unprofessional and unhelpful, my son went in there with my wife about a issue and the doctor who was dealing with it said that to video what happens and send it to the health officer. My wife had to walk all that way just to get told that, they need re-staffing. Poor healthcare service will be changing ASAP..

    Absolutely shocking everytime we ring them for appointment we get the same old story "We don't have any appointments" and the receptionists are also rude.

    This used to be a good practice once upon a time. I filled in the online form and it said it couldnโ€™t help online and that I needed to see someone. So I called and the receptionist was rude and not helpful at all and said no appointments today available. Iโ€™d been seeing on social media a number of complaints about how rude the receptionist and bad the service has become and the no appointments ever available but only experienced this myself today being I donโ€™t rarely go to see a doctor. Whatโ€™s happened Testvale? You used to be such a good surgery

    The best and most efficient surgery that I have ever used. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The surgery is clean, and it has a number of different treatments on offer as well as numerous doctors to choose from. The booking in system is efficient and you have to wear a mask whilst on the premises. There are some pre-bookable appointments, and you can also call from 08:00 hrs to try and get an appointment on the day. Unfortunately, the 8am call is next to impossible to get through on. You can be number 27 in the queue by the time the phone system has given out all the information and advice that it has to do. Usually, it's not worth calling because the system doesn't prioritise the calls. Everyone who's calling wants an appointment, which can be very, very stressful and difficult to get. All of the staff are very well presented and provide an excellent quality of service at all times. Sometimes a doctor may over run, I would rather wait, the person obviously has a problem that is very difficult or distressing for them and they may need that few extra minutes to get the right help. It will state whether or not your doctor is running on time or not. I have nothing but positive feedback to give, especially as I have needed extra help in the past and it definitely made all the difference to me. I didn't feel like I was just another patient but a person. They definitely have and continue to give a superb, effective and efficient service in these challenging times. I would definitely recommend this Surgery to anyone who lives local. They do lot's of other services including blood tests and blood pressure tests. Diabetic clinic and many more. It has been less crowded since Covid because you can have a phone consultation or a face to face appointment depending on what you suffer from. I can honestly say that this surgery and the doctors that I've seen have literally saved my life, and I continue to get regular support from my GP.

    Just an update on my view of this Surgery . Someone said we have stopped clapping for the NHS but the pressure is still on Staff at Test Vale . I turned up in error , not sure who`s error as confusion effects us all . The staff simply dealt with the issues just as I have come to expect , quietly and effectively . Our Surgery deserve 10 stars , if anyone disagrees then the Practise Manager always investigates fairly

    Generally speaking very good. The odd hiccup, but able to get appointment on the same day when required. I find the Doctors, Nurses and support staff are professional and helpful.

    Been at this surgery for 20 years and Testvale have a great level of care throughout. The receptionists, nurses and GPs I've seen have all gone to great lengths to accommodate and I'm extremely grateful to them.

    Testvale surgery like others stated used to be a great practice, now I can't get an app for love nor money I ring at 8 wait in a 20 strong queue to be told there's not any app's left. Trying to get a pre bookable routine is just as awful I've been told a month the nearest.. a month! I've heard alot of docs doing appointments from home still that's partly why it's so bad think covid is being used as an excuse.

    Saw Dr Sean Insigne. A very empathetic man and show real concern for my health. I wanted to return to work but he advised against it as he had a care of duty to me. I am a support worker for independant living and Dr Sean Insigne made me realise I am no good to those I support if im not 100% and I need to think of my health as well. Hope to see him next time.

    Iโ€™ve actually had enough to be honest. The reception desk people are rude as anything blaming patients and taking no responsibility or accountability for anything. The reception desk also have no idea what they are doing the young girl on the desk literally doesnโ€™t have any idea and needs better training. The older women are just rude. Sick of it.

    Very pleased with the service for all the members of my family. Sometimes we need to wait extra for our appointments but appreciate that some people with more severe medical conditions and co-morbidities require more than a 10 minutes slot for a Doctors' appointment. I'm particularly grateful to Dr. Zardis for the great care and prompt communication.
