I had ordered a ring online from the Mia site but it was the wrong size and wasn't fitting. I went to the Mia store in Margao to get it resized. I was told that resizing wasn't possible but they could exchange it for a bigger size. The sales Officer Mehnuma and the rest of the staff at Mia Store were extremely helpful and accommodating from taking my ring measurement to keeping me updated when my ring would be ready and available in the store. This whole process took about 15 days and it was very nice and hassle free experience. Will definitely be shopping again!
