This is with regards to an order dated Feb 16th, 2022. Very poor quality delivered by Dominos Margao outlet. The pizzas ordered had a very blend taste, literally flavourless I'd say. All the pizza bases were raw as seen in the pictures attached. As if the order was hurriedly delivered. The bill (attached) says 16 and 8 sachets of oregano and chilli flakes respectively but only 4 each were delivered. Absolutely insufficient to get at least a decent flavour. The one cheese burst pizza that was ordered had just a fine coat of cheese, unlike what we've experienced in the past where the cheese absolutely oozes out. My whole family was utterly disappointed and money wasted for junk. This issue was raised to the company directly the very same night. We did get a call from an associate addressing the concern next morning but she had a very unsatisfactory approach. We were told that our concern will be re-addressed by a senior manager but we haven't received any call from the concerned person. Dominos has always maintained its standard and quality from our past experiences but this Margao outlet is definitely not meeting the lowest benchmark.

no good taste at all. I wanted extra cheese pizza, but there was no proper cheese at all+ no taste for other pizza. Pizza are not been prepare properly. They are cheating the customers. Before lockdown taste was good, but as of know no good taste. The Domino's board light was also off. There is no staff checking with the thermometer- to check body temperature. no social distancing.

Yes, and that’s my favourite pizza from Dominos, it’s indi Chicken! It’s yummy and mouth watering as I’m writing this review! You do have to try this if you have not yet! Go for it!

First of all the service is very poor, the maintenance is pathetic i would say no maintenance at all, the AC is not working there is no entertainment like tv its just switched off with dirt accumulated on it the dustbins are inside the store and they are full but no-ones bothered to empty them the place feels suffocating and so unprofessional and very unpleasant for domino’s outlet, there are flies flying all around the store🤢🤮

Excellent service but only suggestion is that display indicator at the counter is not working so I unable to know when my pizza will be ready

I was a customer at Margao Domino's i must say the maintenance level is low, i see tiles broken ,the ac is so noisy that i feel Domino's should invest in interiors and keep customers happy. A business should make sure it's taken care of and not for granted...

Ordered cheese burst pizza today. The pizza had very little cheese. Earlier the cheese is to ooze out but now nothing. The quality has beed degrading in each order. I am completely stopping ordering from dominos. I spend 300+ rs for this sub standard pizza

I've been an avid customer of Domino's for years since it started. The phone service ordering system is always busy. Ordering via app, and it is a total 👎. However, if u are still looking to have a good Domino's pizzas, have it in the metropolitan cities like Bangalore or Mumbai, and you will realize what food and service are. Hopefully, Margao Goa outlet will change.

This is the worst Domino's outlet that you can step into... even a -100 negetive rating is less ... For a moment i felt like is this Domino's outlet or a knock off of the real Domino's... The most untidy environment. Whatever you ask for order the reply is sorry it's not available... Card payments not working.... Make UPI payment it's not working.... Give cash they say no change.... And the quality of food worst ... never had such a horrific experience in Domino's

The food is good, the atmosphere is noisy. The AC unit is making a lot of noise. Last time I visited 1 year ago. The same fault unit was running wit lot of noise.

Food is great but the only problem is the outlet. There are too many flies buzzing around the table when we eat. This implies that there is no proper cleanliness. TOTALLY ANNOYING!!

We have ordered peppy panner and Indi tandoori Panner pizza. While having a bit observed that it is not baked properly. As shown in the below pictures. Also in the stuffed garlic bread, very less stuffed and also not baked properly. When to try to raise a concern in a call, the staff was very rude and not listening to a concern properly.

What I found funny is that; if u place an order via their app or toll free number, they say "Regrettably we do not diliver here". But whn I ordered via Zomato, it was delivered by the official Domino's dilivery person wearing the Domino's uniform (personal vehicle used, not the Domino's motorcycle). Pizza was lovely though 😃

Although the food was good. It's so hot inside the dominoz pizza outlet in Margao it looks as if we were sitting inside oven. No proper cleanliness On the tables. This use to be my favourite place to visit often.

Tacos served were undercooked, soft and chewy. When we went inside, no one was attending the counter. I kept waving to catch the attention of the people inside. After a while someone saw me and told me to wait by hand gesture. The entire ambience of the restaurant was like low end dhaba.

The pizza s here are very tasty but not always. Sometimes their taste varies and they do not add adequate cheese sometimes. The price is also on a higher side for the quantity of cheese they provide. It more over tastes like a rubber cheese and not the original cheese. There is a big difference between the Domino's in India and other international countries.

Worst experience and very bad customer service at Margao Dominos. Firstly, I had to wait for around 1hour to place the order only one executive was handling the counter and secondly their card Swipe machine was not working properly i gave my debit card to make the payment they said it’s not working you can pay via gpay. I made the payment via gpay the amount was debited from my account and I got an sms too saying the amount is deducted.. The girl at the counter said we didn’t receive your payment I showed her the sms she said you will get your refund after 2 working days but now you’ll have to reorder and do the payment again.. Why should I do the payment again if the amount is deducted?? We must have the money to reorder and to pay again right what if we don’t? Why will anyone pay again if amount is deducted?? Is this the customer service domino’s provide?? Very much disappointment with the service.

Pizza 🍕 food is awesome 👌. Only what we ordered some items are missing n they told us we will replace n give item. And some add on items were also shortage.. rest all the food n party 🥳 is good but they don't deliver the pizza upto certain destinations don't come or more kilometers may be food n travel cost n delivery person cost is not getting much.

Taste of Domino's Pizza is deteriorating. This time when I ordered, It didn't taste like what I had earlier. Pizza base was thin, hard and had cracked at multiple places. Not worth the price I paid for and felt it was waste of money. This store doesn't have any contact number. All the phone nos mentioned in the website and the one they have configured in their mobile app are non functional. Staff was polite and humble. Delivery and preparation was quick. The restaurant is situated in a very nice and convenient area, but the standards of the outlet are very low. Service is poor, manager and employees need to be trained on how to serve. Very small outlet compared to the demand. As it goes "Cleanliness is next to godliness" the outlet is not so clean and it need maintenance/updates. The restroom is so messy!!! I guess all the outlets serve good pizza with mouthwatering taste mainly because of the recipe you own, but it is the service which makes a good restaurant. It's gentle reminder! that the PizzaHut is not far from this outlet!!!

Taste was good. Location is also good and visible from traffic. However entrance and internal infra is unpleasant. All the delivery bikes are parked in front of gate entrance. People face so inconvenience in order to enter in the restaurant. Internal infra is also dusty and uncleaned. Domino's need to maintain above things.

Food was as per Domino's standard. But I request them to keep the pamphlet like menu card just as it can be seen in other outlets. It make us easy to choose among the loads of varieties of pizza and other dishes... Rest all good. Staff was nice, it was clean, etc.....

I can definitely vouch for this young lady, Miss Pinky C at Margao Domino's store. She had a radiant smile on her face and was very kind in taking my order. The Pizza was awesome and kudos to the store manager and all staff for the clean store!

This domino counter is very old and need upgrades. Amenities have been worn out. Space is limited, why not domino's consider to shift somewhere else. Washroom tap is not fixed from many years. I think dominoes in bad condition now. I tried Red velvet cake and it's not worth eat. Pizza is something that is nice about it.

Goa being Goa, it is a laid back place. Everything moves at a slow pace. I expected to pick a pizza and catch a train all in 45 minutes which I thought was next to impossible. This small Domino's joint proved me wrong. They were so prompt and helpful. The order was taken for Dominator and Chicken maximus, prepared and handed over in exactly 18 minutes. Enough time to go through the city and catch the train. Domino's Pizza is Domino's Pizza. Tastes great always.

Worst experience with dominos people have to wait and at the last moment they say they don’t have change and get the exact Amount . If ull can’t keep the change than keep it close don’t waste people time who was waiting for long time to order. Very bad staff. If ull are keeping it open keep the money and change with ull not everyone carry change with them
