Had my first experience (won't be my last) of dentist in Goa - went to Smile Factory calangute. Enquired on the Thursday, appt for checkup, clean and polish on the Friday. Couple of fillings on Saturday. Never felt a thing, staff were Fab, smiling friendly and proffesional. Best dentist experience ever and great price.cannot recommended highly enough.

I urgently needed work done to an upper premolar that had gradually disintegrated over time & I had left it over several years due to COVID & not being able to visit India. Dr Rachna unfortunately ascertained that I needed an extraction & root canal treatment. As an implant was impractical I was given the option of a bridge. I have now had the work done & I am delighted with the service, professionalism of Dr Rachna & all her staff. Thank you so much. I will be returning next year to hopefully see you all again.

The best dentist in Goa with the best dental technology is what I experienced in Smile Factory. Dr.Rachna Fernandes and her ever smiling & co-operative all-girl staff will give you the smile right from when you enter the clinic. The technology & equipments that they use for root canal treatments is by far the best i have experienced. Since I was accompanied by my cousin from Australia who felt so much @ ease under doctors gentle care that she got her four implants done, that too with no pain or swelling and her dentist back home appreciated the work very highly. Good job, great experience, keep it up girls.

I am a UK resident. I have now been using the Smile Factory whenever I come to Goa . The premises are spotless and nicely decorated. Reasonably priced with a superb ,caring dentist and staff. I see no reason to go anywhere else.. I'll be back next trip to Goa

Visited Goa to come to this dentist as my boyfriend had work done here last year. As someone who has suffered a traumatic experience with dentists in previous years and someone who suffers with severe anxiety Smile Factory definitely changed my experience for the better! Going to Goa thinking I needed a couple of fillings and actually left with root canal, x4 fillings and a crown. All the dentist’s at smile factory are very professional and really give you the best service, one of them said to me ‘it’s my mission to give you a more positive experience at the dentist’ and he did exactly that. Every step was explained to me and completely pain free, was always happy to help in any way they could (this even included playing abba to make me feel better). We have been using Smile Factory since 2011. Dr Rachna & her colleagues have looked after me as it was discovered I needed 2 implants & 2 extractions. I am not the best patient but with their care & Dr Rachna’s expert guidance they have got me through the experience. Just need to come back next year to have the work completed. We would highly recommend their professional service

The best dentist I have ever been to.I will never go to one in England again.They treat you like royalty and are so caring and professional.I had a full mouth restoration 12 implants upper and lower and I am thrilled with the results.I paid a quarter of the price that I would have paid in England plus you get the chance to visit this wonderful place.The surgery is state of the art and Rachna has the practice running like a well oiled machine.I love them all and am going to miss them!!.Fantastic place.

Dr Rachna is very polite. The whole staff is very cooperative. We went for my kid's teeth extraction. Dr Shradha is very professional and deals in the best way with the kids. I don't know why, but there is often a prejudice among foreigners about the quality of dentistry in India. Maybe after watching all those creepy videos on Youtube. But "Smile Factory" is definitely a place I will recommend to all my friends. I was given as much attention as Jim Morrison at the height of his career. What an amazing place, not on my radar at all when I came to Goa, but after initial X-rays my wife and I decided to go for it and we are so pleased we did…knocks spots off dentistry in the UK by a mile. The staff are amazing and actually care how you look and feel…implants in and temporary false teeth until my return in January for a full set of new teeth…. I can’t wait….

Excellent service. They only do the work required and do not suggest doing work just to make more money. Very friendly services and they also give great advice on how to care for your teeth.

I'm really scared of going to dentist. This time, I had to. No way around it. Checked out one in Calangute, one in Candolim.They told me exactly the opposite. I passed by the smile factury. Went inside. Very positive feeling. A young, very friendly competent specialist checked out my teeth without long waiting time. He finally told me the truth about what has to be done. My trust was worth it. Now all done, me happy. Also a very efficiant front desk lady. Send me very friendly appointment reminders on what's app. All in all : was afraid, but did not hurt. Best dentists I ever wnt to.

Absolutely amazing What can I say if anyone had said I would have 13 teeth removed and 6 implants drilled and capped and the same procedure with 8 teeth removed and 6 implants on the lower jaw I would have told them not a chance in hell that’s happening but the staff and DR Rachanna are amazing so professional no pain bit of discomfort but nothing serious 4 days later I had my temporary dentures fitted my friends and family cannot believe how good they look I have something to smile for now with out looking toothless old man. thank you again Dr and your son and your wonderful staff and see you in 6 months time for my permanent new teeth love from the uk.
