Too slow! Too complicated! If you compare with airport and other places you go to exchange money, takes soooo long. Limited in currencies too.

Very bad experience. They try to fool the customers. I went to exchange USD to INR, the amount was quite large. First they checked the currency and said this currency notes can not be exchanged as there was some pink spots on some notes. Then one person took this notes outside to check if it can be exchanged, then he called from outside saying this notes are rejected but still he can exchange it unofficially at very low rate. Even after I denied he was still trying to convince me to give that notes to him at very low rate. He was acting like a street vendor. I exchanged same currency notes to other well known place at current market rate. I will never visit this place. I went to them because my previous experience with other branch of unimoni was satisfactory.
