Great location. The toilet and basin are spectated from the shower room and bath - excellent design. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cheap, clean, and superior located hotel. Will be returning to this hotel. See if you can manage floors five and higher as you will be treated to an amazing view of the Tokyo Skytree.

The location is close to a busy street and two Subway stations. I'm pretty sure there is a direct connection to the airport Haneda. It's on a side street, fairly quiet. The room is great. Very clean and modern. A window that opens (but just a gap). The mattress is nice and firm and the sheets feel cool and crisp. The bathroom is great. There is an entire tub/shower room! The toilet is one of the fancy Japanese bidets, but with English labels. Finally I know what all the buttons are for. There is a twenty dollar buffet breakfast that I did not try because our on the street I can easily find something cheaper.

Very secure entrance and lift usage facilities.. you need your key card.. rooms are not very spacious , but better than other nearby hotels. Very clean and neat rooms, bathrooms are absolutely spotless.. bed is comfortable, room service is very prompt and courteous. Cant have any complaints, 5stars

Room was of decent size in Japanese standard. However I didn't quite like the layout of the toilet and bath. Toilet is at one side while basin and shower is on another side. After your business in the toilet, you need to go to the other side to wash your hands. Also I feel that the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff is not as great, as compared to another nearby hotel that I stayed. But online response was great. Location is definitely great. From Narita airport, I took the keisei line and its direct. I do not need to change trains here and there. Once I arrive at Asakusa station, I took just 5mins to walk to the hotel.

Room size rather minimal, but good amenities such as washing machines, dryers, ice machine, water cooler, drink vending machine. Good location close to restaurants and bars. Close to train station and convenient store.

If you're visiting Tokyo and want somewhere modern, clean, safe, and well priced, to stay then this is the perfect choice. The location is fantastic. Breakfast is available but no dinner options. Regardless, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Staff were absolutely outstanding. Ask for a room on the Eastern side of the hotel and you'll have an epic view of The Skytree.

New hotel (completed 2020). Hotel is in close proximity with Asakusa main sightseeing and in very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It is 3 minutes walk to subway served on Ginza and Asakusa line with great direct connection to Narita airport. The service we received was very polite and helpful. The staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. They helped us with forwarding luggage too and was very helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel is perfect. We received daily housekeeping and we were impressed by level of cleaning. Hotel room is representative of best in class in this price range. The only downside to note is that there are only two washing machines. Certain inconsiderate guests do not remove their laundry therefore blocking other people from using the machine. The staff can help remind and remove completed loads. Otherwise, a very satisfying stay at a great value in a great location. 10/10

This hotel has great location which closes to metro stations, convenient stores, restaurants, and Sensoji. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the conceiger service makes you life in Tokyo easier if you take the chance to utilize it which can help you make reservations or ship luggage to next hotel in advance. It has brand new amenities and a lot of thoughtful designs. The room has enough interior space which gives you to open a full size luggage and a carry-on luggage. The bath area is quite spacious with a full size bathtub. We enjoyed having a hot bath after walking more than 25K steps city tour. It also provides humidifier which helps to avoid the dry air in Japan. I definitely will recommend my friends to stay there if they are around Asakusa area.

We had to cancel due to Covid. The hotel was very understanding and refunded all prepays. Very nice and polite people.

One block away from Kaminari mon. Room was slightly larger than typical. The bath and shower was Japanese style, which was nice and could be a good chance to practice before going to an onsen. Mini fridge was decently cold, and was filled with two free bottles of water every day. Price is a bit higher than others in Tokyo, but given the location and service it is not unreasonable. I will say that there isn't much to do in Asakusa after 1 to 2 days, so you should probably relocate to somewhere else in Tokyo, like Shinjuku.

It was great for the price. The room was not that big so if you like space it's not the room for you. Amenities are enough. They only have paper cups but they have tea and coffee you can enjoy. The bathroom was good. Shower and bath is spacious and toilet is not completely separated. The room is not completely soundproof so you can hear some noise from other rooms. For the service, the staff were really helpful. They were accommodating when I added one more guest. They were struggling to explain in English but they did their best. For the breakfast, they have ala carte. They have 3 choices on their menu. You should check them out if you want to know. It was pretty good but not that great. Lastly, the location is great. It's just walking distance from Kaminarimon Gate. You can visit Sensoji easily. Overall, it was a great experience. It was affordable and tou can avail the new Travel Campaign of Japan (if you live in Japan). I recommend this hotel to budget-conscious travelers.

Hotel Gracery Asakusa is one of the fine hotel in Asakusa. There are so many shopping places, restaurants, and supermarkets in the walking distance. It is very close to train stations. The rooms are small when you compare to other hotel rooms in the United States, Canada, or Thailand, etc. but the water pressure is great and very clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All the staffs were very polite and helpful. There is also a restaurant in the hotel.

Spacious rooms compared to other places I've stayed in tokyo, lovely staff. High standard of cleanliness as is the norm in Japan. Shower room was 10/10 For the price, a really excellent hotel!

Clean hotel with a great location. Hotel staff spoke English well. Had all of the amenities we needed. Coin laundry was great but if your load is on the large side you may need to dry it for longer. Rooms were very soundproof - never heard any noise from the adjacent rooms. After our stay the hotel helped ship our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto.

We had great service and the rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had and I was easily able to eat around my gluten free diet. Breakfast consisted of both traditional Japanese food and traditional western breakfast foods. Hotel Gracery is located in a cute area with lots of traditional Japanese buildings around and some great tourist shopping.

Really great hotel. The interior is sleek and the design is really calming and pretty. The room I was in is pretty small compared to western hotels but was very nice and welcoming. The bathroom was spacious and nice as well. I really like the shower room and the bath. Very spacious. I took multiple baths while I was there. The staff were always around and helpful

The best hotel I have been in during this trip. Great location close to multiple subway lines and plenty of dinning options in the area (ask for the map of ramen around the hotel), staff was friendly and helpful. Room was large in Tokyo standard, specifically enjoyed the Japanese style shower room that caters for Westerner but allows other experience as well. Very good value for money, it's not dirt cheap, but staying here was so much better than other budget options in Tokyo, it's definitely worth your consideration.

I stayed with my husband at the hotel during the New Year holiday... it's been a great choice! The temple, far only 10 minutes walking, gave us the the chance to feel part of the Japanese celebration. There are also many shops, restaurants and convenient stores around. The hotel has a coin laundry which is perfect if you are travelling (like us) accross Japan. The staff was polite, collaborative and very welcoming. The room was quite small though... if you are a couple with big luggage might be better to consider a bigger room. I

The Hotel is located in a very convenient position in the amazing area of Asakusa. The staff speaks very good English and arranged for us a very warm welcome. The breakfast is international, very very rich and delicious. From the upper floors there is an amazing view over the sky tree. Definitely recommended!

Lovely staff, great location! Very easy to check in if you are a non-Japanese speaker visiting for business thanks to an automated check in module.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They spoke good English. It's a great area - Asakusa is really nice and there is a metro station a few minutes away. The room was small, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. The hotel was very modern and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast (I particularly liked the tiny cakes).

Very convenient and close to everything. From train station is like less than 5mins walk. The staff very polite and helpful. The room is spotlessly clean with lots of amenities provided and well priced. Some of you may think room a little bit small but come on this is Tokyo and at this price you won't find anything better. We got Tokyo sky tower view room without even ask for it was a surprised. If we have a chance to come to Tokyo again we will come back and stay here for sure. Thank you very much. Arigatou.

Simply: perfection!!! The personnel is really kind and helpful, they speak very well English and because we were on our honeymoon, they prepared a warm welcome for us!! Love them!! Breakfast is great!! Occidental style, but plenty of good and fresh food, with many options for vegetarians too. Finally the location is perfect: three minutes walking to the Asakusa station, that connects you to many places around Tokyo. Strongly recommended!!

Very happy with my stay. The area is great with plenty of restaurants and places to see. The hotel is close (1 min) to the subway station. The room was small, which is probably normal for Tokyo, but everything is brand new and arranged in a convenient way. They cleaned the room and put new bottles of water/tea every day. The staff was very friendly. Highly recommend it.
