Went to Sangli on Business Visit from Mumbai. Found this amazing restaurant in Sangli. Feels like in Mumbai. Very beautifully designed and professionally maintained. Food is tasty, but was little extra oily so 4 Stars! Service is good. Ambience is very nice. Parking is available. Clean Washroom available. Reservation in advance is available.

Fantastic dining experience. One of the top restaurants i have dined in Sangli. We had a variety of apperitizers and main courses. The entire staff is really a pleasure to work with. They were prompt and very polite. Definately worth a visit in Sangli.

Food quality is really awesome as well as the service is also great. Quite expensive..

The food quality was great! Service was excellent. The only sigh would be that it was a little expensive but yes worth the quality. The only thing that did not meet my expectations was the variety of options. The menu had very little options to choose from (maybe I visited on 31st so that must be their menu of the day not sure). Rest all good. P.S : Got a complimentary icecream!

I have been to the kapital kitchen a number of times and have always come out as a happy customer... The ambience the food and the service of this restaurant is briliant... I specially love the platters served here and also the chinese preparations... I will surely recommend this place to anyone visiting sangli or miraj as it is very much located in the heart of the city.

Loved d Ambience-especially d lighting just sets the mood, food is Good n value for money . . . D only downside was seat ( wooden chair kept hurting at the back)

Overall 5/5 rating because of quality of food, the taste of food and the quantity of the food served. We had to cancel dish because the quantity is more than enough. A complete value for money for sure. Very decent ambience and the service is very prompt.

I visited with my friends for lunch once, and I am not visiting or suggesting this place to anyone again. The place is good just for ambiance and platting. Munchow soup and cream of veg were good. Harabhara kabab was good, and Paneer Tikka and lemon rice were okay.We were served with onion and mayonnaise salad , which tasted stale and spoiled,they replaced it when told. The disappointing part was Sizzling hot brownie with vanilla ice cream (served for 275 Rs) , the sizzler pan was too hot , reason why the brownie literally was half burnt , the chocolate sauce was already poured when served and it was literally boiling with fumes and turned to caramel! We just had a spoonful, and it was all bitter. When we called the manager , he was reluctant to accept it and said this is how it tastes and is served and no one ever complained about this. We agree that sometimes the chef may make a mistake (the pan was more hot than necessary) , and this isn't only about money. It's about the service you give in such scenarios! We had askt for Bisleri after the incident , and they tried to avoid us, and water was not provided.

Revisited once again the same comments "One of the quality and tasty restaurant in the city with good ambiance and services." 😊👍 We tasted tomato 🍅 basil soup 🥣, onion mayo raita, mint mojito, Indian breads, Veg Jalfrezi & Buna masala, in desert Sizzling hot brownie with ice cream 🍦. The veg Buna masala tasted a little bit salty and mint mojito without ice was adequate. Overall good experience 😃. I would love to visit again in the future.

Food was nice but less in quantity and more bones in chicken, jeera rice was dry, paneer satay was not prepared properly full of cornstarch, waiters were in hurry to clear the dishes before finishing foods, restaurant is in non metro city still the prices are more than metro city. Felt not value for money. Uncleaned Washrooms. Ambience was very good cutlery and crockery was good.

Food was great. Ambiance is great. disappointed with strong phenyl odor leaking from restrooms to AC dining area. reported to some servers but they did not seem to care. Servers do not ask for spiciness level of the food. charging feels deceptive. Server needs to clarify if bottled water is complementary or charged and at which rate, same with some other things we ordered. Though these charges are not high it's required for server to update customer upfront.

Atmosphere was best. Feels calmness and luxurious. For luxurious 4/5 Food quality is worst. I can't express quality of food. Prices are high but quality of food is below the standard. Even chef doesn't know how to make roti's. In costlier Restaurant why there is no Quality checking and taste checking regularly? Restaurant worked on Design but not on Food quality. You have to change Chef immediately. For Food 0.1/5 Staff is polite and friendly. Service is fast and on time. Not Recommended for Food lovers.

Quality is not upto mark, chicken was half cooked, prices are really high compared to quality, service is also not that much good, waiting time at table is more, overall I will not prefer to visit again and would not recommend it.

A very good arrangements from hotel staff , for couple dinner table. Enjoyed a lot. A staff is so polite and cheerful.

One of the worst restaurant experience I ever had . We visited it for dinner ordered chiken sukka for starter and mutton and biryani for main course but after calling them several times for order No one cares after long wait of 45min they presented order all at once . Service was pathetic. Also both dishes ordered was tasteless and with same taste. No any difference. Highly not recommended. 2 stars are only for ambience and location.

As Christmas festival 🎄 is around the corner and we had visited The Kapital Kitchen in last week. Ambience of this place is just amazingly beautiful and they decorated Christmas tree as well. We are new to the sangli area and decided to visit this interesting place since a month but could not worked out previously so This Sunday our dinner time spent well in Kapital Kitchen. Coming to the food tasting point They served delicious food 😋 we had paneer lasani tikka it was just mouth watering 😋🤤 and vegetables Paratha for our little one Paratha was perfectly made by Cook as per our instructions 👏They have given a variety of apperitizers and main course options. The entire staff is really a pleasure to work with.All the staff were prompt and very polite. I would recommend this hotel for having specially starters So definately worth to visit while in Sangli nearby areas. We will visit this again for sure.

It was an amazing experience the very first time we went there. We got a suggestion about the main course i.e Veg Kasturi and it was really mouth watering dish. But the next 2 or 3 times we ordered the same the quality of the same dish was bit of compromised meaning it lacked bit of salt and was less creamier than the first time. But still by adding salt the taste was manageable. We also ordered Veg crispy in starter which was again awesome in taste and quantity as well. Overall ambience is pretty nice. My first choice will always be Kapital Kitchen whenever we want to go out for dinner.

Best place to have a casual dinner in and around Sangli. The food, ambience and music is spot on.

We have not satisfied, murg masalam dish was not good, not properly roasted, that was my Birthday party arranged by my doughter in law.
