Excellent, Very good service and attitude. The coffee was good as usual. Very nice place and polite behaviour of staffs. Very neat and tidy. Less crowded place.

This shop is in Church Street and it is easily accessible as its on the road side. The staff are courteous and heplful. They do try to maintain social distancing, cover their faces with mask and practice hand hygiene. The options are standard and the price is on the higher side as always. A pack of mint costs upward of Rs 180/-

Recently attended Free Coffee and Food Tasting session with Starbucks! They are overrated but completely worth it. Stores and kitchen is well maintained and Barista's are really friendly.

Loved this Starbucks. I am visiting from Seattle so I have a good frame of reference comparing this to the original Starbucks. Neela and Kaustav make this a great place to be. Plus the ambiance is great and the place very clean.

Starbuck chruchstreet has a best customer service and my barista rishabh makes the bestest java chip ever not just that he has the prettiest smile when he greets people. Great coffee Great Service! :)

The place is located right at the Center of the church street which is very convenient when you shop or walk around and wanted to have a light snacks…the place is clean and well look after and the staff are always so friendly, they always have wide variety of food and drinks though I have tried better chai tea latte from the other Starbucks outlet…love to come here and do my work as I will be able to relax and do work at the same time,and the place is so cool with beautiful walk decorations…one thing they need to upgrade is their bathrooms cause they have only two and being a woman it’s really hard to understand the bathroom cleanliness….as we all know men can sometimes be messy and would not pull up the toilet seat when they do their business and it’s really hard on the women, I could suggest that they change their bathroom to women and men sections as they have two bathrooms…so they don’t need to share it…and I think they need a frequent visit at the bathroom to check if everything is fine…just note since this is a high brand cafe…people who walk pass by would know that they have bathroom and would visit it too, so they need to recheck their standards and see if it’s clean properly..:other than that everything is perfect 🤩 5 stars to all the staff for everything

Yet another Starbucks food coffee joint where in you can sip in some coffee and munch in some snacks but yeah everything is priced on the higher side so make sure you are comfortable with that before you visit.

Liked the ambience here. The store is in 2 floors. I went here in the afternoon and it wasn’t crowded at all. You can sit and work here without distractions.

I visit Starbucks here and there often, but church Street Starbucks made sure that this is the place which am gonna come again and again. The things caught in my attractions are that, the place was tidy with a good ambience. The beverage quality of the Frappuccino I ordered was something exceptional than other stores. But the main reason which got my attention is the politeness of the staffs working here

Starbucks - a chain of coffee outlets by Tata Group... This facility is located on Church Street near M. G. Road... This is a spacious facility as is the trend with Starbucks outlets... Plenty of room to move around and even host a small party... The coffee and snacks options are numerous and plentiful... Service is decent and fast considering the crowd... Overall, a decent experience in this outlet... Staff could do with some customer service and soft skills training...

They got the best place to lay down and relax with your tasty coffee and snacks. The interior is nice as well as descent. The workers are polite and they got the good services. For sure the coffee is tasty 😋

Service here was below pathic , the guy names was abhinek or abhisek something cause the badge had a bad writing. Our guy was so busy hitting on a lady customer, and I was patiently waiting my turn ,and then some educated villagers break the line and start to order. Even I have credit cards and debit card and cash too. Suggest you put up a board that says no black skin or poorly dressed customers not allowed. Infact just before coming I had purchased few jeans at van Heusen and Mufti unfortunately they had to alter the length and my wife was still purchasing at under armour. Maybe seeing that your staff would have given me service. And you guys send me offer to spend ₹.6000/- and get some offer. Why to entagenize us like this . Your rmz galaria mall,Yelahanka gives better then other Starbucks. Anyways thanks for the wonderful experience, me and my family and friends will never give you business again her in India.

Visited this place on Church street to ground some coffee bean that I purchased abroad and was told that any Starbucks outlet in the world will grind it for us. Siddharth at the counter was welcoming and immediately helped with that. While beans were being processed, we ordered two different varieties of coffee which were upto the standard. Place was not crowded on a weekday late afternoon so that helped. Special shout out to Siddharth for his helpful attitude.

Came in here to have coffee and read a book. The ambience here is cozy, ended up spending hours here reading my book. It was my first time in Starbucks and didn't have a clue about what to get for myself, Rishabh was very helpful and recommended me Java Chip Frappuccino which tasted amazing. Staff in general are really friendly. Would definitely come here again.

Photo taken right in front of Starbucks. Very neat place. Quiet crowded. Went into look for some merchandise, but sadly they had old left over collections from Christmas and Valentine’s Day. Expected much more in such a big store.

went for the taylor swift drink wearing all red and was greeted by the sweetest kaustav and he passed the vibe check haha! me and my swiftie friend loved the experience. could not listen to her music because of technicall glitches but got the red (TAYLOR'S VERSION ) cup!!

Though a standard Starbucks Coffee House, it's quite spacious and lively. What stood out during my visit was the courteousness of the staff, especially the member at entrance taking COVID related precautions. His effort to go beyond the regular greetings and checking in about the festivities (around Diwali) was pleasantly surprising. The person seemed to be adding life to the work he was doing!

The Starbucks here in church street is spacious. We can sit on first floor as you can relax and you have charging point if you need to use laptop for work. A good place to sit and chat with your friends and also to sit and work online .They follow safety measures while entering 😷

I ordered an ice green tea latte and they were just too much ice. But the shop is calm during afternoon, they have a first floor with electric outlets for charging (there're also people working).

Been here to meet my team mates and work out of here. The top floor is usually quiet and good in case you want to do some work. Also, there is a separate cabin-like room on the first floor where almost 5-6 people can sit. Food is good, usual stuff of Starbucks but nice place overall

Nice place but parking is not there.

Me and my friend were at Starbucks and my card didn’t work. Thankful the worker there, paid for our drinks. And was very nice about it, it didn’t seem to bother him that he paid for our drinks. This made my day, but made me look like a fool because my card didn’t work. All thanks to Dillon. At Shoreline WA in Safeway. Thank you so much Dillon for the help, support and, kindness. I rate this 1000/10 if I could but, other than that, 10/10.

I visited this particular Starbucks for the first time. And was really impressed by their service. It was really calm and peaceful, a perfect place to have conversations. Will recommend everyone if you are near MG road and looking for a coffee shop, do go for it.. 😊

Easily one of my go to places to chill. The cafe is usually less crowded even during church street rush hours ( which is a huge plus for me). The service is pretty good. Grab a seat on the upper floor near the window and you got yourself a pretty chill coffee date.

Shop and the ambiance is really good. Today, I have ordered caramel macchiato but barista forgot to add espresso in it. It was just a milk with caramel. It should have been better.

I've always wanted to try Starbucks and many of my friends had hyped up about the coffees and eatables served. The Starbucks I visited recently was in Church Street, Bangalore. I tried their Mocha Cookie Frumble Frappuccino and a cup of hot cappuccino. It was amazing! I just loved it!!! Would love to visit again!!!!
